We have been coming to this tractor supply for awhile now, we come all the way from LA to come to this store because we never had issue here. Until our most recent visit we were discriminated. My husband went ahead and paid for our dog wash. I came in and started washing our pup. There was another lady washing her dog and not once did an employee asked if our washes were paid. Then the other customer left and Chad came opened the door and rudely straight up asked 'did you pay upfront?' I said yes. Chad left. While i was washing our pup my husband was strolling our baby in the outside part of the store to ease baby to sleep. Chad apparently was following my husband and my husband noticed that it was Chad. I told my husband what happened and told me what happened with him. My husband addressed the issue with the manager. We are familiar with the manager, she pretty cool and has great customer service we have had very pleasant interactions with her. My husband and I have been in customer service we know how people should be talked too and hopefully we come back we dont run to the same issue.

I like it. My primary reason to visit will be to get propane tanks refilled but there are things to see, to browse and to purchase inside and out. It's not going to replace a Big Orange or Blue store but it does have the essentials and some other things those larger competitors have limitations. Animal food/feed for example. This location is close, the staff friendly and the costs agreeable.

I have buyed at tractor supply often and each time thier asking for that I sign up for a credit card. I feel every time molested. The worst experience is that I heard from one of the cashiers that the manager force the cashiers to sign up customers to get credit cards. I hate that about tractor supply.Shame on management!

So… I never would’ve ran into this little gem of a place called tractor supply company if it had not been for the fact that I change my cat litter to a really inexpensive method which used pinewood pellets or something that is normally for horses and I could only find it at my local tractor supply company. I didn’t even know they existed And literally down the road from me on top of a little hill surrounded by mountains and literally this city girl had to take a double look and make sure that I was not Finding myself smack in the middle of a new Quentin Tarantino movie or something.These much larger than life-sized roosters were unsettling I’ll be honest but the customer service was genuinely awesome and I was not expecting to have to carry this big bag that was really heavy of equine bedding so the cashier told me to just drive my car right on up and she would look out for me and she would be more than happy to stick it in my trunk for me. Now that’s what I call some real customer service! And those roosters… That is what I call some real, unique product selection! Now the next question is… What do use them for?

I recently visited Tractor Supply Co for the first time and was blown away by the selection of products they offer. From animal feed to outdoor gear, they have it all. The staff was incredibly helpful and made my shopping experience a breeze. I will definitely be returning to Tractor Supply Co for all my farm and ranch needs.

Very helpful staff! They didn't have the exact hardware cloth I need in stock, but staff showed me where to find it on their website, and I can have it shipped directly to my house, so I'm going to order it. Great because I need 48", 1/2" at 25 to 50 feet, which is heavy and akward to handle. Great deal on pet food and they have some REALLY cute kids' toys and a great book selection for adults on farming, foraging, bee keeping and fun reading and workbooks for kids too!Very nice store and very knowledgeable and helpful staff!*NOTE: They have fencing/hardware cloth both inside and outside, so if you don't see what you need in one place, check the other!I'll be back, hopefully soon!

AMAZING staff! I would give them a million stars if I could. They were the only store with the tractor my nephew wanted for Christmas and we live in Ohio. They made it happen and the tractor is in our way to us just in time for Santa to get it under the tree!!! Special thanks to Tyler for adding something special to our delivery and his kindness through what he made an easy process!!!! Way to go Country Canyon! Thank you so much for your the Christmas joy you have given us- we will have one excited little guy Christmas morning!!! God Bless you all! WOW!

I loove coming here! They have all kinds of food for all kinds of animals; pets, farm animals, etc. There are cute western clothes/boots and more!! Seeds, gardening tools, flower pots, adorable decorations for inside & outside; equipment, large & small, chicken coops... so much to see, and 1 stop shopping!

Second time this happend. Called asked if they have baby chicks. Was told by someone they will put them out tomorrow. One even said there are in back tonight and we will place them out tomorrow morning so be here. I called today someone told me no no baby chicks believe me we don't have any. This is the second week in a row they said and did this. They really need to get their inventory checked. I just don't get how someone can tell me.tbere are in the back come in morning and it be lie.

The employees are super friendly here. Was able to walk around and look at everything comfortably and no one rushing me or too many people inside. They had lots of great items with amazingly low prices. They carry anything from tools, clothing to animal supplies. Will definitely be going back.

This is like the home depot for farmers, they have lots of farming equipment from hand tools, fertilizers, Carhartt clothing, and tractors. They also sell tools and a bunch of random stuff that you can also find in the big box stores, though the pricing here is a little bit higher (probably due to lower volumes). Still, this is a very interesting hardware store and definitely worth checking out if you're into DIY. Staff is wonderful and actually very helpful and knowledgeable.

They offer a dog wash service but rarely take care of or service the area. One week plumbing doesn’t work next week no supplies. Hard to believe you run out of shampoo when they sell it right on the shelf. Seems management should get involved and allow workers to make a decision to use a bottle of shampoo from the shelf rather than turn away a customer

This is the closest TS to the city of LA so I make the 27 mile drive out because they have some of the best prices. They have everything I need from animal feed, tools, just everything you need and more.

not the best process in place for refund of item that was not place in cart - pay attention. Otherwise possibly prepare for email volley , on hold for 50 mins for a $7 item.Other than that , great customer support agent to see you through it!edited.They did all well in the end.

Unique and useful stuff in this store! High above the Sierra Highway roadwayn..and a hairpin turn to the parking lot makes it a fun ride! Clothing and boots, tools, hardware, animal food and care, gardening, plants, fertilizers,, weed killer,, wind chimes, and much more! Check it out! I almost bought a T-shirt with the Yellowstone Ranch logo from the TV show! And...I have my eye on a new wall stake outdoor faucet/ outdoor hose holder for my next trip there. Pictures next time!

What a fun place to visit! I loved everything about it and received great customer service to top it off. They had an amazing collection of pet supplies that you will not find at PetCo or Pet Smart. And then the other goodies there kept me busy for over and hour just looking at everything there.

We love this store. It has everything we need for our pets and good prices on tools and materials. Our favorite part of the store is the dog wash station. It's comfortable to wash our big dogs and is a great price. The cashiers are always friendly.

Very cool and clean store. They have a great selection of clothing, work, farming and pet supplies. Anything from lawn decorations to fixing your tractor, this place is an all in one. Friendly staff. Parking is cool, you have to drive up a step driveway with nice views.

Very handy to have this store nearby. More focused on ranch and land management than, say, Home Depot, with a wide supply of hardware, garden supplies, pet care, rural clothing, and equestrian equipment and other products. A bit pricey for some things, and they're still working on maintaining right stock (at least this location), but worth stopping by.

Great source of country living supplies.Everything from livestock to pet supplies, boots to clothes, indoor and outdoor decorations, almost anything you can think of.A very fun place to shop and a very friendly and helpful staff.I just wish I lived closer!

First time going to one. Was presently surprised. They carry work clothes at a good price. Plus tools that are affordable. Little dangerous because you'll walk out with more than you planned. Very happy this is in our community now.
