To say I am beyond thankful for the cashier at the Pharmacy Naheeda (hopefully I wrote her name correctly) is to say nothing. She is amazing, it was my first time there and from now on we switch to this pharmacy and Rite Aid after using totally different pharmacy for almost 9 years.Best Regards,Tigran A.

I’ve been to this location multiple times. I’ve never never had any real issues. Sometimes the employees aren’t that personable but nonetheless they do their job, so that’s that. But someone literally hung up in my face while I was talking to them. I requested my prescription be filled ASAP if possible because I’m in a lot of pain due to extremely low vitamin D levels. & I was told it wouldn’t be ready til the following day even though I called within working hours. I understand being busy, but conduct business accordingly and end conversations respectfully and with a regard. Not like that.

Elizabeth was Beyond Kind and Helpful!! She was attentive and courteous! She listened very well and checked me out Quickly (which was important because I was purchasing Ice Cream for my kids). All in all this was Quite a Pleasurable Trip! I certainly Do Feel Very Valued when I come into This Particular Rite Aid! These employees are Very Well Trained and Extremely Customer Oriented. You know it has to start at the top and trickle down! Tony has done an Astounding Job of making his store My Go To Store when I need almost Anything! Kudos are deserved by these Amazing Associates! Keep it up! You guys are at the Top Of The Chain, when it comes to drug stores!!

Horrible customer service. Have been filling my father's prescriptions there for a few months now and every time there is an issue. Pharmacist named Ann is clueless and not willing to help with anything. We will be transferring everything to CVS

Needed prescription filled as I was out of my Rite Aid area and literally walked in to Soledad Cyn Rite Aid and Ramona the pharmacist was absolutely amazingWas in such a desperate state and Ramona made everything happen within 5 minutes

This Rite Aid is terrible. The pharmacy doesn’t even try to do their job to the best of their abilities. I’ve been on medication that I am supposed to take daily for 5 months now. I have never missed a dosage and it is because of the pharmacy and the lazy people they have working for them that I have now missed my meds for 3 days in a row. The way they run things is completely reckless, and they have no care for their customers. If you want your meds on time do NOT get them from here.

The cashier Crystal needed to finish her text message before acknowledging me or looking up while I was checking out. And then before giving me my receipt had to respond or reply to whomever or whatever she was looking at. Must be nice to get paid to play on your phone.

I simply called to get the Pharmacy and store hours, and the woman who took my call was rude, and sounded as though I interrupted her dinner. With the Stay at Home Order in place for us all, this should not be an unusual question.

Popped in this location a few times and looks clean, they have what I need, people are helpful if asking for help and friendly. Think long lines is a thing for this shopping center in general for any store there so they are a good store.
