They were so great. My dog is 6 yr old Chihuahua that has never been to a salon and they were able to make her feel comfortable. She looked gorgeous when she came out. A great price for the value. They even gave her a pink bandana.

My dog got mixed up with someone else’s and when I told them it wasn’t my dog they insisted it was and that they hadn’t moved her from the bath even after they had given my mom the wrong collar with the wrong name. My mom tried to grab what we thought was our dog only to get bitten by it. We were shocked because our dog isn’t normally like that. Turns out they mixed the dogs up and my mom got bitten and scratched by a random dog for no reason! After the fact they gave us some pretty lousy apologies. But wait it doesn’t end there!!! We took my dog home only to find out they cut my dogs nail *badly* she was bleeding a lot and now we can’t touch her paw without her flinching. I’m normally understanding but this was terrible service! After the fact they still charged us full price if I could give zero stars I would! If you care about your fur babies please find somewhere else. This was a shame because I was really looking forward to it

Very disappointed the cut was horrible, his ears were messy and not groomed well, not even, his body was not even and neat the tail was messy and still had a matted piece of hair in it, and the back of his legs had two plugs cut out of it

Horrible. My dog had his appointment at 10:30. I took him, came back home, and in less than an hour they call me saying my dog is ready to go. I went to pick him up and the lady (she’s a white old lady) told me it was a mistake because there was another dog with the same name as my dog. I went back home. 30 minutes later they call me and say my dog is ready to go. I had to go back walking in the heat Again🙄. When it was time to pay, I gave the same lady a 100 dollar bill, but she said she gave all her change to the customer before me. Sorry but at this point I start to think she’s racist. Luckily I had with me my money, since it was my mom who gave me the $100 bill to pay them. Gave her the $65 and left. I Come home and see something red in his stomach. They had cut off one of his nipple. I feel very bad for my dog. Very bad.

This is the worst pet groomer in town. I set up an appt for my dog few days before the appt but when i brought my dog they were so confused because another dog has the same name. Brought at 9:00 am and i started calling at 2:00, 3:00 and 4:00 pm without response. When i picked up my dog, looks like nothing has been done and just been blower. Me and my daughter confirmed it when we bathed our dog, never been cut at all and charged me $65, such a scam bag. I truly want to confront you in person but i think review is better for other people to see. I don't mind paying but do your job, such a shame

Kathy is amazing. She takes on my challenging babies. One is hyperactive and the other is needy. The dogs stress each other out but she takes them time and time again with a smile. I've never seen my babies look better since I've had them. I would repeatedly choose them over name-brand places...

We took our dog here, she is a 6lbs "Maltese" looking and has A LOT of fur. She had dreads and knots all over her body, and she needed a grooming asap. This place doesnt accept walk ins so we set the appt. for a week later. The place isnt big, so you dont have to worry about your dog getting scared or going crazy at the sight of other dogs :) We got our baby the full grooming package for $45!! (It included haircut/shave, cut nails, bath, and I think more). We were told to wait around 3.5 hours for a call to come get her; when we got there we caught the last bit of her haircut/ shave and the woman (Idk if Ive got her name but ill say it if I find it!!) was so gentle and comforting, she was very professional. Our dog was almost unrecognizable!!, she looked almost nothing like she did before we brought her in. I was a little scared before we took her, just because Ive seen places that when they shave a dog that they leave some scratches and redness, but when we got her back she had no un necessary redness, no cuts, and her fur was really short! The woman did such an amazing job and we are all so happy with the way she turned out because even though her hair was so short she looked so beautiful still (fur wise, because shes always cute jeje). She was given to us with a red bandana and we paid at the end of all of it. WE ARE SO HAPPY WITH THIS PLACE AND THE AMOUNT OF SKILLS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I RECOMEND THIS PLACE 100% Thank you guys 😁💖💖💖💖💖

Simply asked for a call back on a question if they used slings sometimes for trimming dogs nails. 3 times I called over a 7 hour period, they never called back. I think they are out if business now Feb 2022

The groomers are nice & lovely! They always do an excellent job on my maltipoo. As well the prices are good. 10/10 would recommend!
