Made a 7:30am appointment online for an early morning grooming. Not the first appointment of the day to ensure the staff can get sorted before dropping my pup off.Arrived at 7:20 to check in and no one is here. Been waiting for 20 minutes now and the door is still locked and the lights are off. Super disappointing.

This is the first salon I brought my dog to when I moved to this city and tried 3 other locations and I ended up right back! My dog experiences 'severe' anxiety and he is much calmer with the ladies here than any other place I've taken him. Alyssa is exceptional, she really shows her passion not only towards her job, but the love she has towards dogs. I was so impressed, I set up automatic appointments for the future

Dana was very nice and welcoming when I dropped off Winston for grooming. Winston looked and smelled great when I got him back. Dana was very helpful and informative and Winston was ready at the time Dana said he would be ready. I will definitely be bringing Winston back. Great experience. Thank you.

The staff was friendly. My dog was in and out in about 2 hours (much less than other salons), she looked great and it was also cheaper. A Win Win for all.

I made an appointment and the rep. Was nice and very accurate. I brought my dogs in and the groomer took special care y elderly dog who needed extra care with his skin. I will come here regularly now.
