We have 4 cats. Despite my efforts, I could not get the cats, even the most energetic ones to take to the wheel. I ended up returning it during the 30 day return period. The return was handled just fine (Just remember to keep the boxes). It is a well-made wheel and I hope it works for you.

I had been wanting one of these for my cats for years! Finally, one Christmas, the stars aligned, and they had a really good sale at the same time I had a bit of money, so I got it! I am so happy with this purchase. My cats have been enjoying this for years now. Legolas, my boy cat (the black and white one) uses it several times a day. He used to go after all the other kitties in the household, especially about five minutes after I go to bed. He always seems to get restless five minutes after I go to bed. Those attacks have significantly decreased now he has this way to burn his excess energy off. Tauriel (his fluffy gray and white sister) was the first to use it when I first set it up. She doesn’t use it often, but loves lounging in it and scratches the pads.I was concerned that it would be too noisy for my neighbor. There is a bit of a rumble when my cats run in it. We have hardwood floors, and it’s an old building, so sound tends to travel through the hardwood floor to the next apartment. I put a couple of thin rugs underneath the feet, and this seems to stop the vibration traveling. She says she has never heard it once. This is a relief, because Legolas _loves_ running in it at 3:00 AM.Set up was incredibly easy. I didn’t even look at the instructions. I also didn’t need any tools. It was all pretty simple and straightforward, and easy to put the pieces together. I made a mistake and had to take it apart and put it together again correctly (probably should have read the instructions after all; they were very clear). It’s held together solidly for a few years now. I will find out very soon how well it comes apart and goes back together because I’m moving soon. It will fit much better in the new wheel pads, probably. That’s OK. Mine are pretty worn out because Tauriel does love to scratch in it. If she didn’t scratch it every day, I expect these pads would have lasted much better. I’m surprised they stuck so well, considering how she goes at it sometimes.If you get printed wheel pads, I suggest you take them out of their package and keep them outside for a couple of days, if this is possible. There is a bit of a smell when you first take them out of the package. The smell dissipates pretty quickly. Was told it was the printing process. If you don’t have the luxury of an outdoor area for them to air out, maybe stick with a solid color instead of one of the printed patterns.100% satisfied with this purchase. One of these days, I will convince the others to use it as well. Mostly, I am satisfied that the one I specifically bought it for uses it, and that it works for the purpose I needed it for, to burn off his middle of the night energy.100% satisfied with my purchase and would absolutely recommend.

I've had a gen 1 wheel since 2016, it still works great. I've only needed new pads and to tighten and grease occasionally and it still gets almost daily use!We recently ordered replacement pads and they sent us the wrong color. Even though I said it wasn't a worry, they sent out a set of the correct color to us as well.When the original finally kicks the bucket, I'll be happy to upgrade through them again.

Great company and products. My cats love the wheel and use it often. Great customer service is hard to come by these days, but they have absolutely held the bar high. Somehow my cats broke the base (hyper bengals) and even though it was an older generation unit I bought over a year ago, they still sent out a whole new complete base at no cost. Can’t say enough good things.

I always wanted a One Fast Cat wheel after seeing Blind Cat Sanctuary use it with their visually impaired and blind cats. So when the opportunity came for me to get one I did. At first, it didn't go to plan as my cats weren't interested in learning how to use it but they're a stubborn group of adults. Then one day my foster kittens rushed out of their room and one feisty little grey and white girl ran up to that wheel like she knew what it was. She started running, and then her siblings started running too! Unfortunately, my videos aren't in a format Google permits but before long I had to move the wheel into their room and the sound of it running was a continual delight. I knew they were getting their energy out running to their heart's content and they had so much fun with it! They would run without any kind of encouragement, but they did enjoy collaborative play using it as well.Now the next generation is in the foster room, and a one-eyed two-year-old cat has taught herself the wheel, so I get the joy of hearing it run again. I now have a second wheel that I just need to set up and get up to running!

Great company! I emailed to ask about replacement parts and sent in a few pictures. I got a response immediately explaining my base was worn out and a link to order a new one. Very easy, no hassle process and reasonable cost. My cats have enjoyed the wheel for 5 years now. Love that it’s not junk when it wears out and can be kept like new for years to come.

I absolutely love the cat wheel. My cats especially. I've had mine for 2 years and now and went with the generation 6. It was fairly easy to put together. The other brands do not compare. Jazmin from OFC is the best!

My 6 month old kittens are absolutely obsessed with the cat wheel. I started them out sitting on the wheel while slowly turning it until they would walk. Within a few days, they were running on it. I highly recommend. It’s very entertaining and fun to watch them. Thank you One Fast Cat for making such a great product.

My husband and I purchased the 1 Fast Cat Wheel, and put a large board under it and secured it down to make sure it couldn't tip over. Once completed, it's still super wobbly, and the company said that's just how they are. We can't use this for our little girls for fun and exercise the way we wanted so we are going to have to return it. Save your money for a version that functions correctly.

I recently adopted these two little guys in June. They came from a wonderful foster home where they learned how to use the cat wheel. Since they are indoor cats I wanted them to have a safe way to exercise.The wheel is lightweight and easy to assemble. My cats use the wheel daily, even running together sometimes. I'm very happy with this purchase!

I have purchased several wheels from One Fast Cat over the years for the kitten rescue I operate. I honestly do not know what we would do without a wheel. Each kitten that comes through the rescue learns to use the wheel from a young age and they enjoy entertaining themself and showing off to potential adopters. Got the latest gen 6 version of the wheel. Both my 4mo old kittens love it after about 1-2 weeks of treat training with it. Easy enough to assemble. The foam pads are a pain to get to line up perfectly just because of static electricity and the fully adhesive back. Have 1-3mm gaps between pads which is only cosmetically annoying but functionally a non-issue --skill issue maybe. The roller wheel coverings no longer fit snuggly after just a couple of removals to adjust the bearings. They add to noise if not completely removed because they'll knock against the wheel ring if loose, but don't think it's a huge loss in just keeping them removed. At a walking to medium pace it's fairly quiet whereas at full sprint it gets pretty noisy. Wobbly enough on low carpet for the roller wheels to knock against the inner track and add to noise but not enough to where it bangs into the wall 1 inch away. Big enough to fit 2 kittens at the same time (provided they go in the same direction) or 1 standard issue cat. Great for indoor cats. They like it, I like it 4.5/5

I would highly recommend buying the one fast cat wheel to help your pet exercise , it's a great value and is durable, I know because ours has lasted for many years and now recently I've purchased a base refresh kit , and it's renewed and ready to last many long years again , thanks one fast cat!

I purchased a OneFastCat exercise wheel several years ago for my nine-month-old female Oriental cat "Chorna" and she adores it, having got used to it at the home of the breeder. I was able to put it together myself with no difficulty. And after three years, she is still devoted to it. So a OFC wheel is an excellent, long-term investment for the health (and endless amusement!) of your precious feline friend(s)!

We bought our One Fast Cat Wheel back around 2021 and in the years we’ve had it we’ve had zero issues.Our one girl took to it immediately and now uses it full on her own now when she wants to run. Truthfully we are still working on it with our other little girl who’s more of a scaredy cat but she’s getting there!It was very easy to put together once you get the hang of the pressure needed to snap the pieces together and it’s been sturdy ever since. The only thing we’ve needed to replace are the traction pads and we haven’t needed to do so until now.The customer service team is great. Very responsive and kind and extremely helpful.We love our wheel and if you have a kitty that loves to sprint definitely give it a shot.

My Devon Rex cat has been running on the one fast cat wheel for more than 5 years. She trained herself within minutes of setting it up and has never stopped running since. She is an indoor cat, and it's this wheel that has kept her so healthy and fit. I've had zero issues with the wheel other than at this point, the pads are rightfully worn down to pretty much nothing. The wheel was the best purchase I've ever made for her, and she loves running on it (especially during the night)!

I purchased the original wheel in 2016 and my 2 Bengal cats love it! They run on it daily! 7 years later, I contacted them about a wear issue, and they are helping me upgrade to the latest wheel that solved the problem. Fantastic customer service! If you have active cats, this will give them a wonderful outlet for their high energy!

Customer service was beyond what I expected these days. I had a important piece of the wheel mount fail in less than a year because my cat is 12lbs of muscle. One fast cat not only Sent me a new piece but a whole new redesigned mount free of charge.My wife and I are extremely happy because with the way things are nowadays you're lucky if you even get a response back from customer service.

We’ve owned our Onefastcat wheel since 2016. Our personal cats and our foster cats love it. It’s held up extremely well and have only had to take it back apart once for a deep cleaning. That was super easy and quick. After 7 years we finally had to replace the pads (Can’t believe how long they’ve lasted) and contacted support. Sheila was extremely helpful. I ordered the new pads and received them in 2 days. If I could give them more stars I would. Excellent product, extremely durable, fantastic customer service and beyond fast shipping!

For those considering buying from @one_fast_cat DON'T. These are some fragile parts. I have opened 4 parts and 2 are completely broken. They claim it left the warehouse fine and was damaged in shipping except the box arrived in pristine condition. They pack their items poorly as well. No padding, etc. just crammed in a box. They want me to catalog all the broken parts and ask for replacement parts. No, the quality is clearly lacking so take the whole item back BUT they make you pay for returning shipping. They know they sell a substandard product and this is why the don't stand behind it with free return shipping. Stay AWAY.

While I can't yet rate the Cat Wheel since I haven't received it, I can give their customer service an easy 5/5 stars. I've emailed them twice, once with a question, and more recently, asking them to apply Black Friday pricing to my order since it was rather delayed (Ordered November 2nd and there were no updates since) - both time, within 30 minutes, I had my response. Hoping the cats like the wheel as much as I like their customer service.

I bought a cat wheel for my cats last year. It took about a week to train a couple of them to use it, but one of them, who has just been watching, practiced when I wasn't home or when I was sleeping, and he was the first one to run on it himself.I bought the wheel because my then one year old cat was so energetic, he would run through the house and jump off sides of the walls. The wheel helped so much! All his siblings liked it as well, and some younger kittens I took in learned how to run just my watching them.It's been a year, and it is rare that I don't hear someone running on the wheel. All my younger cats (now two and one years old) love to run on it. It was well worth every penny. All of them started life off as ferals, and they have run off so much anxious energy on that wheel. I know it has helped improve their behavior in many ways. It is very durable. Once they managed to knock the wheel down (and must have learned not to do whatever they did to do that again). Occasionally the wheel cover pops off, and I just put it back on.I highly recommend this, especially for younger cats with lots of energy to burn!

My year old Bengal was using my One Fast cat wheel and I guess he was running too fast and the base broke. I contacted customer service by email sent them photos and immediately they sent me the replacement part free of charge. One Fast cat has amazing customer service so thank you! I highly recommend them to buy your kitty fun wheel. This company is fantastic and they will back up their product if it ever breaks.

I purchased a One Fast Cat treadmill after getting one off of Amazon that was made of wood and required screws to put together. It wasn't high quality, but then got this product and I love how easy it was to assemble and their customer service helped me out with a missing piece. Would recommend to any cat owner looking to get their cats more exercise.

My cat wheel (6th generation) was super quick and easy to assemble. It took my cat only a few days of using treats and toys to train him on it before he got the hang of using it, and now he uses it on a daily basis. The wheel makes some noise, but not too bad, and the wheel is very stable and safe. My cat loves it!
