We were in the salon for the first time, we liked the friendly staff, but they cut it badly that we didn't notice right away, they left the clumps uncut under the armpits and on the muzzle. They cut their moustaches without asking us! Although our dog is shorthair (Jack Russell). Without vibrissae (whiskers), the dog is partially disoriented, can become more irritable and even more aggressive. I think it is very important to voice this to clients before a haircut.

I wouldn't trust anyone else with our dog! I love the online scheduling. They groom our pup quickly and give her the attention she needs. Even though our dog has anxiety each time she goes in, she is met with open arms, patience, and they stay able to groom her each time. Their prices are decent and they have shedless hair, teethbrushing, and coat whitening services.

We just moved to the area and have been on the search for a great groomer and this place hit all the check marks. Not only does our girl look absolutely beautiful but I hit traffic coming and going and they were so understanding. They also are at a very nice price point. I 100% recommend taking your pup here!

They did such a great job with Cooper. He is an 85lb Golden Retriever...usually very nervous. But Yeva and Joan were great with him!

They take really good care of my fur babies (2 mini aussies=lots of fur!). I really like Kat, but I'm sure all the groomers their are great :) It's also really easy to schedule appointments, and they send me a reminder text if it's slipped my mind to make an appointment.

My chihuahua has always had trouble with groomers or anybody and these two women that were here today are incredibly magical and are built for this type of business. This is a top top of the line groomer and much more business and the prices are outrageously affordable and that's what gives me the opportunity to leave a good tip. I will make them my new groomers from now on and even better we just moved in from the valley and purchase our home literally minutes away walking or driving and I am so grateful I came across these two wonderful ladies. Groom and play is supreme and the integrity is just right off the bat amazingly with the see-through window walls where you can see what's going on with your dog I mean this is just as best as it gets. I am a person who does business all over the LA county and just overall and this has been not only because I am a customer but overall a top notch business. Super professional and I will be coming back from now on.

We took our dog here a couple times. The first time it was great. The second time they missed a big patch of hair when shaving her and only did half of her nails. We moved after this so haven't been back, but not sure if I would anyways. They were friendly though.

I've gone to Groom and Play a few times now for the grooming of my husky. I was hooked after my very first visit! The owners are friendly and caring. Their grooming sessions are quick but thorough. They use high-quality products. I love the ease of their option to book online appointments. And their prices are reasonable. My dog usually hates going to the groomer but I've seen a huge change in his behavior after going to Groom and Play several times now. I also love that he doesn't need to drink a ton of water when he gets home like at past groomers from being left in a crate or dryer too long. He's very happy when he comes home and always looks fantastic. I highly recommend Groom and Play!

We took our Coton de Tulear for his first visit yesterday. They are great. The big plus is that there are only two grooming tables in a large grooming room. Mozart was much less stressed out because it’s not overcrowded. I appreciated the masks and social distancing. I liked the natural products they used making him clean, soft and shiny! So grateful to have found this new salon!

Hands down the best grooming services you can get in the Santa Clarita Valley. I have had some bad experiences with other grooming shops and now very picky when it comes down to my little ones grooming services. I was at ease after talking to the owner (Yeva) and the groomer (Joan) about all of Milly's grooming concerns and there were more than accommodating to our specifications and Milly also walked out with a sweet bandana (brownie points). Overall very cute shop with great people and awesome service.

Really nice place quick really kind staff will be bringing our dog back here. We have had problems in the past with groomers not being gentle our dog used to be fearful of grooming but not here I would recommend them to anyone especially timid dogs.
