The worst dollar tree. Disorganized and the line is always long and the cashier wont even call for backup even when there’s 20people in line. Managers are always on break. Cashiers are sooo slow, especially the trans who has a very condescending attitude. Someone has to say it.

Checkout situation is still bad. 1 checkout lane opened at 8p on a Friday night. I assume the other cashier was on break or lunch. Line went through the aisles. A customer asked the manager if they could open another lane and were told to wait 10 minutes. A good manager would hop on a register until the cashier could come in or until the line went down. They need extra help and are hiring but they could have managed to check the remaining people out in a timely fashion if they had just prioritized better. There weren’t a lot of people but a line was forming. I hear it’s like this all the time. Go to a different dollar tree. If they can’t handle business, they don’t deserve business.

Today I was here and unfortunately didn’t buy anything due to I was shopping and a women and her boyfriend tried stealing my purse I hope management does something about it.,it’s all in cameras it could happened again please be safe and take care while shopping

My review has nothing to do with the cashier, but poor guy had a huge line and none of any other staff could jump in to help? is sad! You can tell the frustration, nervousness of the cashier because he’s trying to get the line down. I get it’s slow and under staff everywhere, but for the sake of the customers and your employees you should take the time to help bring the lines down and move away to continue whatever is that you’re doing. As I was shopping the cashier called for help twice of a manager and instead of coming they called him. As I was shopping I saw 3 people in the office, so clearly they could’ve helped. Take pride in your job, position as a “ Manager “ and most importantly without your employees( cashier associates) you would be complaining if they would to quit or call out, and I would not blame them I was a customer and I could feel the anxiety, frustration and face of worrisome that the gentleman had. I felt the need to tell the gentleman it’s ok, you’re doing fine, just breathe and the fact that he felt so appreciated and felt understood shouldn’t come from a stranger, but from your own “ Management team “ by giving him or any cashier the help when they feel they’re drowning and customers are complaining to them about the long lines. Do better

Warning!! The first and only time I ever use my new credit card which is at this Dollar Tree, my credit card info gets stolen! Beware!! They have credit card skimmers here and the employees seem to be in on it!!

I had a highly disappointing experience at the Dollar Tree recently. I purchased a disposable calculator and, upon opening it outside, discovered that it was dead. I promptly returned to the store and asked the cashier if I could exchange it. She insisted that I needed the packaging, which I had just thrown away moments ago. This seemed ridiculous, considering she had sold it to me seconds prior.To make matters worse, the manager, who had noticeably hairy arms, joined the conversation. The cashier explained the situation to her, and she reiterated that I needed either the barcode from the packaging or the receipt for any return or exchange. What baffled me was that the cashier asked if I had the receipt, despite the transaction happening mere seconds ago, and her knowing that I had told her to keep it.I expressed my frustration, mentioning that the calculator only cost $1.25, and it shouldn't be such a big deal for such a low-value product. The manager's response was mind-boggling. She said, "If it's only $1.25, then you should have kept the receipt." This response made absolutely no sense, as the value of the product was precisely the reason why I didn't see the need to keep the packaging. This whole experience was incredibly frustrating and left me with a negative impression of the store's customer service.

This dollar tree is by far the worst dollar tree location i have ever visited ! I originally loved the dollar tree for their seasonal decor and also their low priced items. I purchased a few items yesterday sept. 25th and today sept. 26th i came back to return extra items i had purchased. I had the receipt with the UNUSED items so i expected that i would have no problems returning my item. Well, i was wrong, the manager vanessa said that they would only accept even exchanges so i mentioned that i the moment there was nothing i needed and i would be okay with store credit. As i mentioned in the beginning, i come to the dollar tree from time to time so store credit would work the same as a refund. She then went to say that they do not do store credit which was NOT written in their return policy ! No where in the return policy does it say you must do an even exchange. The policy says they will take returns with original receipts. Talk about a deceitful policy ! Vanessa then got flustered as i asked to speak to the store manager and i also asked if i could obtain corporate email so that they can see how their policy makes no sense. I know DOLLAR TREE concern here is loosing money but think about this, I CANT USE A DOLLAR TREE GIFT CARD OUTSIDE OF THE DOLLAR TREE ! How do you not provide store credit ?!?!? Vanessa did mention “other stores” do take returns but theirs didn’t (for whatever reason) she then called her store manager Araceli who also could not help her customer. She told Vanessa she can put her on speaker so that she could “explain” the policy to me again. Why would a store manager even think that is a good idea ?! I’ve been involved with retail before and as a MANAGER your job is to provide the upmost customer service ! To assure you can retain your customers and maintain the dollar tree brand. This was the worst experience i will never come to this dollar tree again ! Or ever with their deceitful policies. I was given a “customer support” phone number and apparently i can’t email the manager or the corporate manager about this because “they have no emails” according to the manager Vanessa. In 2018 a huge corporation does not communicate with their managers through email ??! Again, so confused. For the record i have attached a picture of their policy which does NOT mention anything about even exchanges.

The lines are always too long and rarely any additional staff to assist the only cashier. Hence, I've greatly reduced my business with them for that very reason. Excessively long lines and wait times.

THEY WILL REFUSE YOU BATHROOM ACCESS WITHOUT SYMPATHY, EVEN WITH A FULL CART OF ITEMS. DO NOT SHOP HERE!! THE ONLY THING THIS STORE IS GOOD FOR IS FOR CRACK HEADS TO GO INTO TO STEAL FROM. THE LADIES GOT ONE GUY WORKING THE CASHIER WHILE THE OTHER 2 PRETEND TO BE RESTOCKING IN THE BACK.

I love the Dollar Tree store. I can always find anything I may need for my kids for school and household items I need. Since I am always on a budget I truly appreciate the price. This is a very good Dollar Tree location. It seems to have everything that you could need in terms of General supplies and even food items. The store was also well organized and it was easy to find what you were looking for. It did not seem too crowded when I came and people were respecting masks and keeping their distance.

Busy on weekends possibly because of helium balloons and party ware plus tons of snacks even some ok birthday gifts, at 1.25 each . Crafting items , dog bones and treats even leashes and collars for cats and dogs, cleaning products are a great deal at 1.25, they have ice cream treats that are brand name and arevsold elsewhere for double or more the price. Lots of holiday items every holiday, some go fast, so get there as soon as you can. Sunglasses for 1.25 wow. In the same shopping center as Sam Ash music store at the very end near the Subway sandwich shop. New stores have opened in this plaza , a nail salon, a beauty supply and easy parking ,(except by 7-11) store its kinda busy with quick stop purchases there. Nice people work at Dollar Tree and they can even order you a needed large quantity of some items if needed.

Great store every thing I need here 😍 great service. 👏from staff sometimes they get rude customers like me lol I use to think there lazy or some bs .but in reality they work hard at there jobs and provide a wonderful service to the customers now I know how it feels to be in there shoes . The Manger Vanessa is bright & smart and always does her best to help the customer . Clean and organized store . So easy to find items I need, thanks dollertree . Large variety of products for 1$ excluding tax. Most of the products are of good quality. They have good collection of kitchen utensils and party items. All these are of good quality and prices are cheap. They also have good collection of tissue, Ziploc and aluminum foils at cheap rate. They also sell beauty products including shower gel, shampoo and conditioners. They also sell plates and cups (both plastic and paper). They also sell candies, chocolates, chips and noodles. This shop gives good savings to common man as they sell various quality products at cheap rate. Only issue is wait time for billing. No issues other than this. The building has nearby parking area.

The young girl, I believe her name was Victoria, (at least that's what our receipt says), checked us out efficiently and quickly. She was very nice and had excellent customer service. I enjoyed her presence as a sales associate.

I bought 3 balloons as a welcome back to my husband from a long trip. . As I was in a hurry to the airport I didn't immediately notice that the lady me a feel better balloon instead of a welcome back balloon. All three are not well inflated. Very disappointed.

Like any other dollar tree however staff don't really enforce social distancing.Customers are on top of each other in line. Of course there was only one open register, they consistly fail to keep the lines moving and only allow for one register to open at a time.

Dollar Tree is a good place to find all sorts of items for well.. a dollar 💵. They have everything from seasonal items for the holidays, to school supplies /office, kitchen goods like plates, cups, saucers and food wrap.. to food! They sell helium balloons for birthdays and graduations, to batteries, candles and tools: screwdrivers, super glue. Seriously, you will be impressed with the breath of what they offer. The quality? Well, it is a dollar only, so keep that in mind. Some items are better than others in that regard. Staff is friendly and lines are quick. They have advertised specials posted.

I would love to give this store 5 stars but i can't. First let me say there is a great selection of things to shop and all the employees are nice but every time i go in here there's only one register open and there's a really long line. This store gets too much business to only have one register open all the time.

The last time I was here, the manager of the store started an argument with a customer (with a small child) in-front the entire store of customers. When the lady threaten to call the manager over this behavior, the cashier responded, "I am the manger, Bye Felecia". Which is a slang insult for those of you who don't know, Been going here for years and I am pretty over how low budget their managers have been consistently.

Let me start by saying that I love dollar tree, but this particular store is horrible. It's cluttered, disorganized, dirty, and most definitely under staffed.I will say that the cashier was very friendly and efficient.
