My wife and I have been to Edio Vineyarda at Delfini Farms, but this is the first time we were able to check out Joan's Apple Bakery. This place is known for their baked apple goods, but specifically for their Famous Walkin' Pie, and now we know why.We just had to order it to try it out for ourselves. The line was somewhat long, but it moved fairly quickly. I've heard that the line can be super long, especially on the weekend.The pie looks like a clam chowder bowl. It's big enough for 2 people. You can get it with ice cream for an additional charge, but we decided to try it first without it. They pour a brown, cinnamon sauce on top that drips down its beautiful, flaky crust. It's perfectly cooked, so you can easily take a plastic spoon to tear into the crust to get to the apples inside. The apples taste sweet with the sauce, but not overly sweet.There's some picnic tables out front to sit and eat, as well as picnic tables around the side of the building. They also have a patio area with stools that overlook the vineyards where we decided to eat our apple pie. A beautiful pie with a beautiful view. What could be any better.We'll definitely be back to try some of their other delicious baked goodies. I would highly recommend this bakery for couples or families.

An absolutely beautiful place to bring the whole family! Was a little disappointed with the number of animals that were there, from the description on the Apple Hill broucher we were expecting a little more than a few sheep, chickens, and a single duck in a tub, who didn't look very happy to be alone in cage with a medium size tub to chill in. The kids had a great time playing on the hills, exploring the orchard and vineyard, and the nature trail. The views all the way around were spectacular and the overall vibe was really peaceful.

This farm is just beautiful. We always stop by this farm on our trip to Apple Hill because it's just a great place to stop and enjoy the scenery. They also have a little animal farm with ducks, chickens, rabbits and some sheeps.

Delfino Farms is amazing!! I had gone when i was younger and i didn't really remember it i went this past weekend with my family. My dad told me how it was one of his favorite places in the who world and now i know why. We had the Famous Walkin' Apple Pie and I now know why it's famous! They make it right in front of you and the people who work there are sooooo nice! We also went through the corn maze and took lots of pictures. Delfino Farms is a place everyone needs to go to at least once. The memories I made there are memories I will remember forever! Thank you Delfino Farms for the impact you have made on my family!

This place is beautiful! I ordered the walkin apple pie and was actually disappointed... maybe it would have been better if it was warm. Idk if it was supposed to be warm? But mine was definitely ambient temperature. However the amount of food you get for the price is good, and the views when eating are awesome! If you go is recommend asking if they can heat up your pie first, and add ice cream!

I finally got to try the "walkin' pie" that I'd heard about, and it was absolutely delicious! I enjoyed mine with a half scoop of the cider sauce, and everything from the crust to the way the apples were cut up was divine. Depending on how hungry you are, one walkin' pie is probably good for two people to share. The bakery line moved fast, and I also bought some frozen walkin' pies (4-pack) from the frozen goods shop. It was so nice to sit on the grassy hill behind the bake shop just before sunset.

Walk-in Pie. If you only go there for this (which we do), it is worth it!! Best apple pie style in all of Apple Hill!! Make sure you get it with extra cider sauce and a la mode!! Nice farm, lovely view, good apples, good service, good seating. But mostly, WALK -IN PIE!!!!!!

A must stop for anyone visiting Apple Hill, without a doubt best Apple pie and Apple cider in the area. It's much more than eatery it entertainment for the whole family. Very kid's friendly.

The walking pie a la mode is as good as it smells. They also have a cidery on site and a food truck has been here both times I have visited. There is a great hill for the kids (and playful adults) to roll down. It kept my kids busy for an hour. There is a shady deck where you can sit and watch them, or bring a picnic blanket and join them at the top of the hill. (If you sit at the bottom a kid may roll into you- you've been warned.) We really enjoyed ourselves.

I bought a peach pie there and it cost me $32 then they wanted for a Punkin pie $28 and a cheesecake $40 I bought a peach pie it definitely was not worth it. In my opinion, they’re definitely overpriced on everything they have.. there are other farms there that sell pies at a reasonable cost that are probably better than what I got

The walking apple pie is perfect. Perfectly flakey crust. Filling is moist but not gooey nor soggy. Just the right sweetness and cinnamon. Mmmmm!

Every year our family travels up to Apple Hill..The Delfino farm is our favorite stop. We love the trail through the trees that we can walk and gather huge leaf bouquets. We love the apple pie and coffee. We so enjoy the hillside view and rolling down the grassy slope😉😆🍁

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I cannot say enough good things. From the overall experience, to the food, to the location, to the customer service. Everything is great. Their walking pie is to die for (get it with cider sauce and ice cream!). You basically can't go wrong with anything from here. Also one of the best views on Apple Hill. Highly recommend!

You have to get the apple pie cheesecake with cider sauce as it is the best cheesecake on earth.. Buy the whole pie with a jar of cider sauce. Buy a quick slice with cider sauce and a scoop of vanilla ice cream first if you want. Welcome to the first day of the rest of your life. You're welcome.

If you are looking for the best pie in Apple Hill look no further! The pies at Delfino’s are all made from scratch in their bake shop. When I walk into their pie shop I am flooded with childhood memories of my Mom’s baking during the holidays and it brings a huge smile to my face. The only problem I have going to their farm is trying to decide which delicious dessert I should have. The apple cheesecake, French apple and Walkin pie are tied for first so I usually have one there and take two to go! I’ll worry about my waistline after Christmas. Now they have gone and opened up a tasting room to enjoy their delightful wines. What a view! I can’t think of a better place to spend an afternoon sitting on that deck and sipping wine being poured by a fantastic staff. Oh, I can’t forget to mention the apples!!!! They have an apple barn that they sell their freshly picked apples. The view, staff, farm, food and wine, definitely a five star experience.

The view was wonderful 😍The apple pie has a filling that's sweet, buttery, you can taste the cinnamon, and the creamy French vanilla ice cream...wow was delicious!BTW, the apple pie was served warm with ice cream milting on top.I forgot to take a picture, it was so delicious I couldn't resist 😋

I'm not sure what everyone's problem is, we really enjoyed our time at Delfino Farms. I only wish we went there sooner, because the kids were worn out! But it was still a great time, the trails were nice to walk around. We shared a couple pieces of pie, which was delicious. I tried looking for their bottled cider but they must have been out at the moment, or didn't have it this year. Or I just looked in the wrong place! Guess I'll have to come back :) And boo hoo to the babies crying about $5 parking. Get over it, we should all count our blessings that not all farms charge for parking, the way that your candy-butt instragram narcists trash all these vineyards and orchards trying to get your perfect photo so you can stroke yourself over every like you get. Get over yourself and grow your own damn apple tree if you think you're so much better than these farmers.

This is my favorite apple hill orchard. Their cider is SO yummy, and I love their nature walk through the orchard. The view from the top of the hill is gorgeous. My kiddo loves rolling down the grassy hill, too!

This is always a stop when we are at apple hill- probably for the last 20+ years. We always enjoy a slice in two (heck who am I kidding we buy the whole thing sometimes) of apple cheesecake. It's absolutely delicious! Always tell myself I'll try something new but can't seem too since the cheesecake is so good.
