Rudest pharmacy I've ever been too. Outwardly *sighed* at my friend trying to get scripts. Additionally they shorted her on multiple scripts of her insulin. It's not like she chose this and they've done nothing but be rude to her and mess with her scripts. There is one nice lady who works there but that's about it. The rest of the staff is awful.

Steve (I think ) in the pharmacy took his sweet time getting my prescriptions. He took 15 mins to find them put them on the counter (on his side of the glass so I could see them) and then decided to grab a bundle of prescriptions and put them away another 10 mins… then once I got his attention by saying “hello” he came back and finally ring me up. Worst customer service ever.

I prefer this walgreens to other locations, purely because they seem to have shorter lines. But I have to say that the staff here needs some attitude adjustments. They are ALWAYS rude, aside from the pharmacist. They hire really young kids here, and don't teach them how to treat people with mutual respect. That's why I'm giving them two stars. Horrible customer service.

Had a prescription called in from my doctors office over three weeks ago. Was told repeatedly they had prescription on order after first repeatedly telling me they couldn’t find order in their records. Then after three weeks they say the prescription can’t be filled until end of month according to their conversations with my insurance. Now the prescription is NEW one ordered by my doctor for asthma that I have never been on or taken before. clearly the pharmacy personnel are either lying or covering up their incompetence as they can’t explain why a system mole new prescription is this difficult to fill! Never going to use Walgreens again!

I kind of want to give this Walgreen's two stars: I ordered for pick up through their app and after forty minutes and no status update (let alone that the order was ready for pick up), I ended up driving over and walked into the store, which was what I was trying to avoid.I found the items I ordered on the shelf, meaning my online order went into the ether.On the plus side (and three stars for the store) the associate who helped me locate the section the items were in and the cashier were helpful and friendly.And yeah, when I arrived home twenty minutes later I finally received a message my order couldn't be fulfilled and was being cancelled...

My doctor prescribed me cough syrup to relieve my cough so my throat & chest will begin to heal after being sick for 1 week. Saghari the pharmacist told me that my doctor who is my primary care physician that has a title of internal medicine & endocrinology can't prescribe that medicine to me and it is out of his scope. Because I told her she was incorrect she decided to make me wait until she called my doctor. She said the doctor's office hung up on her. I went outside and called my doctor and the girls in the office said she talked to 2 different girls in the office and also the doctor. The pharmacist clearly didn't want to fill the order for me. She kept giving me reasons expecting me to back down. The pharmacist finally said she will fill the prescription once and for me to never come back. And when I asked for a reason why? she said she doesn't have to give me a reason. I'm a reputable real estate agent in the area who happened to be wearing ripped jeans during my pharmacy visit. I feel I was being profiled as a drug user and when I went back and complained to the pharmacy manager Nazaini she barely listened to me and continued working and simply said, "Saghari is pretty good at setting boundries". There may be a drug problem in the world but I am not a drug addict and don't appreciate a pharmacist who plays like they are the doctor, police or God.

Do not let the Caucasian lady with a bun hairdo in a lab coat give you your vaccine. The lady does it wrong, makes you bleed, and makes you feel like someone cut you with a knife. It was a painful experience for my daughter who has had vaccine shots with no pain in the past at other places.

I just had to post regarding the pharmacy at this Walgreens location. The people I dealt with today were the Rudes I have dealt with at a pharmacy. I suggest you stay away from this pharmacy at all costs. I can not believe how they did not try and help me but talked to me in such a rude manner. Stay away from Walgreens, CVS and ever Rite Aid have treated me better.

Hi all posted a review 2 years ago. Today 3/13/21 unfortunately went to this store again. & was totally made uncomfortable once again. i needed something that was for emergency. Anyways i walk into the store a cashier & manager were standing near the photo counter. I roamed the store to find my item the 2 of them walk towards the aisle i was in to peek at me. To see if i was trying to commit shoplifting. I tell you folks do not go to this store . the same thing happened to me 2 years ago. The employees are useless , not friendly. Don't waste your time at this Walgreens.

Worst Pharmacy ever. They didn't want to call my doctor to confirm if the prescription was sent digitally. When I requested why this was, their response was a flippant "Because we don't want to". Then I was told that the other helpers weren't there to assist and that the manager was out to lunch...at 10AM.On the other side of the coin, the Walgreens dow town not only called but confirmed while I waited. Night and day difference. Avoid this place like the plague.

Pharmacist told someone she wont fill a prescription then proceded to complain about her coworkers that weren't there either the other pharmacist. I wont be coming here again even if I have to walk from the hospital to another pharmacy. Wish I got her name so I could try to report her. If she does something like that to you I would recommend reporting her and get her name.

Worst pharmacist ive ever dealt with in my life! I just had a procedure done on my back at a specialist in Northridge, this is closest Walgreens to my doctor, she said she could not fill it because I can only fill it in Northridge, which that pharmacy is further... just plain rude & making up her own rules... so she told me go to CVS or another walgreens further away... very rude, and does not care about people, because now the doctors office will be closed and they wont be able to verify until tomorrow... thanks alot... I wish she could stay up all night suffering in pain also!

The absolute worse, they are never ready to attend the customers. I got sass and the worse attitude from the young Caucasian fellow, he was upset of the long lines but it’s his job after all.. don’t recommend, stay away go to the CVS down the street.

If your prescription 💊 is called in ahead of time they haven't figured out how to a system to remind them to fill it ON the due date so you can expect to wait 30 mins for them to fill it AFTER you get there and after you waited in line for 20 mins. These are supposedly people with PhDs. 😖

Terrible. I have Narcolepsy, which is very serious and can be life threatening. I take adderall to keep me from uncontrollably falling asleep all day. Prior to adderall I ended up in the hospital frequently for falling asleep while standing up and having an accident. I've cracked my head open, had concussions, etc.I am so tired of pharmacists looking at me like I'm a drug addict trying to get high and being rude and condescending. l recently moved to the area and was hoping that this Walgreens (my first and last time ever in a Walgreens) would be different. It wasn't.In fact, this was the worst I'd ever experienced. This Pharmacist was so condescending, I couldn't believe it. He was literally sitting there smiling and chuckling at my frustration. He wouldn't fill my prescription because the address on my license was incorrect and he was cocky and smiling while telling me. Like he was so happy he had the power to turn me down. I don't remember his name but he was a curly haired, African Amercian man in his fifties or sixties.He failed to tell me there were several other pieces of information I could show them to confirm my address. I asked to speak to the manager who informed me they could use my auto insurance card to verify my address. Then he said, even though we verified that, there's a whole bunch of stuff the pharmacist has to verify to see if they would be able to fill my prescription and that I could still be denied.I asked him what exactly does he need to verify and what could cause be to be denied. I've been taking this medication for a long time. The manager was polite but would not answer my question and neither would the pharmacist. He kept telling me I could call the DEA of I wanted to. Why on earth couldn't the my tell me what they had to verify? I should be able to know what information they're running on me. He was like a broken record.I just can't get over how terrible the service was. the pharmacist should be fired, because he never stopped smiling. He was clearly enjoying my frustration. Stay away from this place.

Definitely the Worst Pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They are randomly close it, never leaving note when re-open. Terrible………. I’ll take my business elsewhere for sure

It's a very organized place and clean the worker are always kind and courteous and they always have my medication, it's always hard to get it from other stores there never in stock so I made this my store and the prices are a bit less too. 🤗🙂👍❤️

Tacos Walgreens use to be a really good place to make a stop. Now is all duty, loud and hard to keep 6ft social distance. !Oh, by the way, !! there is a pharmacy in the back.

Bathroom wasnt cleaned. Looks like it's been a while. Just went in to pick up some medicine for my mother, and then had to use the restroom. We disgusting. Very unprofessional and unpleasant.

Very rude customer service. On their website it shows they have the item and it is on sale and will get free gift, it doesn't tell it is only online price. The customer service said we won't honor the price and was so rude about on Christmas day. So disappointed.

Dr Saghar from pharmacy section was very rude.Tried to ask her a question and called her name.She ignored me completely and looked away.As a health care provider you should be able to help your patients and answer their questions about their medication.Will not go back and will be changing pharmacies.
