Pricing is good, service is hampered by lack of staff. What staff there is friendly and helpful. I noticed there are often a lack of supplies of certain branss, such as Blue Buffalo.

We dropped our pup Bubba (100lb lab) off with Brenda on 09/01 to be groomed. She did a fantastic job, he walked out looking happy and fabulous!!! Grooming a 100lb lab is a big job and she did fantastic. Thank you Brenda!!!

First off, the customer service was absolutely incredible. Will, in the fish section, made our night. He helped us to the best of his ability and I could definitely say that he needs a major raise. He gavw us tips and helped us find fish that weren't aggressive with other fish for example Angel fish. I purchased about three of these and they are absolutely beautiful. He even went out of his way to get me three other fish that were fit enough to be in my tank. I hope Will gets treated with every good thing in life and like we said will, we'll see you Saturday and hopefully more often after that.

They were clearing out a whole aisle of dog food because they said it contained maggots. They did not ask to help me even though I was the only customer in the store. I asked about coupons or any sales items at the front and they said they didn't have any. Not one of the associates was helpful or friendly.

Horrible experience. I scheduled to have my dogs get a hair cut for 9:00am and I arrived at 9:04 am just for them to tell me I was too late to get the haircuts anymore. 4 minutes is all it took for them to cancel my apt and reschedule me for another week. Horrible service. I would go to the one in Ventura regularly and this was never an issue. Uptight rules for a grooming salon. It's honestly pathetic to refuse service for that reason. 4 minutes is nothing.

The are really nice there. The employees are attentive, but not pushy. They have a new little parrot, the caregivers give it tons of attention helps to socialize the wee birds. The other little animals are also well cared for. There was a time I noticed there was trouble with a water bottle not working for the hamsters, the employee stopped what they were doing & went to check and sure enough it was broken. The poor hamsters were so thirsty. The employee was grateful, I was grateful & the hamsters were grateful. They genuinely care about their jobs. They had a new employee he was so enthusiastic. In other words good clean store, good caring employees, good store.

We just finished taking our first dog training course with Justin and we couldn't be happier with the results. Justin is very intuitive with the dogs and goes above and beyond taking however much time is needed to supply us with the tools we need for success. I highly reccomend this course to everyone with a dog. It will help you better understand the relationship you have with your dog.

Took my puppy here for training with Jonathan, he's a great trainer, will look into private lessons. Some of the dogs in je group lessons were a little too rowdy making for a hectic class. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly as my pup steals treats off the shelf and pisses in the aisles. Pets!

Super friendly and knowledgeable pet stylists in the salon! Not only did my dog look and smell great, they alerted me that her ears were red and "angry”. I scheduled an appointment with my vet immediately. Turns out she had an ear infection. I'm super happy and would recommend them to anyone!

I ordered an online pick up since COVID everything said it was well stocked so I bought a new harness and leash for my huskies I get an email 4 days later saying some of my items weren’t available and I was refunded aside from the point I was charged twice actually so I go pick up the water bottle I could have just ordered for delivery since it took 4 days and decided to go in and look for a harness and leash and their it was in plain sight the items the were “out of stock” I understand the amount of orders these employees are getting and it’s appreciated but if it’s going to take 4 days for it to be available at least take your time while checking

Mask wearing IDIOTs are a nuisance esp'ly when they refuse to speak up and annunciate. Also, lots of Pet products not in stock. Otherwise, a very nice clean location.
