Our 4 month old German Shepherd absolutely shredded her first big girl bed and was well on her way to destroying one of her puppy beds when we decided to bite the bullet and buy a K9 Ballistics bed.It was well worth the investment. It's easy to spot clean or throw the cover in the washer for a more thorough wash. And although she's tried, she hasn't managed to make a dent in it all.They have a 30 day manufacturer's warranty that was super easy to submit, and the rep who assisted, Fatima, was fantastic! Also, the 120 day chew proof warranty also gives us peace of mind given our super chewer is still not out of her velociraptor phase.

We bought a crate bed for our Alaskan malamute puppy and have been impressed by the quality and customer service. Our puppy managed to somehow tear the bed and we were able to get it replaced through the warranty. Their customer service was super responsive and helpful. So nice working with a company that stands by their products and has amazing customer service!

Have been using their products for years and they are very durable. My dog is a pup that is very inquisitive and can be destructive when not being observed. Customer service replaced rubber footing parts she found and chewed off on the elevated bed. They responded very quickly by sending new rubber footings, but I wish they would have included the screws as well as she amazingly removed those too. I didn't mention this though, so I'm sure they would have replaced those too if I would have.

The Customer Care person, Fatima was very helpful and promptly answered all of my questions to make sure I was ordering the correct items. She worked with me to order the exact parts I needed to recover my dogs bed.I ordered my raised chew proof dog bed over 3 years ago and it has lasted through my 146 lb Great Dane who was a chewer of EVERYTHING SHE LAID ON PLUS my 118 lb German Shepherd who liked to try and dig through the bed to get his ball under the bed all the while staying outside on the deck through the rain and snow of a NW Indiana weather conditions.This bed is tough!

Love the two beds I purchased as do my boys. I noticed a couple of the rubber feet disappeared after a crazy ply session, contacted K9 Ballistics and they immediately sent replacements. Great customer service!!

Great company!!! They have crate beds that really are indestructible! I have puppies that were destroying anything I put in their crates. They definitely need a bed, but I couldn't keep them for more than a day before they were destroyed. I am so happy I found K9 Ballistics. They absolutely CANNOT destroy these! The company is amazing to work with. Customer service is exceptional - especially in an era where customer service is typically non-existent! I will continue to purchase all of my products from K9 Ballistics!

Fatima at k9 Balistics was phenomenal to help me with sending me a tool to take this bed apart to replace the fabric. This bed has held up great for a 100 lb Doberman who can’t be trusted with soft bedding because he eats it. The customer service is amazing here and I would highly recommend not only this bed but this company for your pets needs! Thanks for all your help Fatima! Your awesome!

I had purchased one of K9 Ballistics' great elevated beds for my Anatolian Shepherd since she spends most of her time outside, being a LGD. I thought it would be nice to have a pad on top of the bed so I contacted K9 Ballistics to see if they had something that would work. Sure enough, after contacting Fatima at Customer Care she sent me a link for the proper sized crate pad and I was able to order from the link. Great company, great products and great customer care! I recommend highly!

This company makes a great product, stands behind their products with warranties, and sells replacement pieces when years of normal wear get the best of your bed. I really appreciate that, after over two years of daily use, when the fabric finally did tear I didn’t have to buy a whole new bed but was instead able to replace the fabric for a small fraction of the original price, knowing that we’ll get many more years out of the bed my dog loves. K9 Ballistics is our one-stop shop for dog beds. Our Pharaoh Hounds are INTENSE diggers/nesters and our new Pharaoh puppy proved to be a beast of a digger. K9 Ballistics was amazing with their warranty when our puppy chewed his bed. Their 100% guarantee provided a brand new bed in minutes! My puppy decided today was the day to destroy part of his kennel pad. K9 ballistics was super helpful for a new suggestion, and thank goodness for that warranty. A new padding free bed is on the way, and they even told me I can repair the current bed so that I don't have to toss it.

After buying multiple dog beds that couldn’t hold up to large breed dogs …I decided to invest in a K9 Ballistics. I’ve purchased 4 to date. Hands down the best decision . My dogs love them and it does my heart good knowing my dogs are comfortable. I’d like to also mention that customer service has been exceptional.

I have purchased regular dog beds and been very happy with them. However I purchased a crate pad for a young dog and immediately she tried to chew off the tabs and tag and was successful so I cut off the tabs that you tie it to the crate with and waited to use it which of course makes the warranty period invalid. I recently put it back in the crate as she is a year old now and better about chewing things, but this is what I found today. Very disappointing there is a hole in it and because of the size it wasn’t cheap. I do recommend their dog beds, but I definitely don’t recommend their crate pads at all even if your dog isn’t really a chewer. For some reason she likes chewing this pad, so now I will have to find something else for the crate.

Ordered two Ortho dog crate beds. Our two Cavaliers love them. 1 dog liked to bunch up his older pad and sleep on the plastic crate floor. This one, he test drove even before it got put into the crate and would not get off. I think I won't even need to secure the pad with the included ( reusable ) zip ties.The covers are great and while durable are obviously comfortable."Badger and Limu" say thanks K9 Ballistics!

I ordered my now 8 month old German Shepherd puppy a crate bed. She somehow broke a zip tie on one corner and started chewing the underside of the bed. I'm not sure how long she had been doing this because she would put the bed down when I got home. I sent a pic to K9 and they replaced the bed cover under warranty. They even included a tennis ball with the replacement. Best dog beds and best company. Also I should add that even though she was chewing the bed cover the zipper/velcro closure and cover prevented her from destroying the bed.

My GSD really enjoys a nice lay about on the elevated bed I purchased from K9 Ballistics. 6 months….and not a rip, bite or tear!I made a mix up up when I ordered a rip stop bed and Customer Service was quick to help me get the right order.Besides great service and great products, they donate to charities that are helping to care for the less fortunate pooches!

Wonderful experience! We ordered a bed for our retriever's create last year. The liner and the cover ripped on the corner and the zipper broke off. Not sure if she chewed it or what, but I contacted customer service and received an email almost immediately.Very helpful and they are sending me a replacement for both!

This crate pad is definitely not indestructible. And the guarantee is near worthless - so read the fine print. My 7 month old puppy destroyed this pad in less than a week. And the company refused to provide a refund, so I submitted a warranty claim and used the store credit to purchase a new pad. Unfortunately my puppy was able to destroy the new pad (again) in a matter of days. The company refused my warranty claim because the guarantee is only valid once per purchase. So look elsewhere if you’re in the market for a durable dog bed by a company with confidence in its product.
