Dinner. I ordered the octopus with pasta: octopus over salted, the dish was not delicious. Also, the special "Valentine's" dessert where strawberry was mentioned was without strawberry. I asked why, and the waitress brought a strawberry...Looks like on the breakfast was a shortage of staff, because one waitress did cocktails, served guests and checked out from the restaurant. I asked about tea and the waitress put a tea spoon on the table instead of giving it to me or put it on the napkin. Also, the water was with bubbles, and in my room ( I use the same water for tea) was without. The waitress asked if I was not comfortable with this water, I said yes, and cup with hot "bubbly" water was taken and never came back until I asked some lady ( waitress I guess) to bring another hot water for my tea. The tea was with bubbles also. I hope it was just soap, or the water as-is.I really like the chicken with mush potato though. Atmosphere was cozy. At evening time they have live music.

When we arrived, we were told the restaurant was short staffed, and indeed, service was slow. The restaurant was very loud, which was partially from a live singer who was very bad. The appetizers came out only luke warm. Our entrées came out at different times, and the salmon came out almost raw (pictured). We got complementary Brussels sprouts and side salad while we waited for new salmon, which was also a longer than ideal wait. Upon our request, we had the automatic 20% service charge removed from the bill. I would not recommend this restaurant and I will not be returning.

This restaurant is located on the Motor Lodge property and has a spacious outdoor seating area at the back. We visited with some friends who had been there before. The restaurant has two large woodfire ovens, and they make delicious pizzas. We ordered the pepperoni and mushroom pizzas. I decided to try the wild shrimp and artichoke buccatini pasta, which was really tasty. The churros were crispy and delicious, too. I also ordered a strawberry mojito, but it was a bit sour.

Incredible food all around. Best gnocchi I’ve ever had (part of the strip loin meal). Our server Sarah was so sweet and the ambiance is lovely (both inside and outside).We rarely eat at the restaurant in the hotel we’re staying at, but we were struggling to find an enticing “low key” place to eat nearby and the menu here looked fabulous. So glad we did!!!

Located in the Calistoga Motor Lodge, this restaurant was quite good and a bit of a surprise. My wife is a globalist at the new Hyatt property so we got breakfast here every day and it was a very diverse menu with many options and every thing was delicious.Came for dinner one night and was not disappointed. In an area with some solid restaurants this place was pretty busy - even around Christmas time.Highly recommend.

I have higher expectations of service staff here because this place and the adjoining hotel are both Hyatt-owned. I expect that meal service would be pleasant and attentive. Unfortunately, the experience still needs much improvement. We had breakfast here twice and both times, it took the server at least 10 minutes to greet us and take our orders. Upon serving after another long wait, we never were checked on again to see if we needed anything. We just had to keep asking for every little item, from water, to glass ware, etc. Please be more proactive, attentive and accommodating to guests, Fleetwood staff. At least the food looked nice, so there's that. Thankfully we also had meal vouchers because $90 for a 2-person breakfast is absurd.

Food was delicious, great staff ! We ordered the Braised Pork Pizza, Tortelloni & Brussel Sprouts. All were amazing! The pizza & sprouts were slightly oily/greasy but we still ate it all. The dark chocolate & hazelnut pizza was more of a crispy dough with dots of dark chocolate Gamache & roasted hazelnuts. Which was unexpected, but still delicious. Everyone at the table agreed it was a must next time.

I really can't say enough good things about the menu here. I tasted a little bit of everything and it was all glorious. Some stand outs: the meatball appetizer, the truffle pizza, the Brussels sprouts, the Caesar salad that will make an anchovy lover out of you, and the salmon, which melts in your mouth.

Modern space, but chilly! They keep the window open and the space does not feel cozy, despite having two wood fire ovens. The pepperoni pizza was extremely salty and not enjoyable. I ordered an NA beer and it was the same price as the regular beer $9, way over priced! The food generally was overpriced too. Very average, won’t recommend to others unless you’re in a pinch! Not a memorable experience.

We really enjoyed our evening on the rear patio at Fleetwood. This is a casual local spot within walking distance of the Best Western Plus Stevenson (just watch your step on the north side of the road if it is dark; there is no sidewalk for a bit). A good portion of the menu is cooked in their wood fired oven and it certainly adds a nice smoky, charred flavour to the pizza crusts. All the food was quite tasty and we can recommend the cauliflower, the grilled heart of romaine, the meatballs and the pizzas. We ordered 1 bottle of the Storybook Mountain Zinfandel (excellent) and then opted for separate wines by the glass (all good). This is not an elegant dining experience but it was friendly and comfortable. Service was not professional but they made up for it with attentiveness and good humour. Like all dining out experiences now, it seems expensive for what you get. C'est la vie.

We came on a fall evening, and were grateful to be seated near the kitchen and enjoy watching the action as well as get warmed up from the chilly outdoors.The seafood Cioppino was a large bowl with 3 pieces of bread, very hearty and rich, loaded with yummy fish and shrimp.We also had roasted meatballs that were tender and perfectly seasoned and cooked.Definitely would come back and try the pizza and pasta, too, as Fleetwood is known to have some of the best around!

My husband and I went to the restaurant to celebrate my birthday. The hostess was thoughtful and seated us as we had requested. Beet salad and hen of the woods pizza were good. Our waiter never introduced himself. He was neutral to negative, not at all friendly and curt. We nearly left as a result of his attitude. He started to bring me an unlit candle in our desert and then left to light it. He said he doesn’t sing and just put the dessert down on the table. Other servers and the hostess did sing and celebrate other patrons’ birthdays. My husband was disappointed that my birthday dinner wasn’t more special.Vegetarian options: Adequate

This place was a refreshing departure from the touristy restaurants in the center of town and the prices reflected that. The pasta was delicious and filling, the drinks were generous and well prepared and the service was delightful! Worth a visit? Certainly!!Kid-friendliness: Pasta, 'nuff said.

We ordered take out and was not good. The sirloin was fatty and grizzly and came with creamed spinich. There was no cream in it. It was pureed spinach. The chicken was overcooked and dry. It came with a small smear of mashed that the chicken was on top of. The potatoes were not more them three bites. The 2 desserts were OK. Because this was takeout, the bill was for 2 dinners and 2 desserts, no beverages at all. $100+ was a lot to pay to feed our dog. We stayed at the resort for 7 night. So glad we only ordered from Fleetwood one.

Working in Calistoga can consist of long hours, especially when you work for one of the most amazing hotel resorts in the world. And I will admit, Fleetwood became one of our go to's after work as it 1) avoids touristy prices 2) offers high quality food 3) shares a lively and family friendly ambiance and 4) has an wonderful team.If these aren't enough to get you to go, let me share that the foods come out in a much more timely manner than you think and will always lead to great conversations with you and the people you dine with. I cannot rave about one thing without raving about another. And their seasonal items are a must try. One of my personal favorites is their burrata and pickled vegetables.Next time you find yourself in Calistoga, I think you should treat yourself at Fleetwood.

The food was amazing, the place was clean and had a nice modern environment/atmosphere. My server was great and the spritzer I had(I added a splash of Vodka) was very yummy.The reason for 4 stars is when we asked for a booth table the guy was a bit snooty and said those were for people who made reservations, yet by the time we left the place was still empty 🤔.Other than that, I would go there again.
