My pup loves to try out new treats, and this store has an abundance of them. She is allergic to chicken, and I needed help with food and treats without chicken 🍗. This is where Isaac, and Gabby were super helpful. Isaac went to the extent to explain how some of the foods available can meet my pup’s daily requirements for nutrients. He also assured me that he had used some of the products for his pet. Thank you, Isaac! Jake was very helpful with billing. This is definitely my favorite location for pet food shopping!

I always have a great experience when shopping here! The staff is SO knowledgable about their products and quick to help answer questions or make recommendations after attentively listening to my needs. All team members are friendly, and you can feel their true passion for animals. :) Highly recommend checking this place out!

If you're in the market for higher end pet food this is the place to go. They stock a good variety of brands. This isn't the place to find mass market per foods. You won't find the same brands you would at Safeway. These are boutique brands. Many of which are made with human grade food.

The line for the bi-monthly VSP vaccines is indoors, which is nice in inclement weather. It's nice that this store accepts the VSP program.The Beginner dog training class was in process and it looked great. The store is clean, well lit, with very friendly and helpful staff. I really like this location!!

So I bring my doggo here once a week. We come here for the dog wash and every week I'm greeted like I'm family. Regardless if its someone I don't know or one of the familiar faces that know my doggo Butters by name, pretty much everyone is great! My suggestion, buy 3 washes and you get one free!

Self serve dog wash was great! Very good value at $18 for 25 mins of washing and drying, regardless of size of dog. Shampoos included in cost.The staff was very helpful and kind to make sure we understood the process and checked in on us to make sure we did not have any additional questions!I ended up buying a de-shedding shampoo, and a Furminator brush as they did not have any brushes. The staff also were very friendly as I was not sure where to find these items. However, the prices were very reasonable, perhaps more reasonable than the big-box stores that I normally shop at.The cashier noted that I was buying the wrong Furminator brush (my dog is a long coat and I chose a short coat brush) and traded out the brushes! She also gave me some good pointers on the Furminator brush that I did not know about.Super impressed with this location. I will be going back the next time my pup needs a wash!

Amazing experience! Have never enjoyed washing my Alaskan Malamute. Tried local groomers, but his separation anxiety and puppy like focus on other dogs made it challenging. We love the self-washing experience today. It was fast, well-designed, and clean; we will be back soon!

My dog Logan and I want to thank the Staff at the Campbell Location. They are always so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable of their products. Today Brian, Sharon and Cesar helped me choose what type of dog food I should get for Logan since he is transitioning from Puppy to Adult food. The store has a variety of dog food (all exceptionally well rated) to pick from. They also have a unique variety of treats, training tools and toys for your dog and your cat.I take Logan there for Puppy Social Training 2 times a week (since October 2018) and the store is always clean and their shelves are neatly stocked.I highly recommend Pet Food Express if you want excellent customer service, good quality pet foods, treats, toys and training tools They have an on going promotion - "Buy 3 get 1 Free" and their prices are very competitive if not better than other large commercial pet stores.Thank you again Brian, Sharon and Cesar for your excellent customer service. Logan and I really appreciate your help!

This is a big store but it's not always stocked well. The bath station soap doesn't work. You have to get little cups of soap. Aprons are also covered in dog hair and you're expected to clean up after yourself. The Steven's Creek store is better but it tends to get crowded in the bath area

Supet helpful staff, its walking distance from our house. The puppy and I walk down and grab their buy 3 get one free canned dog food. Our dog is a picky eater and the staff helped me find the only food she will eat, which has really helped out.

Loved it. 💕 The dog 🚿 was pretty nice.i especially give credit for the warm water and how it is set at a comfortable not to warm and not to chilly. They got nice wash gun/nozzles with different settings. Basically it's your common garden water hose attachment but they worked just fine. There's settings like ones you get at a self serve car wash. I'd bring my own personal doggy shampoo but still use the soaps they offer to use. After turn the Dial to blower option and dry your pup fully with the air hose.the store even has small stack of clean towels to dry off ur little buddy. So pretty much this pet store has your back if you forgot anything to bath dog at home. Shieeet for the price it's expected I think so at least. Or maybe I'm just cheap but it's a fair price for something like 20 minutes for 10 or 20 bucks. Loved it

This company has a very poor education about organic food and it's importance in a puppies diet. We are now making our puppies food.But at least they had some pig ears. Got some of them.

If you're skimming reviews, then I'll just say that this Pet Food Express location is a great place to pick-up supplies. Give them a try.I know this location as the former Tower Records store, but my wife brought me here to pick-up some things for our puppy. I still have flashbacks of the numerous aisles of albums & CDs.First off, parking is easy. And, each time I've come here, the staff always says a "hello" and welcome us as we step inside.The store is well lit inside, and the team working their are quick to help you find what you're looking for. To me, they seem to be pretty knowledgeable about the products (any product) in the store. One of the nice discoveries for us are the rice-based chews, as our dog seems to love them.They have a pet-wash area, as well as an indoor training area (available by appointment, I believe).It's a friendly, well-stocked location, that's clean & brightly lit. And, one of the best parts is that the staff is so friendly & welcoming. I recommend you give this location a try. I think you'll be glad you did.Thank you for Liking this review and for sharing it to get the good word out.

I absolutely love this place. They carry a great selection of quality products for our hairy loved ones. Their exchange policy is the best; if your pet doesn't love the product, simply bring it back. The staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond to meet customers needs. Superb customer service that is hard to find.

First time here and I had a great experience…Great customer service and Janet helped me a lot. The store is clean and very nice. Even if we love in San Jose, we will definitely come back. All the staff are awesome and made me feel welcome.

Good place to wash dogs considering home washing big dogs is no fun unless you have a useable front or backyard. Very friendly staff and helpful. Good selection of pet products and food. Only thing to make better would be to add in flea shampoo as a selection on the washing dispenser system. They used to offer but probably realized they were missing a sales opportunity for flea shampoo, and they were right. Hard to blame them but at $18 per wash why not throw it back I to mix. Currently they offer 3 selections, Oatmeal, Eucalyptus and Hemp. I bought dog flea shampoo on site for $18. I liked my experience and will continue to use them for washing and various products.

I'm pretty confident I've never had a poor experience at any Pet Food Express stores but especially this one. The employees and customer service are above and beyond, the dog washes are so convenient, well managed, and clean. I LOVE the quality of food there. This is really your best option.
