I have tried so many different dog grooming services but these guys are on top of their game. I have never been happier, I have a husky/golden and he sheds a lot, they groomed and shampooed him so well that I couldn’t be more satisfied and it slowed the shedding for a while. They care for your pet like it’s their own, I really appreciate it. Nanook (my dog) loves them!Thank you for your amazing service.

Second time here they are great!Very professional staff.My puppy gets full service and comes back home smelling like baby and with her hair very soft.Regularly she spends like 3-4 hours.Good prices!!

Never taking my dog here again! They cut to close to my dogs eyes and shaved her eyelashes. Because of this they did something to one of her eyes. We had to rush our dog to urgent care and hasn’t eaten in the past two day because of the pain. Our dog is in the processes of healing however, is still having a hard time opening her eyes. It absolutely breaks our hearts and I’m writing this because I don’t want anyone else to suffer the way our dog is suffering right now.

This place works miracles... not only do they do a phenomenal work but they're ver knowledgeable and actually care for your dogs. Their vibe is felt all the way thru, my dog is a very nervous dog and doesn't trust strangers but as soon as he saw them he was ready to jump into their arms trusting them in an instant!!!Did I mention they do miracles???Well my dog was actually a rescue and had knots in his coat and they explained to me how that can be painful to him and how to prevent that from happening again. Not only are theyAffordable but their work is epic, when I showed up to pick up my dog. I had to ask and make sure I was getting the right dog cuz I didn't recognize him lol I was in shocked and still am.Super friendly staff offers great quality cuts at a great price. I feel so lucky to have found this place. They take great care of our dog.when we pick him up looking exactly how we want him to look. Nice little extras too: always call when they are done, give him a little bandanna, etc.

Took my Goldendoodle for his first haircut, he had 3” long hair and we agreed on keeping it to 1 1/2” went to pick him up and he was one step away from being shaved. His face is round like a poodle. He looks horrible. I called and told them I was disgusted with his look, I spoke with a guy and he told me he would try work on his face. When my husband got there the manager told him she wouldn’t do anything. Never going back.

Don’t leave your pet there alone. With them!Cut dog nails way too short where it hurts the dogs. And the owner of Born again yells at the dogs because the dogs are happy wagging their tails or because they are afraid. I would never ever take my pet here again. You want to find establishment Who has compassion and wants to do a good job because they love what they do and loves animals. Not someone who’s in it for the greed. I need to be the voice of my pet. I won’t ever leave my pet with someone Who mistreat them.

We have been taking our dog here since we adopted him 8 years ago. They’ve always been good but within the last year or so, they’ve really gone above and beyond. Our dog is a husky mix and they put in the extra time to get the extra dead hair out even when he’s shedding out. I highly recommend them.

Every time we took our dogs there the price went up but the final straw was when they shaved our Pomeranian’s sanitary area so closely he could not sit down and was in clear pain. Look at Yelp - we were not the only ones with this problem. Add to that rude customer service - no apology whatsoever. If you love your dog I would avoid this establishment.

Got my dog in quickly for a grooming. Did a great job, good price. No complaints. Took 15min longer than the estimate but my dog is 90lbs.

They injured my dog so badly that I had to take her to the emergency vet this morning (Sunday). My dog was up all Saturday night in pain and crying, and still very uncomfortable today. She won't eat and is on three different kinds of medicines. They basically burned her vulva, her skin is raw and is on the verge of a skin infection (according to the vet). Beware.
