I love the grooming team here, my dog is crazy and Carlos here is the only person who is friendly with my dog. He is the only one I have ever encountered that knows how to safely groom an aggressive dog with a smile and even jokes about it. If your dog is a little on the crazy side this guy is the one for you.

Went in here to buy a Beta and was left speechless when I found dead ones and their water not being changed at all. These little guys get transported from Thailand and near by countries. At least keep their environment clean in their remaining years. I picked the one that seemed he had been there the longest, with the dirtiest water. He’s got a good home now.

In general, I get what I want, when I want and the grooming salon is great and convenient. I have shopped baths for my 90 lb Doberman, Nero and most are $90 to $120, so for less then $70 I get a really decent bath, brush, and all the works. They appeared to always be nice and gentle with the pets. I'll keep going there until as long ast they remain a reasonably priced alternative to the more pricey shops around town.

Review specifically for grooming. Progressively grooming service has gotten worst. Today's visit is my last. They advertise it as 3-4 hours so at 4 hours with no call, I go in to check. I'm told that it would be a other hour because the dog the associate was working on was really dirty. What?! Not sure how that even makes sense. There were 3 associates, one grooming and the other 2 just standing around. I was beyond upset. On top of that, staff member Liliana is not nice with dogs. She's definitely over being a groomer.

The best pet supply store in LA! Great product selection and knowledgeable staff. The manager, Todd has cat and dog rescue groups doing regular in-store adoptions. Five stars!

This store is fantastic! We regularly come here for grooming and boarding, and the staff is always SO friendly and helpful. We know our little girl is going to be well taken care of when we drop her off. Definitely recommend!

Groomers are open at 8am which is super convenient. Make sure to specify with the groomers exactly what you want. Despite coming here every six weeks for the past year and NEVER having his tail shaved the groomer decided to shave his tail completely off and didn’t even finish the hair cut. My dog still had one leg completely untouched when I picked him up and was told he was ready. They’re usually so good but the last time I picked up my dog with a choppy cut and this time they didn’t even finish. Too expensive for the quality grooming.

I found INSTINCT cat food from rabbit here with all the varieties for the wet types & of course they also have tye dry one! I'm happy! Very convenient! So i don't need to order it online anymore (which sometimes would be delayed due to my other business or weekends when they don't deliver it until Monday).The store is very close, clean, well stocked and the staffs are helpful & friendly! 👍

PETSMART is a one stop shop for my dogs needs and wellbeing, the Banfield animal hospital has some of the greatest customer service fast and friendly. The grooming center also has great customer service.

We had to put our Ellie into a kennel because of our week long vacation. Our dog had never kenneled before and we worried about her but the staff was very reassuring and said we can call and get updates while on vacation. Thankfully when we got back Ellie seemed very content and happy. This puts our mind at ease knowing we have a great place to put Ellie up in case we take another extended vacation. So for one week it was $375 which was worth it considering it was our furry baby. Located in a very accessible area, plenty of parking so pick-up and drop-offs are not a hassle.

Their “same day delivery “ is a complete joke. Twice I have placed an order, and there was no delivery. The next day I received an “order confirmation “ and checked the status online and the order was cancelled! Do they only deliver when they’re in the mood? Oh and they charged my credit card! The first time I called and they reversed the charge. The second time I just disputed the charge through my card provider.Really pathetic.

The staff here are very friendly, knowledgeable, and always available to help when needed. I come here to get foods, toys, and others things for my pets. They have a large selections of accessories to choose from as well. Also their aquatic department is huge with a big assortment of fresh water fishes. I love this place.

This review is specifically for the grooming department. I made an appointment online for my dog at 9am. They told me in advance that appointment would be done by some grooming students who were learning, which was fine by me. We all need to start somewhere right?My issue was I have taken my dog here in the past and she's normally done in 1.5 to 2 hours. 3 hours max. Today the was not done til a little after 3pm. 6 hours seemed a little extreme to me, especially when I had an appointment. If it's a walk in and they took her, I would understand but not when you have an assigned time.I paid $15 to extra for nail grinding to file down the nail. Grooming prices vary based on the size and breed of your dog. My medium size dog is $58 plus tip.

UPDATE: I wrote this review during the pandemic 2 years ago and things have definitely changed. I take my dog to day camp here once a week and it's quick and easy. And he absolutely loves it and is so excited every time we arrive. They now answer the phone in a timely manner and I even left my dog here for 4 nights last summer in the pet hotel and all was well. So, disregard my previous review and I do highly recommend this Petsmart Day camp/day care and pet hotel. I'm only taking a star away as they need to have camera's that you can look in on your pet during the day from your computer/phone. Put those in Petsmart and I'll give you the full 5 stars!===================================2020: Nobody EVER answers the phone at this store. I have put my puppy in daycare here and can never get anyone on the phone to check on him. God forbid you use the Pet Hotel. How could you ever feel comfortable about leaving your dog at a place with zero response so you are never able to check on your dog while you're gone? I literally just spent 42 minutes calling every single department in this store with no answer. Finally, at 42 minutes, someone answers and puts me on hold and never comes back. Hire some people here, it's ridiculous. Who knows what is happening when you leave your dog. I can only assume there is no supervision and nobody checking on the dogs. Which reminds me that there is never anyone at the front desk of this Daycare either. You have to wait for 20 minutes to get checked in.
