Yep also closed for cleaning even though the guy is visably not cleaning. So I left another 711 was also closed so then I got gas and came. Back all together one hour later and still got closed for cleaning. Also I ask everyone can you think of a time you came here and they weren't increadably rude? Like as a if you were bothering them like they want to say hey do I come bother you at work?!?!?!

Female cashier was on the phone while ringing me up. She kept on canceling transaction while I was attempting to pay. Then blamed my card. Then blamed me. But don't blame the cashier focused on her phone call? 🤔

Disrespectful worker so unprofessional ice got stuck in the dispenser the lady put her hand up there without a glove to get it out after being at the register so unsanitary. she wanted to charge us double for the drinks just cause we took a sip to check of it was carbonted and the other soda was just water

If anybody here complains about a rude Indian lady, her name is Rita and she has been harassing me everytime I go and buy something. She accused me of kicking the door when I did not. She also works at the dollar store in the same parking lot. She harasses me even when I go to that store. She needs to get fired.

Absolutely ridiculous I went in to buy a gift card for someone’s birthday and they said they don’t do gift card payments after 4 what kind of bull is that? Never in my life have I ever heard of a set time for gift cards to be purchased. Will be going to CVS instead don’t go here CVS BETTER!

I walk In just to buy a water this Indian lady saw me with my Starbucks cup when I wasn't even drinking it she told me I can't have that cup inside I told her I wasn't drinking it she is so disrespectful she messed up my morning couldn't even buy a water. I don't understand why she had to point it out infront of everyone it doesn't say anywhere that u can't take drinks inside. I just walked out and left please if u want to have a great morning don't walk in there her name is Rida she is a miserable lady with such a horrible attitude. She just really is in the wrong neighborhood.

Rita is really nice, but she's always talking on her phone . I constantly have to repeat questions, and almost always get incorrect change. When I bring it up, I always have to repeat myself because she's constantly talking on her phone to someone else and is never paying attention.

Worst 7-11 ever. Took advantage of their $1 any size ice coffee. When purchased I was charged full price and she mentioned sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. I don't mind, but don't lie to me, I even went through the app...Uhh what??

The staff here are very nice, great variety of products. Unfortunately, the public restrooms they had for customers are now locked shut, PERMANENTLY...thug customers thrashed the restrooms. PLEASE be very aware of your surroundings > Roscoe and De Soto has now become a thug magnet.
