Yesterday we went into get some food and treats for our hamster that we bought at this store about 4 months ago.The team member that assisted us was called Jessica.When we went up to the counter we were surprised and delighted that Jessica how Clarisse (the hamster) was doing.It had been a rough week and her kindness (and memory, wow) certainly turned the week around.Petsmart, you are so lucky to have Jessica on your team, what an amazing young woman.

Very nice store. Plenty of parking. Highway selection of pet food, beds and toys with good prices. Liz at the register is super friendly and welcomes you when you enter the store. Shop on line with their app for pick up ready in 3 hours or less. Rewards program available. Watch for great deals on the app, like buy one get second for 50% off. Or just really good sale prices on items. Big airy store with high ceilings, wide isles and seems clean and safe. Highly recommended.

This store is huge! We go here because they have the prescription diet that our veterinarian prescribed for our cat. Employees are friendly and helpful. One complaint is that the prices on the website don't always reflect the price in the store. Luckily the cashier was patient enough to match the prices.

I was treated very rudely, I felt as if no one wanted to help me, I don’t know if it was my age or they just could care less about helping me, I’ve shopped there before but I’ll take my business elsewhere, spend my money elsewhere. Give pet smart on south Campbell two thumbs down. 👎👎

This PetSmart is my go-to pet store! Staff always greet me when I walk in and I come often and they ALWAYS say hello. I appreciate it — it’s small but it makes me feel welcome.Their selection of cat treats, food, and litter/cleaning supplies is huge. Prices are competitive too, and they do price matching.What sets this PetSmart apart is the staff come up to help you make product selection & help you find good deals. They go above and beyond to make sure you get the best value for your money. Also, really cute seeing the dog training sessions. Highly recommended! 🐾🐱

This is my main pet supply store - plus the groomers at the salon are wonderful, they always remember my pup & take great care of him!I often seem to find great/cute toys & clothes here, often on sale. Staff is great!PetSmart has expanded the high-end food carried, so I can get the food & treats I need, and I like being able to order online for store pickup - which they make REALLY fast & easy!

I decided to give having a fish tank a try. I got most of my supplies from Petsmart and in am super happy they do need to work on the stocking because they do have a few products that are not in the shelf but overall they are very Nice and have lots of options to choose from.

I took my poodle mix dog for grooming. I’m rinsing his thick hair and the water stopped.I ask the staff that I need to do the blow dry and told her I need extra time to dry my dogs hair.she replied” I need to buy another token which is$18 for me to be able to use it. I told her that’s riff off. I just need extra time just to dry my dogs hair, why do I need to pay another $18?Anyway,, She is the manager but does not know how to smile and she needs to be trained how to do and understand the right customer sevice.

Eric is great with our dog, Béjart. He seems to really care and take initiative about what grooming needs the dog has. Highly recommended Eric. Prices are a little high unfortunately.

Petsmart is a great store wish i could say the same about adoption event they will be having over the weekend is not regulated a lot of scam rescues that dont have healthy dogs and they dont cover vetcare if your adopted dog gets sick its the adopters ( customers paying hundreds of dlls for vetting ) this happened to me thru woofs & wags dog rescue( kathleen orozco) that will be at the event with sick dogs again not regualted by petsmart i contacted corporate office to get a 2k refund for a sick dog at one of her events and petsmart wont pay much less this rescue.

I waited for so long for curbside pickup and when I walked in, the male staff just sat there, chilling. When I asked, they said they don’t do curbside pickup for the last 30 min before the store closes, but it wasn’t written anywhere!It’s such a shame because I love the app, and I like the store, but the male staff attitude was horrible!

Looks run down. Picked up an order from there and that went well, but from the outside it looks completely trashed and on the inside it is much more gloomy than most petsmarts. The bulb I bought also burned out in two days but I doubt that was petsmarts fault. Got a replacement bulb for free at Gilroy

Walked into the store on Sunday at 7:02 PM, didn't realized the store hour was closed at 7:00, this guy jumped out and run after me and said we closed at 7, so I asked can I just grab a bag of dog food real quick since there are about 5 people still in line waiting to pay... NO, we closed at 7 and yanked the cart from my hand and tell me to leave... my goodness, talked about bad customer relations... I'm a regular customer there and you can count that I will take my business elsewhere. I know these employees really don't care if they make another sale, but I have to think what's the owner think about turning a sale away because they don't want to stay a couple minutes later.

I wear a face shield in lieu of a face mask for medical reasons. This afternoon (5/22/20) employees at the front of the store insisted I wear a mask. If a person is trying to be in compliance with a public health order while taking care of their own health as well, is a business being discriminatory? Whatever the case, my money went to PetCo instead.

The manager (tall, Caucasian male, with a beard), is totally disrespectful to minority customers. Time and time again he has shown his racist ways. Avoid this location and the manager who refuses to give both customer service or even his name. Corporate should look into the guy…

I live in Cupertino and went to the wrong PetSmart. It was a long drive. The store was great and I noticed that they had my Cat's favorite wet food Revel. Now I don't have to order from Amazon. It's the only food he will eat. Thank you PetSmart happy I went to this store. 😊

Assistant manager Josh was extremely rude. I came in to do a price adjustment based on their online sale for two aquariums I purchased the week prior. I called in advance and received approval from another store since they have no POLICY around price adjustments. I used to work for Petsmart as a manager and wanted to check if this had changed over the years. The store approved it and said yes just bring in your receipt. I was closer to the Campbell location. Josh which was rude about putting my tank on hold the prior week was the cashier. I told him my conversation with the employee from the other store and he was appalled she would even tell me this, like he didn't believe me. And also didn't believe I bought two of them. He was rude, holding up the line, didn't call for back up, decided to take a phone call while handling my price adjustment then had the nerve to tell me I had to drive 25 minutes to the other location to get my price adjustment there. There's no such policy. I get to the other location and Blake the store manager was happy to assist me with no questions about the price adjustment. The amount was a different amount I received from Josh, funny thing he did do both of them without telling me or ringing up my other receipt. He gave me 2x the money back and the other store did the price adjustment correctly. I still had to drive to the other location but his idiocy gave me $13 more than what I was owed. I will not return to this location and hope the district manager contacts me soon.

Went in to return an item I bought online. The item was picked up at a store 30 miles away. Cashier and Manager told me that I could not return the item there and that I would need to go to the store 30 miles away for the return. Ridiculous! They claimed that they could not process it, despite my having the emailed receipt. The receipt clearly says item is returnable and mentions nothing about only being able to return to the store it was picked up. I am very frustrated that the workers do not know their own company's return policy. I will not be visiting this store again.
