After we finished dinner at King's Hawaiian my wife cousin told us she needed to the 99 cent this one in Carson by Cal State Domingez Hill she know the area well. Then headed to Carson to the 99 cent store. We step my wife and I were amazing well stock items and huge asle and floor were clean and organized. We brought couple of items that we need for home and other thing.

Sadly, the store is nearly empty of products! The closing of these stores is devastating. The chain helps many, especially those who are struggling financially. Not only does it hurt the community, it leaves employees without a job, which is hard during these difficult times. #bringback99

This store was fully stocked with products, nothing on the floor. People that shop here are very nice. theres so much room that 2 carts will fit going down the aisles. I will be back to this store. The workers are nice too.

Edit: Extremely friendly and love the super casual and laid back atmosphere; surprisingly good quality of produce (priced similar to other grocery stores); and the thoughtful response to a mere 5-star review was a pleasantly unexpected touch.

I can always spend a long time in the 99 cents store. They have tons of stuff at very cheap prices. They are very convenient when I need something in a rush and I need it cheap and fast. They also have a lot of cute items that you can't find at other stores so check it out.

Clean and lots to choose from. The 99 cents stores have so much to choose from these days! Just be sure to check prices before getting to register. You'll be surprised at how many items are NOT under a dollar! In fact, it's now a $1.25 store++. UPDATE: Always pleased with the selection of products sold here. They have some good quality items that can be found easily. Stock just keeps getting better. Good job. 😄

Where do I begin! There's a little Hispanic woman that tried to regulate me on the carry basket. I Couldn't find a cart, (which is all the time).. so I used the carry basket and once I was @ the register, the cashier informed me that since I didn't want to purchase any bags (after never having any baskets available & extremely long lines) I began to put items back in basket as they were being rang up, to carry to my truck. The cashier stated I COULDN'T take the basket outside the store unless I returned it back in store! Smh....we know that never happened. I left it outside for another customer to utilize! Difficult to shop with merchandise in your hands and nothing to put into....CRAZY🤔

I also had the worst experience in the location I give the cashier in store located off Domingo's in the city of Carson a one hundred dollar bill for my perches of 23 dollar merchandise so I got my rest of change back but when I got home and checked my money I found they mixed a counterfeit 20 dollar bill with my change so I went back and talked to the cashier and the manager despite of manager telling me this is the second time that someone came to him with the same complaint but he didn't give me my money back so I went to the sheriff's and they said they can't do anything about it and I should contact the CIA so I am telling this story for people to be careful when they shop in location.

Inside the store is nice. Well organized and clean. But outside, you may encounter some folk with mental and drug problems. The homeless people in this area are usually harmless, but for some reason this store seems to draw very unstable individuals. One of my family members was at the store one day and the store had to lock the customers inside for 40 minutes until the police came because some man that appeared to be homeless was screaming and threatening to harm people as the tried to exit the store. Of course by the time the police got there the man had run off. I don't really go here much because of this problem. It's a concern for customers and employees a like. It seems like the store or the police could do more to stop these folks from congregating around the doors of this store. The liquor store that is right next door does not seem to have this problem. The owner is friendly but though he doesn't tolerate anyone or anything that would make doing business in his store unpleasant. He doesn't play that and everyone seems to know it.

This location is excellent for produce, specialty breads and expanded assortment of items. The team does a great job keeping the store clean, stocked and organized. My only issue is during peak time there are generally lines to check out.

This store is bright and clean on the inside. It doesn't always have carts available and the cashier's don't always give me the right change. They overcharge me for bags when I bring my own reusable bags.

One of the best stores if you're a budget conscience shopper. Most products sell for .99 cents plus tax with the exception of frozen pizza lg size and dairy, eggs and some meat products best store for shopping for health, hygiene and home. Large selection of various foods, fresh produce, canned foods, dried soups and frozen food. Aisles of snacks including drinks, chips, and candies. Household items, many everyday products, you will save money.

Ok now if your like me u r thinking that 99 cent stores are bcuz things are 99 cents right ? Not so I am finding out with. Ist if the stores . But one that is true to form is family dollar qOr dollar tree , dollar general bcuz everything literally is $1.25 and I mean everything is . So I mostly go there bcuz I know I won't be overcharged .
