I took my dog here for her first-time grooming experience. She is 3 years old, but I always cut her nails at home. She had this back toenail that I could never get to very well. I decided to take her here. They were very gentle with her and it only took them 15 minutes. The guy cutting her nails was absolutely fantastic with her. All the workers there were kind and friendly. My dog came out more calm than she went in (she has anxiety), and her nails were cut better than I could cut them. I'll definitely be going back :)

An unanswered telephone is more helpful for the customer and business than "we actually don't have anybody available to check inventory." The duration it takes for an employee to check if an item is in stock is the same duration it would take for them to get an item to take to a customer waiting for curbside pickup.

I'm not sure if it's just a specific area, because this Petsmart and another pet store, never seem to have anything in stock, their groomers are just not on par,I have a cat and a dog it's very simple to have normal cat food and normal dog food, but so far every time I came here they were out of stock or just didn't have the right one the shelves are always empty, this time I came in for a simple pig year and they didn't even have that what's the use of being a pet store to get pet food when you just don't have it.

Every person who works here is friendly, and know's what thier doing. We came in for food and treats for our dog, and left with that, pluss a new beta fish. This PetSmart provided everything needed for our new edition. We absolutely love PetSmart, and highly recommend them.

I booked a grooming appointment through the website and apparently there was an issue and they didn't have my appointment. Rather than help me book a new appointment for a later time/day, they just stared at me.I won't be returning, a waste of my time and energy on a really hot day.

Great people, absolutely Ludacris prices. Sorry, but if you have a dog, just buy them things from Chewy. The prices are a fraction of PetSmart, the selection is way better and the quality of items is the same or better. No brainer in my opinion.

Very displeased with their grooming services. Took my dog here a couple of times. This last time I took him I booked him for a bath, haircut, nail grind, and his teeth done. I went in and I noticed the girl that would be taking care of him was very nervous to even switch out my leash with their leash, so much so that I helped her out. My dog is only about 12lbs. Pretty sure she was new or not very well trained. That should have been my sign to go elsewhere. Unfortunately, I still went through with the grooming and during the 3.5 hours they had him, I received multiple calls complaining about my dog. Apparently, they gave him a bath and then tried giving him a haircut and he was showing teeth when they were cutting him towards his rear. They questioned if I ever took him to be groomed before, which he has and he has even been to this location. Very strange and unprofessional they didn’t even have that in their history. I have an account set up with them. Of course, I was embarrassed of his behavior just like anyone else would be, but I was more shocked than anything because he is a sweet dog and if I don’t take him to be groomed, I groom him myself at home. Anyways, they attempted to give him a haircut again and apparently another bath. They said they would call when he was ready and they didn’t do that. I called them asking if he was done. Right when I got home with my dog I noticed he had more than TWENTY knots in his fur, some small and some bigger than he’s ever had. Ever. I decided to brush him myself and got rid of all the knots. But, guess where most of them were located? TOWARDS HIS REAR. What a surprise! Some of them were very huge and took me about 30 minutes to carefully get them all out. These people must have brushed right through his knots and hurt my dog because he is not mean and last time I took him here, I did not receive a single complaint about my dog. I would give 0 stars if possible because you clearly don’t know what you are doing at this location. DO BETTER.

Great for pet food in bulk. Good selection of cat and dog products. Birds, reptiles and fish supplies. Mainstream items, nothing esoteric or unique. Best for cat food and dog toys, not much for medium or large birds except seed feed. Plenty of fish and reptile items.

There are two women that run this store that I have spoken to on a normal basis and they are amazing at giving advice and assisting in my needs. I have spoken to the about flea men's, food, and many more things. They are awesome. I forget their names but they are two great women.Aside from them I have had had a pleasant experience with each worker. I'd suggest this one because each time in the store an employee is there, able to help and upbeat. They have provided great customer service at each opportunity. Thank you!

I looooooooovvveeee this petsmart! Everyone is so nice and friendly. Literally everyone. It's always clean and my pup loves coming in to visit. Hannah did her first grooming appt and loved on my pup so much. Not only did she look fantastic but I could tell that she was treated great too. Love y'all!

This store has always had friendly and helpful staff. Grooming staff is also excellent. The only reason for 4 stars is that it's a smaller store so they don't carry quite as many products as a full size store would.

Took my pup to get groomed for the first time. Was worried about her getting anxious as I had trouble trimming her nails myself. However, Briana was amazing and patient with my fur baby. Dutchess came home looking and smelling great. Highly recommend!
