I’m very disappointed at a 1 billion dollar company that doesn’t care about the safety of their customers and employees. Where is the health department and why is it these companies have the resources to update their stores but would rather pocket the cash or give it to politicians to keep these stores open. If I was the mayor I would most definitely make these companies start doing better for our communities.

Dead plants, dead plants standing, ready to fall on cars or people. Plants which could be watered with the elaborate recycled water that was built onto the whole property. Shameful really!4/2024: EDITED, UPDATE. DEAD TREE? FELL. FROM WIND STORM...Too much redwood chips for landscaping, messy, looks DREADFUL, trees hacked terrible uncared for, especially noticeable is the awful tiny dots of sap that will fall on your car when you park in shade.The parking lot is atrocious in appearance needs good cleaning better cart service people too who I've personally witnessed taking garbage out of carts & throwing/placing on ground! Ick!Inside store is disorganized, terrible! IE, laundry soap next to pet food? FOOLISH.Quit selling Hartz products which are purposefully put at eye level over more ethical, better pet food for kitty cats. Hartz is well known for their horrible business practices, their flea collars and pet food kill our pets!Stop people at front entrance from soliciting anything. It's more then annoying to be harassed "to give" QUIT IT!!!And the worst of it lately these crazy people selling fruit in the parking lot. Walmart needs to put a stop to these people, you can't get away from them, they are everywhere in the parking lot!

Terrible service, I pressed the button calling for help to get a bicycle off the rack and no one ever came, then I went to look for an "associate" and when I finally found one, he only told me to wait in the bicycle area and that They would go help me. I waited for 10 minutes and no one ever came and while I was waiting I saw an "associate" and I asked him for help and he told me he would be back in a moment and he never came back. So I better go look for a bike somewhere else.

Massive store, only place I know about that sells 36 packs of beer for less than safeway charges for a 24 pack even 18 pack. However the store is confusing the rows, I couldn't spell the word ile so I said rows. Are split in half. You also have picked up a tail the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is chaotic at best and the customer service and cashier's don't like you and make sure it's known.

Used the drive up. The guy was great, happy and cheerful. Remember to be kind. They don't get a lot of praise for coming out rain or shine, but they hear about it when someone doesn't get what they order.Been a while since I've been inside so I can't speak to that.

Worst customer service experience, I purchased a discounted weed whacker a week ago, It did not work. the battery would not charge. Never used I went there today to return the receipt in hand, purchased with debit card, was told no box , NO REFUND!! How do we know you purchased that item here? wow, all the thousands of dollars we have spent at Walmart through the years!! And to top it off she kept my receipt when arguing and told me to leave. When I asked for store manager, They are Not here, call 1800 Walmart if you want help? Will never go to Walmart again!!!!! Good luck return items at Walmart when you have a RECEIPT!!!!!!!!!

Garden center can use some TLC. Inside garden area was well organized..Was able to get help fairly quickly. Looking forward to what spring brings.

The people doing online pickups/delivery orders are extremely slow. If they’re unstaffed, hire. But to have people wait 30+ minutes is absolutely ridiculous.*Not to mention, the women who work have a very BAD attitude. The men are always helpful and nice. I’m not sure what that’s about.

My mom was having a hard time at the self-checkout and rather than being helpful the worker put her germ-encrusted hands all over her groceries, proceeds to be the most unprofessional, brings a bunch of security over to intimidate her when she wasn't being loud or aggressive. They then gave her some bogus corporate number that no one is answering to file a complaint. They treat you any kind of way and then there is no manager or HR to mediate your grievances to. If I could give a 0 star review I would the customer service here sucks.

Wal Mart was a great experience as always. You can literally get everything u need in one place, and I also line the self check out buy one get one free that's a excellent thing that Walmart came up with.

You can only return items 9am-7pm. And although the store is open late, they will not help you with any returns or exchanges! Such an inconvenience. Another reason why Walmart sucks!!

They need more people on the floor helping. And the checkout register in the sporting goods department. Is always broken and I can't checkout. I have to wait in the lines upfront or try electronics.

Absolutely the worst customer service, I purchased a coffee machine and when I got home it didn't turn on, so I packed it up and went to return it 3 hours later at the same store I bought it, the front end manager proceeds to accuse me of removing serial numbers and switching machines and whatnot, this is exactly how I bought the thing and they just accuse me of being a thief when all I wanted to do is exchange the broken machine they sold me for the same one, then on top of that she refused to give me my receipt back either, this is absurd.

I had incorrectly assumed that this location would be better then their Richmond location just being that it is located in Napa County. The stores employees are very rude to its customers and most of the time the staff are too busy watching or following you around rather then asking if you need any assistance. Self check out lines are a nightmare being that they never seem to be working properly, the isles are always cluttered with items on the floor and the shelves always seem to be half stocked for some reason. They have phone contractors located in the electronics section of the store just standing in the middle of the isles that are constantly harassing you regardless of how many times you tell them you're just not interested. They are there everyday. They just stand in your way as you try to walk by. I have to walk completely around them and their section just to avoid being bothered while I try to shop. Then just when you think it is all over and you just want to get home you then have to stop on your way out and wait in line to have your receipt and your items looked over to make sure you didn't steal anything. Maybe the first guy didn't check your receipt correctly, well don't be alarmed when a second person comes out from nowhere asking to review your items again. I don't know about you but I don't like the feeling of being watched, followed, or accused of stealing just while trying to do a little bit of shopping. I guess you have to sacrifice being treated like a person at this location just to save a few bucks.

Favorite Walmart location of all time. Employees here are amazing!!!!They have local history books here that are very detailed. I love it! Their new remodel looks great! Love the two entrances still.

More self-checkout stands are open. The self-checkout registers take cards and some also take cash. The staffed registers, up to 6, also take cash. During high traffic times, we may need to wait in line up to 15 minutes to check out.I really like the buy online option, where you can schedule your drive up and the hourly pickup window. Usually this goes relatively quickly, depending on the queue. I think they have in-store pickup. That has been very helpful. I then shop only for items that I usually look over, before buying at the registers.

And this is a very busy Walmart. I think they rest on their laurels because I truly hate coming in this place. There's never any carts for those supposed to be, employees ignore you when you ask for assistance Dash that is if you can find an employee. This place functions just because of necessity I would be embarrassed to be anywhere in management for this place. The only slightly redeeming quality is set one or two people have been nice, especially Dennis and electronics

not really a big fan of ONLY self checkout and now the workers plug in how many bags I used. If I'm doing self checkout I'm taking my unofficial employee discount by NOT paying 10¢ a bag. Also seen the same empty cabs of soda on the shelves for days on end. Shopping carts left in parking spaces with no clear workers assigned to fetch them, been a few times I've done the whole parking lot in an hour by myself. Why do you even bother.
