Our second stay here and it was absolutely disappointing. The service was minimal and lacking. The worst Four Seasons property we have ever stayed at. The room amenities were lacking, it was like staying at a 2 or 3 star hotel. The room IPad did not work, after days it still didn’t work, not a big deal but when you called down to make a request no one would answer. Room service opens at 6 am but the phone wouldn’t be answered until 6:30 am. The valet was the only consistent thing, the restaurant in the morning was lacking as well. We ordered a drink only stop sit for 20 minutes before being advised they didn’t have it, it was consistent with room service. It’s really not worth the money for lack of service and location, this kind of service is expected at a cheap hotel not Four Seasons.

Had the pleasure of attending a wedding here this past weekend and was impressed by the level of professionalism and service by the entire hotel staff here. The food & drink was incredible. In particular, I wanted to personally thank and recognize Gloria, who went out of her way to help me when I had a minor foot emergency: she helped find me a first aid kit, a pair of cloth slippers to wear, and checked in to make sure that I was still doing well later on in the evening. She also took the time to compliment the bride directly, which was very kind and thoughtful of her. I hope that hotel management will join me in showing their appreciation for her kindness, generosity, & excellent service! Thank you again, Gloria!!

A definite luxurious getaway in the Napa area. The rooms are comfortable but the service is what sets the four seasons brand apart.ℹ️free valet parkingℹ️car service available ( or drive a Polaris) on a first come first served basis

Absolutely beautiful property.Like most properties, still working through post-covid service issues, likely compounded due to the newness of the property. (It took multiple conversations with hospitality to get additional normal coffee and decaffeinated tea. Super minor issue, but notable for a Four Seasons.)I would not hesitate to return, but I would also be willing to look into Montage and other nearby properties next time.

Update: We are still dealing with the mess that the hotel made as they’re dragging their feet to pay for the rental car related bills that occurred while our car was in the shop. They also offered us a one night free stay with all the restrictions and strings attached as compensation which is insulting. I don’t even want to drive by the place, let alone spend another night there. What a horrible hotel to add to otherwise superb Four Seasons! I'm currently waiting for the Calistoga police to arrive in the lobby because the hotel valet damaged my car and the security team is not providing me with the incident report. He and the manager tried to assure that the hotel will pay for the repairs without providing me with any written declaration and if I felt that this hotel was run more professionally, I might've taken their words at the face value but this place is run by amateurs. Here's the recap of last 20 hours-Arrived around 3-notified by the valet that they had damaged the car. At this point we were planning on moving past this human error, enjoy our stay and deal with the situation when we go back home.-used the spa facility, the only cooling feature was out of order on a 90+ degree day. Attempted to use the shower to cool down and the heavy glass shower door slammed shut on my finger, leaving cuts and bruises. Took 2 tries to get antibiotic ointments and no waterproof bandages were available barring me from using pool and other wet facilities with open wound-water pressure of the shower in the room was dismal and soundproofing in the room was horrible as I could hear everything from upstairs-I saw a bunch of broken glasses on the pathway to the rooms/villas and instead of being swept up properly, they were shoved away to the bushes.-our main reason for the visit was to eat at their restaurant, Auro: the meal itself was pleasant, nothing exceptional and not worth the repeat, just what someone would expect from one Michelin star restaurant but a friend who came to eat dinner with us injured herself on the way out after the dinner. She rolled her ankle, hit her head and ear on the metal pole outside of the restaurant and while it wasn't the hotel's fault that she injured herself but the response from the restaurant/hotel was much less to be desired. No first kit was offered from the restaurant while my friend was on the ground with a bleeding ear. They called their security who took a while to arrive, but no empathetic gestures of bringing out a chair or even an offer to wait inside was made by the staff. When the security arrived, my friend finally got some first aid treatment and when she asked for a pair of slippers(her shoes were broken during the injury so she was barefoot), she was told it was not possible. They couldn't give her a pair of in-room slippers? I've worked at numerous high end hotels in SF, Las Vegas and Napa and this makes me think that they don't have proper emergency procedures or at least the staff is not trained.-I've texted the concierge/front desk to have the incident reports for the valet damage ready by the check out time and they agreed.-Following morning, I was woken up by in-room Bluetooth speaker blaring random navigation info. I think it just connected to random phone outside. Thin walls and shoddy construction, maybe?-the gym wasn't air conditioned when it was 88 degrees outside.-At the time of checkout we were met by the hotel manager and the head of security who didn't want to provide us with the written report which resulted in having to call the police and filing the report. While all of these were happening, there was not a single hospitable gestures/service recovery made by anyone along the way. We travel frequently for work and leisure and Napa is one of our favorite weekend destinations. We've been frequenting Auberge properties but had such a great time at the Four Seasons in Seoul this summer that we decided give this place a try. Well, what a waste of time and money it has been and at least I know to cross this property off the list.

What an absolutely fabulous resort. Great rooms, amazing views and as usual stellar four seasons service. I would rate this as one of the finest resorts I have started at. You will not want to leave for home from here. Also, don’t make the mistake of not drinking the wine they keep in the room as a welcome gift. It’s a brilliant cab and must be had. We had no time left or else would have also done a tasting. Location not great but the stay will make up for it in every other way. 7 stars for this stunning hotel

Nov 2022Once the words Four Seasons are placed before a hotel or resort, one expects a beautiful and luxurious location. The Napa Valley property is no exception. The decor is like eye candy. The vineyards, even in the off season, were breathtaking. The staff was attentive as each member provided exceptional service. Truss restaurant offered a wonderful menu. The chef and kitchen staff offered Michelin level presentations. The wait staff was knowledgeable, intuitive and seemed dedicated to make each meal a delightful and memorable experience. The spa was fantastic. We spent 2 hours in the hot tub in 50 degree weather watching the sunset. Simply relaxing. The fitness room was well equipped with new machines. A wonderful workout. Finally the suite was reminiscent of a gorgeous French chalet. We will visit again, in the off season. An experience not to be missed and certainly one to be enjoyed again and again.

We spend the New years at Four seasons Napa Valley. One of the best experiences of my life. The location, the rooms ,the spa everything was just magical .The staff are incredibly nice , from front desk to valet parking staff . They were all so helpful and friendly. They upgraded our room to the Palasades view, it was so beautiful, the room is on the vineyard. Fireplace, books to read, tub , everything in the room was AMAZING! Their soups and shampoos were top notch. They brought a complimentary champagne with chocolates in our room for the new years . Just a classy touch. The spa was incredible, the atmosphere, the hot tub , and amazing relaxing massage. The restaurant called Truss was incredible. The food was magical. We had breakfast there and ordered dinner with few cocktails to our room . The presentation and staff were GREAT.Walking through the property and their vineyard was like a dream. We are just so happy that we could spend few days there and definitely will go back.

This place is the definition of a luxury retreat! The property is stunning and serene and the staff is meticulously attentive in the best way. Our daughter's crib was prepped and ready the night we arrived after a brutal day of travel and they made our room service in room dining experience feel like we were at their private dining room. Turn down staff is amazing and restaurant staff is incredible! We cannot wait to visit again soon :)

My wife and I were just at this fabulous resort from Sept 18-22 and I would say almost everything was perfect. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are amazing. Our room was on the ground level in Building 3, perfect location close to the lobby, restaurant and pool. We did utilize the pool and found it not to be too crowded and the staff(especially Helena) at the pool was fantastic; they had sure you had a drink in hand, water to keep you hydrated and fresh towels. We heard some bad reviews of the restaurant and we found the food and drinks to be great, but you can tell they are feeling the same staffing crunch as many other restaurants. Overall we would 100% go back.. you can not beat the service and quality at the Four Seasons.

This was our first time to Napa, our first four seasons and our first luxury very luxurious hotel. We were blown away by everything. The service, the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. We had a little hiccup at check and they upgraded us to a nicer second floor room because of the 5 minute delay. The twice a day room service seemed like a bit much, but it was fun to always have a tidy room. The attention to detail in the housekeeping was great. The pool wasn’t enjoyable to swim in in November, it was a little chilly. But the hot tub was perfect! We will be back to Napa and I think we will have to choose four seasons again, we wouldn’t want to be dissatisfied anywhere else. It was a great first experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Four Seasons in Napa Valley, and it was an absolute delight. This exquisite resort combines luxury, hospitality, and the tranquility of wine country in a way that's truly memorable. The suites at the Four Seasons are nothing short of luxurious. They are spacious, well-appointed, and filled with modern conveniences. The decor artfully blends comfort and elegance, perfectly complementing the serene vineyard views that can be enjoyed from private terraces.Campo, the on-site restaurant, is a gastronomic treat. Serving farm-to-table cuisine, every dish is a celebration of Napa's bountiful produce. Pairing the meals with the resort's very own wines makes for an exceptional dining experience.Speaking of vineyards, Four Seasons' own are a sight to behold. Walking amongst rows of grapevines, under the Californian sun, is an experience like no other. The vineyard tours offer fascinating insights into winemaking, and the tastings showcase the exceptional quality of their estate-grown wines. The pool area is a dream. Surrounded by the stunning vistas of the valley, it's an ideal place to unwind. And the adjacent spa offers a range of treatments that are perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation after a day of exploring the valley. As for the location, the resort is nestled amidst Napa's picturesque landscape, making it an ideal base for exploring the region's renowned wineries. Yet, despite its proximity to local attractions, the resort retains a sense of tranquility that truly sets it apart. To sum it up, the Four Seasons Napa Valley offers an unparalleled luxury experience - stunning accommodations, world-class dining, a relaxing pool and spa, all set in the heart of a magnificent vineyard. It's the perfect embodiment of Napa Valley's charm and elegance.

Whoops, thanks to the management on discovering my error! The scenery gorgeous, the building and interior design simply wonderful. The weather too hot to be outside, but nice and cool inside. The drinks were fabulous, liked the presentation of the smoked infused cocktail. The meals were delicious and the service prompt, courteous, and friendly. Even the bathrooms were well done with hand towels and a fresh look.

Four Seasons Review:I rarely take the time to write a review, but in this case I am compelled to share my compliments to the staff. We had anexcellent experience with wonderful staff! This stay was one of our recent favorites. The hotel location is beautiful and the resort is lovely. Each staff member was a pleasure to interact with. The front desk team members were always willing to assist when needed. The concierge staff ( Dakota & Annie) were phenomenal. They did an amazing job coordinating winery recommendations and helped us to to revise our plans when needed. At the end of the visit, I left an item in my room. The security team helped to retrieve the item and coordinate getting it mailed to me. Overall our stay was a first rate experience.

We only ate at the restaurant Truss. I want to thank the Manager on duty Greg for getting us in even though we weren't staying at the resort. The food was outstanding and beautifully presented. The service from our waiter Nicolas was top notch. His attention to detail didn't go unnoticed by myself or my husband. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Welllll it is not the Four Seasons we are use to going. Then again most places have changed since pandemic when it comes to customer service although that was bad. We had better. We did the brunch buffet and it was the worse buffet we ever had. We are Buffet Hunters. To start off the server didn’t let us know what’s included. She just asked what we wanted for drinks. 135. Did not include OJ for kids or anyone else. No drinks were included. Asked for 3 OJs that’s was said to be fresh squeezed(it was not, even my slighter said so). The two kids came full of ice as well. My wife was with no ice. Yet it was 12.00 each, each, each! No refills. Should of been charged one with all the ice. Anyhow to the food. Kids area looked sad specially for a FS. 3 mushroom ravioli left. 2 pieces of bacon. When my wife went there was none. Seriously!? This should be replenished a lot sooner than the last 2or 3! The claw mini crabs also down to almost nothing before getting replenished. The selections and variety the amount was as bad as it gets. I wish I walked it before paying that much. Definitely can improve 20x better next Mother’s Day. But will never know. Our server even tried charging my 4 year old who ate practically nothing. 4 yr olds are free and I had to let her know that. The MGR came to give us new silverware towards the end. I’m not knocking the server she was trying and we are not picky people at all.The Grounds were decent nothing to be amazed about. I would prefer the Montage in Healdsburg. Similar but feels more exclusive and private.I think even Bill Gates wouldn’t approve the price at this FS.Unfortunately for my wife she didn’t have her unimaginable buffet. Take a few pointers from Setai’s Jaya Sunday brunch in South Beach Miami.

Love this hotel very beautiful setting , very good service , and very beautiful pool , and the wine in the room was so good that I had to bought 20 home ! I do understand Napa valley not of the kid vacations spot ! But there is one thing is very misleading, the family pool is not heated , while the adults only pool is ! And the family pool is too shallow , deepest like 3 feet ! We were in the day that we are the only one family in the pool , there is nothing wrong that the manger refused us the request that let our 10 year old come to use the adult pool , we were ask if we can do that if anybody come , we would take her out , I do understand that is the policy , and I accepted as it is ! But the family pool water is definitely not heated , we can tell the difference ! I hope the hotel can corrected , and need to mention do not mislead on the website! The other thing this is not accessible friendly , which not a problem to us , but we are happy that we did not our mother in law this time , you does require to walk stairs to the room ! Other than that , everything is beautiful!

The rooms are quite nice and spacious with a private terrace for ground floor rooms and a balcony for the second floor rooms. You are really paying for the service which is excellent. The location is somewhat isolated - out in farm and vineyard country - quiet and peaceful. The food and cocktails at Truss restaurant are good and served with flair.Again, the service is enthusiastic and exceptional everywhere on the property just as you would expect at a top tier hotel and restaurant.

My wife, I and our neighbors went to Napa last week and thankfully chose to stay at the new Four Seasons Napa. We’ve been to Napa/Sonoma many times, staying at various hotels and I have no reservations saying that the Four Seasons is the best of the best.We booked the Elusa Winery Experience package and were given a bottle of the 2014 vintage which we smuggled home and enjoyed with friends last night. This wine was as fine as the resort itself!Insider tip: when you wake up at the hotel, go to the lobby, grab a complementary coffee and head for the poolside hot tub overlooking the vineyard. While we’re blessed where we live, I miss the view over the steaming pool and misty vineyards every day.For anyone who is hesitating going to Napa/Sonoma because of the fires they had years ago - have no fear. Napa is back and as beautiful as ever.
