We adopted a new family member yesterday and SPOT raved about this place! Rightfully so!!! We walked in and they gave us a platinum greeting and tour of everything they carry! They also gifted us well over the $50 we were told! They had a teeth cleaning event while we were visiting. Blondie, our new Affenpinscher, got treats and her picture taken. What an amazing first visit! I can't wait to return.

Great customer service. Cute dog collars (would love if they carried bigger sizes). I went there to get a birthday cake and cupcakes to celebrate both our dogs’ 6th birthday. To my surprise they even offered to personalize the cake with their names. The yummy treats were a big hit!Update 2023: Another beautiful cake and great birthday party! Thank you Dexter’s Deli!

Great place for anything dog or cat related. They trim nails and have teeth cleaning, check-up on specific days. You can get Nexgard for fleas for about 40$ each lasts a month. Everyone is very knowledgeable and nice 👍 happy-go-lucky 🐕 dog ~¿~♡☆

Customer oriented pet store we went in there for their hosting of the Qualified Pet Dental cleaning non anesthesia mobile set up the store hosted. Thank you for hosting this Deter’s deli, it saved us $1100 versus what our vet wanted to clean our dog’s teeth.

This place is so great. Everything is healthy for pets and affordable. My dog is really picky when is comes to treats and Dexter's has samples of practically all their treats. Plus every time I go in the staff is so helpful, extremely friendly, and usually offer Kaya free treats. I absolutely love this store.

Very informative and knowledgeable staff, helpful with all questions, and assists everyone with navigating choices for the health of their dog (or dogs, cats, etc). Always welcoming and a good layout. Great recurring rewards discount programs as well! This has been my go to store for both of my dogs!

Saw the great reviews and about 3 boxes of cupcakes for my dogs but when I was breaking them into little piece I found white pieces of hair in the cupcakes. I gave a box to my uncle for his dogs and his oldest dog Cosmo ate them and couldn't stop coughing for weeks. I should have checked the cupcakes sooner but sadly I thought they were safe to eat once I read the reviews. Please do not buy the dog cupcakes !

We are getting a puppy in a few days and needed all the essentials. We were greeted as soon as we came in the door and they helped us find everything we needed, along with a free puppy package! I highly recommend this store, they were very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable with what we were buying and going home with!

My dog loved, and I mean LOVED the treats here. We found a pretty cute leash and collar when we went here and a toy get loves as well. Whenever we went to go pay they offered us the free samples and I will definitely be going back to buy a bigger bag

I have been a customer of this store for 7 plus years. I have spent hundreds of dollars buying dog beds treats and so on. As of today I will NO LONGER shop at this merchant. Today I called the store to inquire where they purchase their dog birthday cakes from. I was recently in a car accident and I don't have the ability to get to the store to buy one for my dogs birthday. This is a tradition we have and it's important to me to give him a great day. When I called to get the info I explained my situation to the person on the phone, they put me on hold and when they came back they said they partner with Uber eats and I could do it that way(I checked Uber eats, they aren't on that platform) I asked could you tell me who you order from so I could see if I could get it online. They refused to tell me. This is HORRIBLE business. The few dollars they would have made on my purchase of the cake perils in comparison to the business they have now lost simply by their refusal to help me. I will find the cake online by myself and I will NEVER spend another penny at any Dexter's Deli again..... Absolutely horrid customer service and just flat out BAD economics. Sometimes a business needs to look past the bottom line and consider the human element

Super helpful about allergy testing for my beagle. Love their rewards program! Very helpful and friendly staff. My kids love the little treat jars in the front of the sore where they pick 2 of several different yummies for our dogs. Highly recommended for those who want natrual, holistic ways for their furbabies.

The only place I go to get my pup food, treats, anything!, even though I recently moved further away. I truly feel like I am doing well by my baby when I feed him anything from these guys! Staff is always amazing, Josh especially, and Ryan and Jamie have always been very personable and helped me out with anything I needed. A couple of years ago they were able to help us find the perfect food fit for our dog's sensitive stomach, and some probiotic and plant enzyme powder; his tummy hasn't acted up since. Will be coming in today to grab my second birthday cake from them for my little dude's big number 2! :)

I will sing their praises all day long. Amazing and knowledgable staff. Amazing dog food brands of very high quality. My dog loves the Lotus and Taste of the Wild dry food. You get your money's worth here for sure! I LOVE Dexter's Deli and what the company stands for!

Awesome place, no doubt about it ! Staff always greet you and seem to always be in a good mood no matter the day. They definitely have an invested interest in all pets, regardless of their breed. Also, they are a great help when asking questions about the specific ingredients within the food, treats, etc. All in all, if I could give this place 10 stars I would!
