Amazing experience at the Tamber Bey Vineyards! The wines were delicious and the place gives very cozy vibes. Very dog friendly. You can sip wine and say hi to their beautiful horses too.

A beautiful moody day at Tamber Bey. The place is very welcoming and open without feeling overly fancy. The grounds are very well kept. The wines were good and I thoroughly enjoyed having more of a customized tasting based on my parties wine preferences. Staff was friendly, hung out and chatted, while not being over bearing to our own time. I wish we would’ve allowed more time to be here, will be back. I would say the only small small thing I would have improved is the pours were just a little small for the price of the tasting. Otherwise 10/10 for everything else.

Tamber Bey has become our favorite winery after traveling to Napa annually for a decade - beautiful tasting courtyard with amazing views, friendly and helpful staff, and incredible wine. We recommend the Rabicano, a beautiful Bordeaux style blend, Oakville Cabernet, and Delacruz Cab from Calistoga. Plenty of white wine options as well.

We came here for a wine tasting and the guy here was so amazing and sat with us and explained everything about the wines, was so knowledgeable about everything and shared the story of the wines and the horses and the rescue. Their story is lovely and the service was so great. This is a really great place to come and relax and try amazing wines with good company and staff

Came for my 40th birthday courtesy of my wife and we immediately joined the wine club. Love the staff here and the wines are phenomenal. As an added bonus they have beautiful horses here. The place is definitely a hidden gem so if you're in up Napa Valley and aren't looking for a pretentious experience, this is definitely a place to check out.

A little late for my review but better late than never.My wife and I stopped out here while on our honeymoon.The views nearby were 100% beautiful and it’s located in a very peaceful area. We could sit there for hours if we could. It wasn’t too terribly busy which made it even more peaceful and relaxing.The wine selections tasted good and the food that we ordered was equally good.We cannot wait to get back out there and visit this place again.

Just Go. The staff is amazing, the wines are superb, the ambiance at the base of St Helena is delightful. Sip wine while gorgeous horses dance in the arena by your table and world champion Tevis horses munch their hay peacefully in the stalls across from you. The hospitality, wine, food and setting is 5 star. We enjoyed every minute of our visit and cannot wait to return with family and friends. Cher made our day, we’ll be back to spend more time and make more memories!

A family-owned vineyard and horse ranch in Calistoga that closed to host our company for a wine tasting last week. Everyone absolutely loved it! Great service and really beautiful setting.

Tamber Bey provides a nice setting for wine tasting. The outdoor sofa and chairs were very comfortable and we were near the area in which you can view the horses which was nice. Service was fantastic and our wine educator was very knowledgeable. The reason for the 4 stars and not five stars is the cost for tasting and what is required to waive the cost. Mind you, fifty dollars a person is not outrageous for a tasting fee in Napa. Some would argue it is cheap but the requirement to purchase 6 bottles to waive 1 tasting fee is outrageous. When I asked I was told that management does this to push people to their wine club. We bought some wine and provided a nice tip to the staff but I was not happy to learn of the 6 bottle requirement and that did not sit right with me. The wine was good but not worth me purchasing a case to cover the tasting fee. Other winemakers use Tamber Bey for tastings so that might be the way we visit this venue again. Because of the 6 bottle requirement, the most I can award Tamber Bey is 4 stars.

Grounds & wine were amazing! The cookie pairing is a must! Delicious! Love getting a horse guided tour! (DO NOT try to see horses with out a staff! Dumb asses have ruined it by trying to feed them gum, mints, letting themselves in to corral etc..... stupid people never cease to amaze me! I just wanted a picture) Great place that I highly recommend & worth the cost!

Staff was superb: Robert, Ray, and Cher were such a pleasure to be around and very attentiv,e yet gave my date and me plenty of space to enjoy our afternoon together.Oh and the wine was 9.5/10From the Rosé - the Merlot everything was amazing!

Amazing wine tasting with Cher! Got to hang out with horses and drink a ton of amazing wines. Got to try to Pinot Reserve and and that was a treat. They said kid friendly but no kiddos with us this time. Overall great experience!

We visited the napa valley area for the first time and hit a good amount of vineyards for tours and tastings. While we had a great time at all of them, Tamber Bey was by far our favorite. Morgan was fantastic and took us through all the types of wine giving a great education. Tamber Bey cab ended up as our favorite wine of the trip. Must visit place.

We returned to Tamber Bey because of the great experience we had 4 years ago.Really disappointing. Ambiance is nice. Service was hurried, lackluster and we were even told to “ just dump “ unfinished taste or just had next taste poured right on top of the last.Overpriced, underdelivered.

My wife and I visited this week and it was fantastic! Cher made our wine tasting experience so much fun and her local knowledge of the industry was so impressive. We visited numerous wineries during our trip but this was by far our favorite. The courtyard setting was so relaxing amongst the horses that we could have stayed for days. Not to mention the high quality of the wines we tasted! We will definitely be back next year!!

Have been here twice.The courtyard is pleasant with great views. The horses are gorgeous, but interaction with them is (understandably) limited.The wines are decent – overpriced for what they are IMO.The upsells to club membership felt quite pushy. Otherwise, nice people and a good experience.

Incredible service and ambiance! My husband and I went on the Sunday before Thanksgiving. We had an amazing woman named Cher whom helped us. She was super informative. I walked away knowing more about wine, and appreciating each bottle we tasted! The property has horses and we got a lot of selfies and “horsie kisses” from Zoey, the horse. We will definitely try to come back someday in the future!

A wonderful experience at the Tamber Bey Winery, highly recommend. Wines were very good to excellent and reasonably priced. The Merlot and Sauvignon Blanc were my wife’s and my “wow” moments. All three Cabernet Sauvignons we tried were really good, interestingly the lower priced cab at its price point is a a really good taste.Cher is outstanding - very knowledgeable and professional, yet very personable. We’ve been to Napa five times now, and Cher is the type of host that makes the winery tasting experience a 10.Finally, the seating area outside with access to walk up and see the horses makes Tamber Bey a great destination experience. We were so relaxed and at peace here. Definitely will be our return winery as we contribute to explore Napa Valley.

What's better than drinking good wine with horses? We love this place and were so happy to join their club. Great wine in a beautiful stable-like setting. it's a must go if you like good wine and animals.
