This family owned and operated local hardware store offers hay/feed as well. I pick up my horse hay there weekly. Everybody is always courteous and happy to help.I own a home in the area and anytime I have home repair questions they are always happy to help me figure it out. If they don’t have the product I need they usually refer me to their message board where people post business information. If they’re able will order what I need.They are extremely helpful as the next nearest hardware store is about 25 miles from my house.

I'm an electrical contractor out of Santee with some customers in Campo. Typically I have needed to make sure I bring everything I might possibly need for a job because there is nowhere to get parts and it's a long trip back to the city for supplies.Well, in my rush to get out to Campo in Thursday, I failed to get the breaker I needed and thought I was out of luck. I called East County Lumber and Ranch Supply and Debbie expertly told me everything she had and as it turns out, it included the 2 Pole 60A homeline breaker I needed!Great friendly and knowledgeable staff, I will definitely visit again when I'm out there this coming week.

Excellent customer service... Very important and rare these days, but what struck me as rather surprising was maintaining an inventory which anticipates diverse customer needs, carrying items, I felt, would have to be found somewhere else. If I had more time I would have walked every bit of that store and committed it to memory, especially those obscure items which you think you may never need!

The staff is always helpful and nice. It's great to be able to have a family owned and operated hardware store local to us out here. We have to support them with our dollars otherwise they won't be able to stay in business and then we would have nothing.

Went there today for a small gas fitting. They had exactly what was neede. Saved me a trip to tecate mexico with a 2 hour border wait and to san diego with about a 3 hour round trip.

By far my favorite hardware store. The owners are very kind and the crew that works there will go out of there way and move mountains to help ALL customers. Super convenient store hours and location. They have anything you need and if not they will either get it for you or help you find it. Awesome feed section with quality feed and animal supplies. Overall Phenomenal store

They are very nice and attentive if you are white, every white customer entering the establishment was greeted with a smile but if you are Latino you won’t even get a “Good morning” you have to wait until they have helped the white people even if you were there first. They didn’t even acknowledge me even when I was standing right in front of them in line waiting to be helped. I had to approach them for them to help me. It look like they were trying to avoid helping me, like if I was there to ask for free stuff or something like that. Then while I was being helped other customer needed help again and the lady stopped looking for my stuff to go and answer questions for the other customer, and then went back to me. I won’t ever be back in there even if it is 5 miles away from home, I rather drive 22 more miles to ACE hardware at Alpine where they treat me for what I am, a paying customer. Other than that the store is well replenished, clean, and they are very kind but again only if you are white.

They have almost everything your looking for. The prices on some items are a wee bit high but reasonable. The are wheel chair accessible. The folks there are always friendly, very knowledgeable, and very helpful.😃

For a local hardware and feed store they had everything I needed. I purchased ready mix cement, portland cement, #3 rebar, and 1/2 inch plywood. All for a good price cheaper than for me to drive 60 miles to get same items at Big Box stores.

living in KB homes, some parts to run a home are obsolete but these guy's have parts in stock. toilet and faucet replacement. a good selection of tools. The staff are very helpful also, thank you for this!

This place is one of the main reasons I moved to Campo. A great old-fashioned farm supply / lumber yard / hardware store.Owners Bob and Deb are all about customer service, and if they don't have it, Deb will order it for you.
