Kind, caring service. My dog is very timid and they let me hold her on my lap to have her nails trimmed. She was very scared and a bit more nervous because she had broken one nail off at the quick. My dog was treated with such gentle kindness that she was put at ease. Love this place

Such a pleasant experience! They turned my handsome boy back into the precious pup I love so much!! I called and was able to get an appt within 5mins. Everybody at Chris's K-9 Clippery are fantastic. Toby gets a great bath, nails clipped and is well loved. And he comes home with a pretty bandanna.

This is the only groomer so far who was skilled in cutting my Australian Shepherd and not completing shaving him down. They were excellent, and the price was very reasonable. Overall, I was very satisfied and will be coming back.

My 2 dogs felt at home with Chris, usually they bark and try to leave with us. The grooming was great. They also offer teeth cleaning on the premises once a month.

I have been taking my two dogs to Chris’ K-9 Clippery for many years. She always does an amazing job at grooming them. Yesterday I took my Shitzu to get groomed and when I picked her up from Chris’s she looked great! And I could tell she felt great too because when we got home she ran all over the house and kept coming up to me and jumping on my lap to give me kisses. Her fur is so incredibly soft! Love this place so much! Every time I go in the workers are always so friendly and always have a smile on their faces! Also, their prices are not bad either. Looking through reviews of Chris’ K-9 Clippery and seeing comments about her doing a bad job and being rude is something that surprises me so much. Because she’s always done a great job on my two dogs and my families other two dogs. And she’s always so nice. Thank you Chris for the amazing work that you do! ❤️

I have been to a few groomers in the area since moving here about 4 months ago. The K9 Cilppery is great. They do a wonderful job with my Mini American Eskimo. For $35 he gets the works, anal glad expression, ear cleaning, claw trim, hygienic trim on his bum, a bath and full brush out. The staff is always very friendly, they really seem to enjoy what they do. They are also very accommodating, they have been able to make a same day appointment for us every time we call, and they even allowed me to drop my dog off before work, and pick him up on my way home. Although, if you ask them to do this they are NOT allowed to take the dog out to potty so keep that in mind. The shop is always clean, and the staff is always friendly. I recommend Chris' K9 Clippery to everyone in the area!

I have taken both of my dogs to Chris' K-9 Clippery two times, ever since I moved to Canyon Country. Both times my dogs came back home looking better than they ever did after visiting groomers throughout Los Angeles County. Having previously taken my dogs to 5 different groomers, based on my last two experiences at Chris', I can honestly say that Chris does it best. Hope the quality of grooming at Chris' never deteriorates. The cost of grooming my two Standard Poodles is about the same as everywhere else, however, the quality is second to none.

Had some bad experiences with other local groomers, my neighbors suggested Chris, the best advice i have ever taken from someone!! Chris is fantastic!! I have a 18 year old Aussie Shep/mix, but needs special care(genttle). From the moment i walked in her shop i was at ease, friendly staff(you can tell they love all animals)and Chris was an absolute Angel!!!!, kept my boy at ease and made his experience stress free!! If you love and care about your fury friends as family as i do, give Chris a shot you will not be dissapointed

I've been a long time customer and today was the last time I will bring my dogs to Chris. Maggie the long time receptionist is no longer holding down the fort. Mistakes have happened in the past, both my dogs have been cut. I only trusted Chris to groom both our dogs after one of them was cut so badly she offered to pay the vet bill. I set an appointment for our dogs teeth to be cleaned over a month ago. I called today to confirm no appt were set. The problem is Chris set the appointment. The girl at the front desk offered another appt that day, so I was okay. I get their...no card on any of my dogs no appts, and no Chris. Needless to say I'm very disappointed. I've never written a review like this, but I'm so disappointed in the lack of service and complete disregard for customer service. No apology was offered, just have a nice day.

My mother and took our pets to Chris' K-9 Clippery in Canyon Country on November 7, 2018. My mother need her Chihuahua bathed and trimmed. My cat needed some matting in her furr removed and a grooming. We picked up our pets when they were finished. Chris' K-9 Clippery did a fantasic job on both of them. My cat's matting was removed, you could never tell she was matted at all. Her furr was very soft and clean. When I got her home, she seemed very happy and stress free about no more matted furr. This cat (Missy her name is) takes alot of pride in her furr by the constant cleaning she does to herself. Anyway, the staff at Chris' K-9 Clippery is very friendly and professional. If you ever need your pet bathed or groomed, I strongly suggest you take them to Chris' K-9 Clippery. They are the best and for my future pet grooming néeds that is where I will be going. I wish I could give this play zero stars. My dog has come home with excessive rashes on his cheek from the close cuts, and close cuts around his butt. Kris has also been very unfriendly to myself, my mother and my father. She ignores us, and has made us wait over an hour for an appointment we made.I am tired of my dog getting hurt at the hands of this woman and her staff. If you want a kinder place, go to petsmart in stevensons Ranch, or U Wash doggie in Newhall. Kris has been nothing but rude.
