We enjoyed drinks and a late lunch outside on a Sunday. Good food, efficient service, and a nice, central location.Our truffle fries, pastas, and pizzas were nice. The mussels were a little small and the portion was somewhat skimpy.

Nice casual place with friendly service. Everything we ate was great, the bruschetta appetizer, the salmon salad, the beef stew and tiramisu for dessert were all very good.

It's just ok, but I've had better for less money. The french fries were hard. I ordered the steak medium and it came out pretty much rare. The half rack of ribs was just 3 ribs. I asked for utensils for take out and I didn't even get a plastic knife to eat the steak with.

Up in Calistoga to take my pal'et Maybelline Deville out for some BBQ at Buster's but she wasn't feeling up to having grilled meats, she said a salad from the Hydro Grill will suit her just fine. I was kind of glad because Buster's was wall to wall bikers out on a run, and it would have been a two hour wait. The Hydro Grill has a ton of options and great food, and no matter what you order, it'll be 5 ☆☆☆☆☆.

Heed this warning: Do not eat here.In one meal, we experienced food floating in our beverage, a human hair in our sandwich, and a dead insect in the replacement sandwich.If all this wasn’t bad enough, there was a barking dog inside the restaurant, and we were charged $8 more than the prices listed on the menu.In summary:1. Our root beer came to the table in a bottle. With it, they also brought a glass of ice. After pouring the soda into the glass, food particles were floating in the liquid. It was a bottled soda, so this came from a dirty glass. Gross.2. The sandwich we ordered had a human hair imbedded in the filling of the sandwich. Disgusting.3. They remade the sandwich and it and no hair. However, after eating most of it, we found a dead insect inside. Nauseating.I wouldn’t normally care too much about the dog, but it was barking in the dining room (it was not a service animal). Combined with the other stuff, it suggests this restaurant operates without any health or safety oversight.The cherry on top was that our party ordered glasses of Sauvignon Blanc. It was listed on the menu at a $10 per glass. It wasn’t until we’d reviewed our receipt later that we saw we were charged $12 per glass, for a total of an $8 overcharge.And while they did take the sandwich off the bill, it hardly mattered since we were overcharged for the wine.

Short trip in Calistoga and we visited this spot twice! Once was a quick snack during a bike ride and the other was for dinner. The quesadilla is the best I've ever had. The slightly crispy tortilla (but less than a tostada) and the cheese combination - SO good.Vegetarian options: Salads!

Went here for lunch and ordered a lot of stuff. We ordered Garlic Fries, Veggie Pizza, Apple-Walnut salad, Chicken Breast Sandwich, Veggie burger and a Chicken Quesadilla. We drowned it all down with a couple of beers on the tap.Frankly, everything was just about okay. The pizza was too salty and everything else was mild - not too tasty, not bad. The Chicken sandwich was served on a bun and not on bread as I thought it would be.

Good and less expensive than the Italian place across the street. Their signature burger was in fact tasty, but it was really more so the toppings than the patty. Fries too were good, but they went cold almost instantly, which definitely loses them respect. Extensive beer wine and whiskey list.

Had dinner with a friend here and was pleasantly surprised by the menu. Lots of options for every palette and whatever you're feeling like. No bad choices and the food was good.They had a jazz band / singer who were fantastic.If you're looking for a casual place, easy feeling, lovely people and service, this place absolutely works.

Where's the beef. Who mushed the Krauts? Or 4 came in and one left happy.Those would be the subject line if this were an email. Sadly when the waitress recommend the Reuben I ordered. It was lacking in beef the kraut was bland and the bread fell apart. I hear the burgers are good, though, and the fries were nice.

A nice place to catch dinner in Calistoga. The steak frites was good and their lasagna is quite tasty. The service is excellent and the prices are reasonable. They have an extensive selection of wines, beers, and spirits. Recommended...

5 stars all around for so many reasons! Not only were the views amazing, but the food was delicious. And after a fantastic meal with great company, I mistakingly left my prescription glasses at the table. Noticing this mistake a few hours into the road trip back home, I called Hydro Grill to ask if I could give my credit card over the phone to pay for them to ship them to me. It took no time for the staff to assure me that not only did they find my glasses but were also ready to ship them back to my house AT NO CHARGE! Huge thank you to the staff at Hydro Grill. Will definitely be stopping by next time I'm in Napa.

Great place to stop in for a cold beer, glass of wine, or a bite to eat after a day in wine country. Andrea was an awesome bartender! Made everyone feel welcome and gave us great suggestions/ recommendations from the menu.
