Friendly employees. Well stocked with natural and raw dog foods. Plenty of parking. I tried the Carna4 and a freeze dried beef. They also gave me samples of raw food and freeze dried. My dogs loved it all especially the freeze dried beef and pretty much the Carna4 venison. The venison was better than the chicken Carna4 because it’s smaller kibble and a little softer. I have been using Costco chicken dog food because it was recommended by the vet and is a very reasonable price. My son feeds his dogs raw food he makes himself and recommended I buy food from Ben’s Barketplace. Highly recommend talking to Monica because she is very knowledgeable about dog food and super friendly.4/8/2024 Bella and Jeff helped me today. Super friendly and I highly recommend this place.1/4/24 updated from 5* to 4* because the last two times I went in to get Carna4 venison they were out of the 5lb bags.2/16/24 back to 5 stars. Barketplace stocks a great selection of natural, human grade, lightly cooked, and raw food and treats for cats and dogs. It is obvious the owners have taken time to curate a great selection with a variety of options. The owners and staff are friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They are always willing to help, offer potential solutions, and provide exemplary service. They have frequently offered us samples to try different products and openly solicit and listen to feedback. The prices are comparable to other pet stores offering the same level of high-quality products. Barketplace has earned our business. We are glad they are part of our neighborhood community.

This is my favorite place to buy dog food and treats for my pet. What I like about them is that they are an independent pet store, which means they carry brands that are healthier and better quality than chain stores.If you are considering feeding raw, this place has a great variety, and they also give out samples of many of their products so you can test them out. I definitely recommend!

!!!!! PLEASE READ !!!!!As someone who has put literally thousands of hours into diet research for pets. I cannot recommend this store enough. 99% of problems in your pet can and will be tracked down to what is being fed to them. These big brand name companies like purina, hills science diet, and blue Buffalo etc. are literally poisoning our animals. If you don’t believe me. Take a picture of the ingredients list and research some of the ingredient names you don’t recognize. You may say “our vet recommended one of those brands” vets are typically funded by the kibble brand that is usually displayed in there offices. Also, the vet will recommend a kibble brand and that kibble brand is slowly make your pet sick, which will bring them right back to the vet bringing them in more business. If all pets were healthy how would vets make money? And the best way to bring in business? Sell them a kibble that a “doctor” recommends. Is basically a perfect partnership. Which is why you should always look into a holistic vet. The best way to have the healthiest, problem free, and have your pet live the longest life possible. Is to feed raw but I know a lot of people do not have the time or cannot afford this. Which is why there are kibble brands that are very few ingredients, no fillers and no chemicals. You may ask why I’m mentioning all of this? Today was the first time I walked into bens and oh my god. I could not fine ONE product in this entire store that I found or considered unhealthy for my dog. Every single kibble brand was a extremely extremely healthy option. Even treats. Just from walking around the store I could instantly tell, who ever created this store has put even more and time and effort into helping pets live as healthy as possible than me! I didn’t think that was possible. I don’t want to make this too long, but as someone who has done there research and applied that research to my own pets and have seen them being the healthiest they have ever been, this is the only store I have ever seen that genuinely cares about your pet being as healthy as possible.

Two days ago we went to Ben’s Barketplace looking to buy my dogs some really good quality food. Angela provided us with so much education, walked us through the whole process and made it really easy for us to understand where to start and how to start. She is very patient and knows a lot! She cares about animals and wants to make sure us dog owners understand exactly how dog nutrition works! I am so thankful she was there to help us! Thank you so much Angela, you’re amazing!

First time visitor and already planning my next trip! Everyone is so friendly here. As soon as I walked in the staff welcomed me with a warm greeting and offered to help me find raw food items for my Chihuahua. The raw food selection is amazing, much better quality than other large retailers. My dog barks at everyone. We brought her in the store and she didn't bark at anyone (she knew they were all good people). Good prices. I appreciate the staff's kindness and selection. Can't wait to return for the self wash and more treats! :) Highly recommend

My cat loves the Ziwi Peak can foods (sold out online) and this is the only store that carries it in the lower bay. We were immediately greeted and offered help and they kindly left us alone to browse when we declined. Outstanding customer service. We bought about 50$ of cat food and they sent us home with sample treats. I love this gesture since our cat who we brought from China rejects 90% of American cat treats. It gives us a chance to allow her to explore more options without committing to a whole bag of treats she might not like.

Stopped by today to see what this local new store has to offer and was very pleased with the knowledgeable and kind staff. They were both very helpful teaching me about different food options for my aging dog because of his dental issues and the difference between certain foods. My dog also has really bad anxiety and they have CBD options in store which was great. I was also given some amazing samples to try out. We will be back as often as possible, especially try out the dog wash. I am very thankful to have this store and such kind people so close to home.

Had to run in for supplemental dog food when we found out we needed to unexpectedly stay in town. Ended up leaving with a new toy and a chew treat, along with a bag of treats for Halloween!!! The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable, which really helped with picking things out. We’ll be making special stops in every time we’re in town now!

Great new pet store in Campbell with the best high-quality ingredients brands! The stuff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I got free samples to try for my dog. Ash/Dasha helped me to choose the best dog food suiting my dog’s needs and compare different brands. They also gave a scale and a cool self-serving shower for dogs. Highly recommend!

Dropped in last weekend for the first time. Very friendly staff that showed us around a beautifully organized store! Enjoyed finding a clean, safe dog bath facility in the back. They carry our special dog food brands. The staff member gave us a special discount for a future bath AND a discount for the day's purchase. We'll certainly be back!!!

I had meant to go to Petco today, but I stopped in here because it is so close to Nob Hill. The staff was very welcoming and well-informed. My usual food was not sold here, but I learned about a healthier alternative from the frozen section and I will try it tonight.There is a huge selection of nutritious choices that are not available at other places. The staff also helped me select a dry food, just in case my dog won’t eat the new one. There are so many interesting areas to this store. I look forward to exploring more on my next visit. At checkout, I signed up for a bonus program and I received three intriguing samples that I can’t wait to try. This store is a great addition to our neighborhood and we can bring our dogs!

Our cat devoured the grain free food we purchased. Lotus brand. Very helpful staff. Knowledgeable and engaging. Many healthier choices in pet food. Raw and dried kibble. Savage snacks! I appreciate the staff wears masks and gives 6 feet physical distance rather than standing too close. Highly recommend this store. Easy parking.

Great place! I brought my cat in with my friend to look for new healthy foods and was helped right away by Terilyn and Carly (might have spelled their names wrong). Stumbled across this little shop as I was leaving Nob Hill Foods nearby. The staff was so helpful and took quite a bit of time introducing us to some of the higher quality brands like Rawz, Farmina, and Savage Cat which we haven't seen elsewhere before. They even set us up with some free samples to see what our finicky, allergy prone and asthmatic cats might enjoy without the complication of the typical grain riddled big box store brands. This place is a new local gem! We will definitely be back.

I loved the helpful staff. I am a new puppy owner and they helped me pick the best shampoo for my pup. One of the sales persons researched some ingredients and products in the shampoo on the spot and helped me make the decision to buy right away.
