I have never had issues with my medication before this pharmacy, now I have an issue nearly every single time. Would recommend that you save yourself the time and energy and do not attempt to get any medication through the Walgreens pharmacy. In addition to the many mistakes made in regard to medication, pharmacists and pharmacy technicians are consistently rude and unhelpful. I understand they have a difficult job but that does not mean you can take it out on everyone else, especially people in need who are just trying to get the medication they need to survive.

BEWARE OF EMPLOYEES NAME: GOOLAHB!!The MANAGER——> NOUR who hung up the phone on a customerAnd DORTHY - the shift leaderI hardly ever write reviews but I had to on this one this one !!!No wonder why this Walgreens has 2.7 stars on their ratings. If I could give the pharmacy a 0, I would. If anyone needs help with anything at the pharmacy they should go elsewhere . My incident started with a phone call over to get some help. It started with LONG who picked up and phone and pretty much just said NO, NO, NO to everything I asked him. I then asked for a supervisors to try and clarify things, and was worse !!!! and while trying to tell her the situation, she interrupted me and was so rude so I came back with the same kind of attitude. Never did she have the patience to listen to what I’ was trying to explain to her but then puts me on hold and the MANAGER picks up by the name of NOUR. I was frustrated at this point for the lackOf helpfulness and regard to another human being in need to a prescription. So NOUR picks up the phone and I throw a one word that she “couldn’t “ tolerate “, not at her BUT at the situation so she then goes to say she can’t help me and than hangs up on me. These kinds of people should not be in the health care industry if they don’t even have patience for a person explaining their situation. NOIUR should not be in the position that she’s in as manager. I then spoke to another by the name of DORTHY and she well shouldn’t be working there or anywhere if she doesn’t have compassion or sympathy for humans . This lady was about to hang up on and tell me to call the 1800 to Walgreens. UNFORTUNATELY these people are i invincible it seems like because all 3 can treat a patient in need of medication like they do. The only one that seems reasonable is the shift manager who goes by the name of Adrian but he can only do so much according to their policy these 3 associates will not get r reprimanded because the store manager seems like he doesn’t have the power or authority to write these employees up so they can do what they want.I should have read reviews before walking in this Walgreens. Now instead of giving my local community business, I will for sure go elsewhere and tell everyone I know to steer clear of Walgreens in Calimesa.FYI- there was even an employee who when I mentioned those pharmacy people of how rude they were, she even agreed that they are like that !! You have even your own employees who knows their characters. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

NORA is a NIGHTMARE!!!! Beware of this pharmacy!! Completely unprofessional and extremely rude. Nora is the Queen of hanging up on people! This actually happened to me a year ago by the same woman and again today!I see on the other reviews she is giving this treatment to numerous people as I suspected. Why is she not fired?

Illegal practices at this WALGREENS Calimesa, California pharmacy.NORA, Senior Manager Walgreens pharmacist is making the decisions of a medical doctor instead of doing her basic job, which is to fill medication as instructed. She has blackballed me at this pharmacy writing false accusations in my pharmacy chart in order to discredit me as a person suffering from acute and chronic pain that I have had to deal with for the past 20 yrs!I am a 69 yr old senior citizen who can’t get my medication filled here because NORA, Senior Manager Walgreens pharmacist refuses to take my suffering seriously.If anyone is not aware there is a national drug shortage of Percocet. I have been taking this pain medication for the past 5+ years due to medical history of LUPUS, Fibromyalgia, Sjogren’s syndrome and chronic back pain that in turn causes acute and chronic pain that I am suffering from on a DAILY basis.Due to the Percocet drug shortage -my Pain Medicine MD wrote me a prescription for an alternative pain medication in early December. This medication did not control my pain very well so a week later - I reached out to Walgreens pharmacy to see if they had my regular pain medication back in stock. The pharmacy staff said they did finally have Percocet back in stock and that I needed to get ANOTHER Rx sent in by my Pain DM and I did so. Then NORA, Senior Manager Walgreens pharmacist refused to fill the second prescription due to me having just received the other alternative pain medication. I said that I understood that but it did not control my pain very well. I offered to return the pain medication I just received in order to get my Percocet pain medication filled instead.NORA, Senior Manager Walgreens pharmacist called my Pain doctor’s office stating that I was “drug seeking” even though MY PAIN management MD wrote BOTH prescriptions!!! THE SAME DOCTOR’s OFFICE wrote BOTH prescriptions. All I wanted was the Percocet pain medication I have been taking for the past 5+ years!!! I am 69 years old and suffering.I again contacted NORA, Senior Manager Walgreens pharmacist and she told me that now the medication is again in short supply. NORA, Senior Manager Walgreens pharmacist stated to me that she will only dispense it to people with…certain “priority medical conditions” that SHE DEEMS WORTHY of treating their pain. I asked NORA how she DETERMINES WHAT TYPE OF PATIENT has a “priority medical condition” in receiving PRESCRIPTION pain medication and who does not. I asked NORA the SENIOR PHARMACIST at WALGREENS if this “priority medical condition” pain medication dispensing POLICY is based on a WALGREENS pharmacy policy, a CALIFORNIA BOARD OF PHARMACY policy or is she using her own personal criteria? NORA the Senior pharmacist then hung up the phone on me.NORA, Senior Manager Walgreens pharmacist refused to answer my question. My MEDICAL DOCTOR prescribed this medication for me based on my medical problems. I have also reached out to my MEDICARE insurance company to assist me. I don’t know what else to do. I have been going to this WALGREENS in CALIMESA, California for the past 10 years and have never been treated so poorly by any medical professional. NORA, Senior Manager Walgreens pharmacist has no right to label me or discredit how I feel physically based on HER OWN PERSONAL BIASES!! NORA, Senior Manager Walgreens pharmacist’s JOB is to DISPENSE Medication as written! NORA, the Senior Manager Pharmacist at Walgreens job is NOT TO DETERMINE WHO’s medical condition gets to receive treatment and who does not. This is DISGUSTING behavior by a so-called healthcare professional!

Such a horrible experience. There’s better customer service at DMVs. These people don’t deserve to even be called pharmacists. The manager is so unprofessional didn’t even go over any instructions after all the hassle. Switching to CVS

This Walgreens needs to be closed down ASAP , most pathetic service at pharmacy , 9 out of 10 times there has to be some hectic litigation from pharmacy end, This pharmacy is running at gods mercy. I wish I had some authority or power to shut down this bogus pharmacy. My medication was suppose to be ready by 10 am on 9/29/23 it’s 6:30 pm and still it’s not ready as expected. How can it can be same story every time ? I wish I could rate this pharmacy negative.

My husband and I went here to purchase Christmas toy/stocking stuffers for the kids at a local foster care facility. We went to Walgreens because they had the toys 40% off. The price did not come up 40% at the register. The Manger even tho the price tag on the shelf said 40% off would only honor 40% off for one item each. She said if you are purchasing two of the same items we will only take 40% off one of them. The tag on the shelf did not have a limit. I could not believe they would not honor the shelf price.

This pharmacy deserves more credit than it gets, they are trying their hardest to get things done but they are understaffed, and cannot find enough help to make the pharmacy work faster. Keep in mind you have to have a state license as a pharmacy tech to work in the pharmacy, so it is not easy to find people to work there when there is not many people who want to work, and a lack of pharmacists in general. This pharmacy, despite being understaffed and a little slow because of it, is so much better than any of the other Walgreens around. Especially when Yucaipa closes for no reason at all and doesn't give its customers any warning and suddenly transfers all of its customers over to Calimesa, yes, there's going to be a bit of back flow because Yucaipa can't do anything for itself.

Most terrible Pharmacy in the planet of pharmacies. They don’t answer. They don’t have enough staff. They take forever for transfers. They don’t know how to do a stock check because they need the NDC. It sucks that when this place is only place to have something in stock it doesn’t matter cause by the time the other pharmacy gets their shipment Walgreens will respond. Idk how this place operates.i feeel so bad for the husband and wife who approached the manager Linda to ask her why the pharmacy takes so long and her response was”I don’t know” and kept working on her shelves not giving any eye contact, gives no care about customers. I felt so bad for them and it wasn’t even my problem

I love the crew in the pharmacy. But what's with Linda B. She can barely force an Almost-a-Smile. This particular day my husband and I were on our way to the register and she was in the photo area are called out "I'll be right there" I was not at the register, but my hubbie ran to get one more thing and then she walked over giving me a look like a mom gives her kids to get them to stop screwing around. She makes me feel like I'm an inconvenience and waste of time. She did everything she needed to, but you can tell she doesn't like helping customers. They are an irritant to her. She makes me feel like I need to accomodate her. The store wasn't busy. We were some of the few people in there. There are so many warm and friendly people that work there. She is not one of them.

This Walgreens is horrible related to their pharmacy. Doctor tried to leave prescription and left voicemail because NO ONE picked up.Doctor called again and was told by retail front counter you have to leave a message. Doctor left second prescription message and they NEVER filled the prescription. Called myself and got put on MUZAK hell and was told continually by a recorded message that there are three callers ahead of you. never changed in 25 minutes on HOLD.Please go somewhere else. Worst customer service.

Slowest wall greens i have ever gone to. One person helping drive thru and inside. That is ridiculous. I will be switching to CVS the begining of the year. I shouldnt have to schedule an hour of my day everytime i come here.

This Walgreens is chronically short staffed at the pharmacy. The wait time for any service is easily an hour. Take your business elsewhere.

The personnel there are very kind and helpful. I got my Passport photos there in about 15 minutes along with a Bottle of wine which was very good, what a nice treat! And the Staff are friendly like they know you which makes you feel welcome, Keep it up.

WOW- worst experience at any pharmacy. First, I wanted to transfer from another pharmacy. I went in in person to make sure it went right. They said it would be ready the next day. I went in the next day- "not ready until the next day"- no call to let me know. I went back to pick up 2 days later- no record of my order AT ALL. They seriously couldn't find anything about my prescription, so they didn't have it and I'd have to start all over. My Dr. office always says Walgreens never sends anything over when they say they do, and I believe her.

Went to the Pharmacy this evening looking for cold medicine for our daughter. We couldn't find a certain one so i asked the Pharmacist who was an older man with gray hair. He told us it should be on the cold isle then went back to work. We ended up buying something different for her bad cold. It would have been nice if someone could have helped us. Poor customer service. I'll go to Rite Aid next time.

Linda the Assistant Manager was very rude to my mother, she embarrassed her by demeaning in front of other customers. If you ask a question does not mean you are dumb in means you need help. Next time I hope she get someone like me that won’t put up with that.

How are you guys gonna give no stars just because of their hours? Im always easily in and out of this place and they are much more clean than the Yucaipa Walgreens. Love the atmosphere also, its not a homeless camp like the other one.

Ok first of all this is NOT a review of the Walgreen's store itself. This is to tell you that the supposed "NavyFederal" ATM in this store will charge navy fed users $3 to use it. I called navy fed to complain and they said if you are a navy fed user just call and they will take the fees off. NO navy federal ATM should ever charge its own members. Absolutely disgusting on the part of navy fed to set this up this way. The walgreens store is actually pretty good. Just a bit expensive for the stuff that they sell.

They are the SLOWEST pharmacy. I left my Dr office, who calls over the rx, which typically takes about 30-45 min to fill. The last time took forever so this time leaving the Dr office I called to get a time est. I was told by the Pharmacist 45-60 min as there were 15 rx ahead of mine. Well I have filled prescriptions before and it doesn't take an hr to do 15 scripts. Anyway I get here at my hr mark and they haven't even started. So I am told another 20 minutes. I mess around the store for about 30 min and come back to the window and they STILL have not done anything! She goes and fills it as I'm waiting at the counter. All the pharmacy tech had to do was grab a precounted box of pills and put a label on it and a liquid med and put a label on it. Somehow that took almost 2 hours! And I was the only one waiting in the store.Now I've been writing this while waiting in line in the drive thru for the last 15 minutes. And I get to the window and still and told I will be u in a second. .. second is up!

When you are sick and the pharmacy has limited hours 😡! Got up from dr in Redlands at 1:30. They were all at lunch! Went back after dinner @ 6:45 and they were closed for the day. Next day = still sick and they have my steroid inhaler hostage. Not happy! Prob changing pharmacy because if they are always closed is ut really convenient?

Went through the drive through. It was backed up, of course. I don't find the employees or the pharmacists to be particularly friendly. There is one make pharmacist who is quite nice and helpful.

The hours are terrible. Even Stater Bros. Is 6am-11pm. They also take a lunch right in the middle of the day I'm not sure they do that everyday but so far I've come on there lunch twice. I think that since they have multiple pharmacists and techs they should rotate or something. Long wait time to fill also.

I love this pharmacy! Its definitely the go to. I'll admit the drive thru takes forever but thats why you go in. I have no complaint's (: & the employees are the best. 10 star!
