As a Cambria local and fellow business owner, I've purchased a lot of product from this store, so it surprised me when I tried to exchange a cat harness I purchased from them for a larger size. I was turned away because I could not find the receipt. I had the harness in unused, new condition and the packaging with their pricing label still perfectly in tact. Their best solution was for me to to find the transaction on my credit card to provide proof of purchase which was more trouble than it's worth. They lost a good local customer who was trying to shop local. Returns and exchanges should be easy if you want customers to continue shopping with you. It's too easy for customers to shop and exchange online to neglect this part of the customer service experience.

Our dog went in for eye surgery. A few days before the surgery I bought a protective collar from this store. Unsure if I would need it, I asked if it could be returned and was assured it could if it was unopened. It wasn’t needed and when I tried to return it today, one week after having bought it, unopened and with the original receipt, I was told they wouldn’t accept the return. I have tried hard to support local businesses during the pandemic and will continue to do so, but not this one.

Pet's & More has gone so far out of their way to meet my Pet's peculiar diet. I highly recommend them for all your fuzzy, furry, feathered, finned and scaly family members. They are knowledgeable, and if they love to learn more. Always asking the important questions for other shoppers. I love that about them.

Second time I’ve been here and they’re closed. 2:20 in the afternoon and no one’s here. Website says open till six. Looks like a trip to Morro Bay.

All you need for pets and your farm! Every time I have needed something they have it or they have gotten it for me. Love this place and the staff is super friendly and always willing to go the extra step!
