Nice selection of groceries and other stuff that Sprouts is known for. But like other Sprouts locations, you always want to check out the receipt. Quite often, they don't use correct product code or charge posted discounted price.

I used to buy salads in this store. Until yesterday. I bought Greek salad and two Chopped salads with ranch dressing. Both salads were with dirty ingredients. I felt dust cranched on my teeth.

I used to place an online order with Sprouts for my Thanksgiving turkey and then my Christmas Roast a couple of weeks before needing them. Then I'd go to the butcher section to pick it up. Apparently can't do that anymore and the order gets placed through InstaCart. As far as I can tell the order doesn't get to the store ordering department and when the InstaCart people go to filling your order they are limited by whatever the store has in stock. I had a "confirmed" order for a 12 to 16 lb. fresh turkey to be picked up later today. At 8 this morning I received a text from InstaCart telling me the store is "out of stock" on the size turkey that I'd ordered and would a bigger turkey be OK? Not acceptable for me. So my order was cancelled and I had to hunt around for a turkey that fit my needs -- which I found at my local Stater Bros. Last time I'll use Sprouts and I do not want to clutter up my phone with the InstaCart app for the one to times per year that I might use it.

Very nice, clean store. Expect high prices with this upscale market with many organic options. The deli makes terrific sandwiches, and the sandwich of the month is a great price ($4.99 as I write this in June 2023) and a generous portion. The deli does get busy, but they will take down your order and fill it as you keep shopping. Staff is super nice. There is a very decent section of vitamins and healthcare items. It's laid out well, and easy to shop. I wish it wasn't so pricey (items you can find at your regular grocery store have a sizeable mark-up), but it is a nice place to shop. Easy parking too.

This is an excellent Sprouts. Phenomenal deli & prepared food selection. Great bakery. The health food & supplement selection is tip top. The folks who work here are generally very friendly and helpful. All in all, I highly recommend this store.

Sprouts has gobbled up some of the original local fresh stores but that's probably not the worst thing to happen.Produce selection is great and reasonably priced.Meat selection is also really good and fresh and decently priced.I like Frazier Farms better but just not near my house so Sprouts is the best option.

I went to buy some probiotics today. They were out of the item I usually purchase. I saw a different brand that was on sale and it had coupons attached to the shelf. Stacks of coupons…. When I got to the register, I was informed the coupon had expiredon the 31st. I told the cashier that the coupon was next to the item. She said it would not be honored.They lost a customer today! I left without any groceries. I had other items selected but I was disappointed in the customer service. So I left.

I had a horrible experience yesterday at Sprouts. I went in for a quick lunch. I waited at the counter for a long time to get some chicken skewers, and kept getting passed over to people who were younger and taller. I finally decided to get a Caprese sandwich. When I turned the paper in, I got a cold, never heated, sandwich. My request clearly stated well done please. I spoke with someone in charge, Angel, and was treated me like a child. I felt as though she was very condescending and patronizing. I will NEVER go back to that Sprouts!

I've never had any issue of any kind here. It's just another Sprouts. I wish the parking lot hd access to Rancho Santa Fe, but that's not Sprouts fault. Fish and meat stay consistent in quality. Not the biggest selection of everything, but that's normal for Sprouts I feel.

Sprout is a great grocery store at formation point they have a lot of organic food and they have a lot of other food! If you're shopping for price I would say the Sprouts is a little on the pricey side. They have a jelly and their salads are pretty good and their sandwiches are okay. They have a lot of fresh breads and they have a lot of bulk items nuts and Grains and they also have a large vitamin and skincare section. I never really did. Shopping there because I don't like spending top dollar even for organic foods because I know where to get them for Less. However sometimes convenience calls and I end up going there and spending more money because it's closer to home. I've never really gotten very many good deals from sprouts and as a matter of fact you would think you could get some good Sprouts there but that is not something that they specialize in! Anytime I've had a problem with anything I bought the management is terrific and we'll take it back no questions asked!

My wife was accused of stealing and they refused to look at her receipt and blamed her for stealing more stuff 20 minutes prior to her being there. They have forever lost us as customers and I’m ashamed at this store and it’s customer service. I would not recommend this store to anyone. They will not treat you with any respect and will accuse you of stealing stuff and won’t cooperate with you whatsoever. Like I said I wouldn’t recommend shopping at this store. They made her buy the same item twice without even looking at her receipt showing that she paid for that item.

I feel because I’m a brown man I was treated VERY rudely by employee’s stocking the shelf’s. They where nice to other customers that where white. They should really teach their employees to treat everyone the same with kindness and respect. I will never come anymore.

Check the expiration dates. This store keeps molded bread in stock. I bought it and stored it for two days before baking. Mold doesn’t form this fastUpdate 12/23/2020: on a different instance. I was up next in line, having already placed my single item I was purchasing on the belt, literally one item. Out of the blue, the cashier Kaila put up a “cashier closed” sign, right in front of my item, instead of asking me if I minded placing it at the end of the table. Unsure at this passive aggressiveness, I asked if my item was still ok at this register. She sarcastically remarked that it’d be great if I could “go to the next register”.The workers here in general are straight out of high school and can’t seem to avoid placing their personal frustrations onto customers. The only reason I come to this location is because it’s within walking distance.I’ve read some of the other reviews on here and it seems this store may have issues with race/minority groups, I’m brown. The staff seems to be predominantly white, which is strange considering the diversity of the Encinitas/La Costa area.

Found some good prices on a few produce items and a yogurt brand I like. They also still had some limited edition pumpkin soda bread. It must be a seasonal thing with the soda bread. Always enjoy the Irish soda bread they have at St. Patrick's day.

I love a lot of the staff here and this is my main Sprouts. However the manager (argh I don't know her name) is super rude and was extremely entitled. I tried to talk to her about the animal cruelty investigations from their suppliers and she basically said she wasn't interested and to fugg off. Other than that, sprouts is sprouts!

Great market for those who are health conscious. Some of their items are a lot higher in price compared to other stores. I come here for my bulk Oatmeal, Kale fruits and other organic foods. Very clean market and parking is easy to find.

The service was very bad! They had only one lane open, and the person at the cashier’s didn’t even help us bag the groceries. She just stood there watching us bagging almost $200 worth of groceries and not even a landing hand. A shopper behind us was offering to help!!! I always shop there and had bad experience checking out and every time I give people excuses that maybe they just had a bad day, but this was it!!!! Just had to say something...
