Used the self service dog wash station. They have new hoses and nozzles that make it a breeze to clean your pet. They have a variety of shampoos for different needs(oatmeal, sensitive, conditioning and deodorizing). There’s always plenty of clean towels, a blow dryer, a collar latch and aprons for your clothes. They have a rewards program that gets you a free wash after 8 washes and also a discount card that is $50 for 5 washes, so it’s great savings. Staff is super friendly and always helpful. The space is always kept clean as well.

I booked an appointment a week in advance to get my two dogs' nails trimmed and got several texts reminding me of the appointment. When I walked back to the grooming area at my appointment time, the two people working glared at me angrily and didn't say a word. I introduced myself and said I had an appointment and was told I'd have to wait. There was a dog on the grooming table but neither of the women were working on it. When I asked how long - she angrily told me there was an emergency. After walking around the store I decided to leave because I didn't know how long I'd be waiting and because I didn't want a pissed off groomer anywhere near my dogs. Do not recommend

Didn't buy anything but the staff were welcoming. Wanted to check out if they have pets but only found insects and fish. Love the self service pet wash area, looks clean and doesn't smell!

As soon as I walked in I was greeted. I was looking from side to side the young girl asked Me if I needed help, She not only told Me where the food was She took Me straight to it. And She even helped Me look for the exact food I needed. Thank You for helping Me on 6~7~2023

Clean store, friendly employee, and short distance (across the street) all in all a good experience.I subtracted 2x 1/2 ☆'sPricey and not a humongous selection.All the essentials and much more can be quickly, conveniently and easily purchased.The staff can be very helpful, and they have a semi laid back attitude,it seemed, e.g.so as the shelves are stocked and they may be chatting that does not mean they will ignore you. They stopped mid sentence to address guest's needs. What I'm trying to say is the have customer service satisfaction, in my opinion..

I really like this Pet Supply Store. It's a family owned business, and they carry all the better quality food and treats. They also have self-serve wash stations for your pup, with shampoos, towels, aprons and dryers. They have a great money saving deal to get 5 washes for $40. That's a $30 savings!

This is my favorite pet store in Camarillo and the only place I buy my special needs dog her food, treats and toys. They have a really wide selection of stock and when I can't find something staff has offered to place an order and call me when it arrives. Everyone is really friendly and the atmosphere feels like a neighborhood pet store versus a large and impersonal chain. The location is great with the small exception of parking, as one has to contend for limited space, but that's on the plaza itself and not the store. Aside from pet supplies they also have adoptable cats as well as fish and reptiles for sale. Lastly, they offer a grooming salon and a DIY dog bath. I haven't used either but they look really well equipped and everytime I've walked by the techs seem nice and caring for the pets on their tables.

Excellent staff, store, selection, equipment and attitudes !We've recently been to all the pet supply stores within the Ventura, Oxnard and most of Camarillo and Pet Supplies Plus has been a true breath of fresh air !

This place is Excellent. The staff were very kind and great selection of everything. Wish there were more of a selection of fish but great selection though! The fish selection were different than Petco and PetSmart. The prices were so well and cheap. I will RECOMMEND going to this place!!!! Bought a couple of fish and hasn't died yet. HOWEVER at PetSmart and Petco the fish die or has ick that causes other fish to die right after I by them!! Very Nice place, Clean, Nice staff, and not too busy!

Me and my dog absolutely love this new pet store!Everything you need in one place - food, treats, supplies, cute clothes, and oh that cutest grooming and bathing area where you can see your dog being taken care of by the groomers, their customer service is top notch!The owners Dasha and Rogi are extremely nice and take their time to personally great every customer and offer help, they put all their passion and love for animals into this store to make it the BEST for local residents and their pets. Please pay attention when the few bad reviews were left - 2-3 years ago, they are NOT for this store. This is the brand new store that just opened a few months ago, and it’s amazing!!! Check it out, support small family-owned business, I promise your pet will love it!

Went in today for some food for my dog. It was my first time and they had a lot of healthy dog food choices. The employees are really nice and knowledgeable. The cashier Rebecca is very friendly and makes you feel welcomed. I recommend this store if you want good customer service.

This store has everything and more! They carry our cat food and dog food, but when I saw it was the smaller bag of dog food, the owner graciously said she would order the larger bag for me! They have the same prices as Chewy and we love all the yummy dog treats at the bakery. The groomer who cut my dogs nails also did a fantastic job! The family that owns this establishment is beyond helpful and amazing and they even helped me carry my purchases to my car. We will be forever customers!

If you live in the Camarillo/Somis area, you have no doubt been to the shopping center on Carmen Drive where Trader Joe's is located. On my walk to Trader Joe's I had noticed a "pet" store of some type that had been there for years - a groomer, boarding place, never was sure, but not interested ( I have always had dogs and cats).There is now a FANTASTIC pet store there called Pet Supplies Plus a few doors down from Trader Joe's. It doesn't matter what pet you have , you have got to stop into this new store! The selection is incredible, the employees and the manager are incredibly helpful and friendly. If they don't have what you are looking for - they will get it!

I have always given Pet Supplies Plus great reviews however I made a appointment to get my dog's nails trimmed they were short staffed and made another appointment for the next day. Once again I was put off. Seems I will have to find a different groomer. Not happy with being put off twice.

In my opinion this establishment reminds me of home depot. In the sense of it is a place you can go, pick up what you need, but don't expect any customer service. Prices are about the same as petsmart and petco. My wife and I were looking for a thermometer for our fish tank and maybe a friend to add to the fish family. No help, no greeting.

I have been using PSP for the last few months. I buy dog treats and fresh dog food. The staff is helpful and friendly, the prices are very fair and they offer a huge amount of services and products. The staff are all true pet lovers, and take joy in helping each customer. Worth checking out if you're a pet owner for sure.

This is a great pet store! Owners Dasha and Roqy go out of their way to help you...they are wonderful people, and so is Roqi's dad..a nice, family runned business. They have lots of things and my doggy, Becky, especially likes the frozen yogurt and dog clothes. They have a do-it-yourself bathing station which is absolutely wonderful!! Both me and Becky enjoyed it and I plan to go back again. She also had her nails trimmed there, and they did an excellent job!! I definitely recommend these guys, highly!!

I'm a first time puppy owner and Pet Supplies Plus is right down the road from me. Their staff is so friendly and helpful. Tiana specifically has provided exceptional service and is so knowledgeable. She seems to have all the answers to my puppy related questions! Every recommendation she has provided has worked for my dog, Bocephus, so easily. Pet Supplies Plus is now my shop for all things pets. Can't wait to try the grooming services once my pup is old enough!

Great shop that carries a large line of products for your pets. Groomer on site OR …If you’d like you can wash and dry your pet yourself for a low cost. The only thing you need to bring is your pet and a brush.

Just went with my pup Olive to get her some fresh/raw food. Roqi the owner introduced himself and his wife Dasha who also runs the place and gave me a tour of the shop. He was very knowledgable and guided me to a bag of raw food that Olive is currently devouring. If you want a nice, clean, family owned pet shop in camarillo this is your place. They even have a DIY dog wash station in the back and a full groomer on site too. We will be back and I would highly recommend this pet shop.

The team here is so helpful! I came in with specific requests for my beardy and feeders and was happy to only have to stop here! Awesome prices and quality products that are hard to find in Ventura County. Also, the reptiles available all have names which to me was super touching.
