I went here to buy some kibble and treats for my dog. My dog has a medical condition at which she needs to avoid certain things in her diet. They didn’t have the brand of kibble I get but I was open to suggestions at which I talked to the nutritionist there. I told her that I was interested in kibble options for my dog but I can’t buy it until my vet approves. We were going back and forth about me trying to consult a vet and she not trusting vets. She judged me the whole time for wanting to consult my vet and for giving my dog kibble that the vet suggested. She said I should do my “homework” and that was enough for me to no longer want to buy from this store.

Completely misrepresented their "rewards program". Spending $200 a month on food and treats for my dog, and three months they inform you that only a third of it counts. Felt very deceptive. When confronted they blamed the food manufacturer. Sure, but the food manufacturer was not the one who lied about the rewards program when I signed up. Parking is a nightmare and the staff is "luke warm" at best. Extremely over priced. There are much better options for your pet food needs.

Such a great pet food & supply store! They have an amazing variety of high quality pre made wet foods & all sorts of treats at great prices. My dog absolutely loves the food I’ve gotten here & he’s super picky. The staff is very knowledgeable & friendly always offering treats & gave me a sample for my dog to try. He loves going to this shop & pulls me right to the door when we get there.

I was introduced to this pet store by a coworker who shops here. I used to buy my cat Luna friskies and normal food from the store before I realized that I could buy healthier options for her here! She loves the food I get her from this store, they have many options and everyone I talk to is always so nice and willing tk help with any questions I have had in the past about lunas health or the food they sell.

Everyone that works here is very kind, personable and helpful. My dog is a very picky eater and they always help to try and find food that Daisy will like and and will be healthy for her. They have excellent products.

I'm so glad I discovered this local place! They have all the best brands and chews that I want to give my dog. I was also pleasantly surprised that they beat most prices on products I've found on Amazon, Chewy, and other retailers. My new favorite pet store!

I was a customer of Rachel‘s at Wesco Pet for over 15 years . this is the place that bought her business . I have not been able to get any kind of service ordering my dog food . I have tried to special order it for two weeks straight . I have come into the store six or seven times to try and follow up and get them to do their job . the owner constantly said she was ordering it and will never follow through and order anything . it was almost laughable the horrible service . so I found it online , and they have lost a customer .
