Great Staff. Patty grooms our two dogs and she does a great job and is so sweet to them. When we lost our beloved Missy and she was always on the look out for us to get a companion for Prince Peanut. We eventually found Teddy aka "Lambchop" our 6 month old puppy and he does well with her. Terri is a great help, as is her staff in finding the right food and supplies for our dogs. We love having them in our life.

I'll be frank, this is my all time favorite local pet store. The staff was very friendly and quite helpful! They also have an AMAZING self-service dog wash. This local shop will have everything you may need. They offer a wide variety of shampoos, conditioners, CBD, supplements, grooming products, balms, and much more! They also have a wide variety of high quality dog food. I would 11/10 recommend this place for majority of your pets needs!

My dogs are rescues from spca so are a sensitive about being touched. This self wash area is great for me and does. The area is super clean with lots of towels and soaps and such. Bath tube is large and at waist height. Water nice temp with long hose and something to secure him so you can take off color. And they clean up your mess all for $20.00!!!!

This is an amazing place and has all things wonderful for your pet. I especially like the big dog wash tubs and so does my dog! The staff always go out of their way to make certain that you and your pet are happy customers. I love this place but my dog likes it even more! :)

I absolutely LOVE their self service dog wash. High quality products that are environmentally safe at a height that works. The finishing sprays are available near the gate rather than within reach and if they're busy, you might miss this and that is the only negative, otherwise LOVE it here.

My little pup was a need for a nail grooming session and I stumbled across cross this pet shop near my home.I was truly impressed they had a vet and a self-cleaning Dog Facility in side. I was called to take a cancelled grooming appointment. I’m glad I was able to take it. Michelle did a terrific job and the whole experience was great. She made an extra effort to calm my dog since this was her first grooming at this location. You can tell that they really love pets at EarthWise.

First time in - first time scheduling a dog for nail trimming - the folks at EarthWise Pet were super helpful and explained how they schedule trimmimg and other grooming over the phone. When we arrived, the groomer and other staff member were super friendly to myself and my dog, and we got in-and-out extremely fast! Our dog had a great time, very positive experience for her and me!We will definitely be coming back when we have more time to check out all the other goodies, because this place is packed with only the best treats, food, and toys.

This is hands down the best pet grooming place I’ve been too. The ladies were super sweet and very inviting. The store is amazing, has everything you need, and I haven’t even covered my dogs haircut. Patty my goodness..amazing. She listened to what I wanted for my dog. He is a 5 year old Shih Tzu. His cut is phenomenal, and he smells amazing. I’m so lucky I gave this place a chance, I was so worried about looking for a new groomer after moving to Carlsbad. 5 stars is an understatement. I’m so happy and recommend any of you looking for a new groomer to come to EarthWise. 10 ⭐️🐶🐶❤️🧡💛💙💚💛

This is the greatest place for grooming and pet supplies. Everyone is so friendly! Michelle is the best groomer around! My dog loves her, and she does a great job cutting his hair and bathing him. I wouldn't go anywhere else, and I tried several others when we first moved here in August, 2017. She is VERY popular, so sometimes it takes some patience and good planning to get in to see her, but they have a waiting list in case of a cancellation, and that works well. It's a very pet friendly place, very clean and well organized.

We are new puppy owners and this was my pup’s first experience with grooming and mine too! The people at Earthwise were friendly informative, and doted on my sweet pup. He was nervous when I dropped him off and when I got back he had made new friends. I especially liked that there were only two groomers in the room at one time, and they didn’t have a bunch of other dogs in kennels waiting. It was a great experience for all.

EarthWise has the best self-service pet wash in the Carlsbad area! The stations are always clean and the water temperature is perfect for my old girl! I arrived 45 min to closing and they didn’t make me feel bad for staying till 5pm. Thanks to the owner and her dog Fable for being open on Sundays!! 🐕🐕‍ 💕

I started shopping at EarthWise pet supply I wanna say about five months ago maybe more. I am always greeted the minute I walk in the door. The owner of EarthWise pet supply is so sweet, extremely knowledgeable, and if she doesn’t have the item I’m looking for she will order it on the spot for me, and she carries so many of the unique products that dogs like mine with specific food allergies need. My dog can only eat three proteins: Pork, rabbit, and duck. I love the array of options that her store provides for my dog and his sensitivities. I have always been very impressed that she is right on top of any brand new food that’s released or if a brand of food like signature for example were to release aIn their brand she has it in immediately for her customers to try. Earth wise pet store is very generous with buckets of sample foods of some of the finest brands out there placed all throughout the store. Every one of the staff member seems very friendly, They are all very helpful and knowledgeable, and everyone always has a smile on their face and I genuinely get the feeling from everyone in the store that their heart is in their work and they are all animal lovers. Unless I am shopping in my own store where I work I always shop at EarthWise pet supply and I would recommend it to everyone and anyone looking for the best of the best in dog food health and nutrition and if you’re looking for questions answered about nutrition for your pet the owner is the person to ask.

We had a wonderful experience shopping at EarthWise pet supply. We originally came in looking for some information on trying a CBD oil treatment for our senior aged dog. We found the staff to be extremely knowledgeable, friendly and truly caring. We left with a cbd treatment to try with our dog as well as a few other samples of products that were also recommended based on the needs of dog as described. We hope to do more business with this store again as our experience was so great!

I went in to browse and ask some questions. The owner I believe was amazing. My dog suffers from allergies. I mentioned that I feed him a food with chicken. She said that might be the problem. She gave me a few samples to try. My dog enjoyed his dinner tonight. I will be back very soon.That was my original post. New post.I have found that the employees are wonderful here. I feel so good about feeding my little guy now. I'm constantly recommending Earthwise to all my friends with four legged children. Also they have a rewards program where you can earn cash back on future purchases.
