I come to the store because it is more stocked then others around in the hair and beauty departments. The reason I write this review though, is because there's a certain employee that leaves me with such a great impression every time. I didn't catch her name but she's a petite dark hair younger gal and she just has a refreshingly nice attitude. I appreciate it and it makes me want to return for the pleasant experience.

A great placement for a pharmacy store to be at. Just across is a smaller store and along the road is also Safeway which is very convenient for someone that needs multiple things done. The parking is always available and the employees are not that bad. I would say though that some other services like getting prescription medicine or having a flu shot takes a bit longer. But if you don't mind the wait, time would go along much faster and wouldn't seem that long.

The pharmacy staff have always been amazing and helpful when refilling prescriptions over the years. Recently there have been a few times the medication was out of stock and had to be ordered taking a few days which was a little bit of a hassle. Other than the stock issue this is a great pharmacy specifically due to the staff who work there. Also the genius with the review about being asked to leave because of the knife is, special, and frequently causes issues at businesses in the area.

The emerging manager Martin was incredibly rude when we were asking the simplest questions about certain sales. And rather than being willing to comprise or see what we were talking about, he continued to sound irritated and was very condescending. For someone who has been a Team member since the 90’s, he does not show any customer service skills

They never answer there phones. No matter what time I've called, no one picks up and stay on the phone. They pick up and hang up.

This is a nice small Walgreen's for the local area. The employees are pleasant. Unfortunately, Corporate has NEVER provided enough workers to adequately man this store during the eight years that I have shopped here. So you might occasionally find the employees a little tired and sometimes they simply don't have enough time to stock all the shelves. Please give them a little slack. Working for Walgreen's is not a piece of cake anymore.

It is astonishing that this place is even considered a Pharamcy. The lack of communication and customer service is laughable. Everything about this pharmacy is down right horrible. I have given this place too many chances and today was the last straw. I have walked-in, used the drive thru and even the delivery service and nothing has ever gone right. Today, it has officially taken over 3-hours and 2 separate trips for my medication to be ready, after leaving the hospital. Absolutely ridiculous and down right inexcusable. I will never return!

The wait times here are absolutely ridiculous.The drive thru is the slowest, if you have 2 cars in front of you expect to wait 20min or more. There's new tech's here that can't handle a simple requests. Submitting to the insurance for approval more than once is a common thing, why is it so hard to simply resubmit when asked to after a week of waiting? Then "oh yeah it's approved", sorry about that.

Walgreens is right across from Safeway, making it a very popular place to go for certain items that you can not buy at a grocery store. I go there for phone accessories and pharmacy access. Walgreens is that different kinda store that has a little bit of everything from food to Hair Products. You can get Candy for any holiday of the year. And you can get Pet Supplies. They also have a lot of stuff for babies all the way to seniors. Personal care products for people and pets. Glamor care and kitchen aids. Even presents if you've waited too long. Great all around everything store.

The pharmacy never answers the phones as if they are too busy. Then when I go there I only see them laughing and talking with each other. Basically they ignore phone calls.

This is the most Curtious, and well maintained Walgreen's in the city. I live in Vallejo, but chose to go to this store because of the one on one familiarity this place has. Not only are you greeted at the door with a Hello ' nice to see you again, but when you go to the pharmacy they actually know you by name, but your perscriptions are always ready...

The two ladies at the counters, one at the main one and the one for photo/western union are horrible. Very rude and making faces at me. Felt hostile. Never coming back here. I'd rather travel far away to get my work done than this place. Worst kind of people

Went to get cigarette and the cashier asked for my mom's id who is above 50 non the less she gave it to the cashier and she droped it behind the counter. She told my mom to "GO GET ANOTHER ONE" great customer service

I love shopping here because it's quick and near by, I get groceries and household supplies here every month. But lately there's one cashier that makes it very uncomfortable every time I check out..I really wish he would mind his business and just do his job.

Store always in disarray been going here for years and I usually have a kabar knife on my hip was going to pick up meds from pharmacy when I was stopped by a big Shrek looking guy saying sir you can't have a knife in here no signs prohibiting the carry of a knife its not a gun and it was secured to my hip I use it as a tool as most people do keep in mind I've been coming to this store for years with a knife on my hip they made me literally take it off go out to the car and leave it in the car which by law then becomes a concealed weapon if stopped by a police officer and all I wanted to do is get my meds its not like my hand was on it nor was I waving it around but I didn't need this wannabe intimidation tactic from a worker who may have been having a bad day nor to be treated like I was some run of the mill thug looking for trouble

Every time you try to use a coupon or have a disconnect for anything there is a problem with the system. Please get it fixed! Everything is overpriced already, so don’t try to cheat your costumers.

Not enough check stands open. Long lines. Clerks have no knowledge of items sold or location. Employees don't speak clear English and language is terrible
