The storage manager (fork lift driver) was rude to me. I drove 1000 miles and call before that I will come at 4:30pm. They answer with that ok. When I came again someone answer by phone “we are on our way to unload you”. At 4:50pm they told me finally that everybody who is responsible for unloading already left. The person by phone allowed me to stay overnight in my semi truck and told me that they will be able to unload me at 5am. At 5 am I unstrapped my load. That manager told me that I have to give a line to another truck that has appointment. I moved truck. After that truck was unloaded I came to check when they will be able to unload me, because I have just 8 pallets and have to go because I have another appointment and this is Thanksgiving busy time. I got answer that they strictly work from 8am to 5pm. It is ok. I waited until 8am. I was unloaded. And it is look like ok, because I can understand that they left yesterday a bit earlier, and doesn’t want to unload me until 8am. I understand that. But why she called to broker and complained??! About what?!!! It is insane. Unprofessional. And rude to the person who drive for you 1000 miles. Be aware!

So I've been getting my dog food from here for quite sometime now and you know everyTim I come here the treatment is always the same I go to the dog food aisle look at what they have don't do anything out of the ordinary and for some reason there's always representative from this location who are constantly on my bumper about needing help I get it I may look a little ghetto from time to time but I am and always have been a paying customer but to have store clerks constantly watching from afar is crazy that not to mention the deal you have when applying for the store card that gives you money back sems like because I'm not some old white guy that it's not worth asking me just wanted to put that in the air now this is my opinion hopefully people don't suddenly start bashing me for this which I don't mind at all but sometimes truth hurts

Today's visit was to🛒 purchase a yard hat🤠, sunglasses😎 and twine for my weed eater. decided to go on a little more of a tour and really enjoyed what I found today. People were as helpful as always including that short woman who can't seem to smile to save her life.😉 In the end bought a sprayer, some vegetation killer, yard hat, and a package of hooks for my calendars. This is really a great place to shop. It's like a Walmart and home Depot love child but on a mini scale. If that make sense to you. LMBO😂🤣😜

I absolutely love going to this store. Everyone here is so nice! I feel like they hire the most courteous people in the world or they have some really awesome management. This store is a little bit far for me, but I drive 10 minutes out of my way when there’s a closer store near me because of the kindness, everyone has for their customers! Always a treat for my dog and I to come in here10 ⭐️ stars

We love to shop at Tractor Supply for out dog and cat pet supplies yes that's right they carry even supplies, pet food ect for animals rabbits, dogs, cats It's conveniently located and the customer service for the Calimesa location is flipping awesome the employees greet customers right as they walk in at the entry and are always offering their assistance when shopping It's our favorite new place to shop

After buying my husband work boots there in the past we went back. Unfortunately the boots only lasted a couple of months and fell apart. When we went back to return them or at least ex hange them we were told they would not refund nor exchange them. Sad because we were happy with our first purchase but they do not back up what they sell. We will not be back.

I love this place. I’m always greeted at the door, and today at least 4 employees asked me if I needed help. A couple of years ago, this store gave us free feed after finding out we were in the store to buy feed for our recently evacuated animals during a fire. I will say it again. I love this place.

If I could leave a 0 star I would !! Horrible customer service staff unaware of correct information!!!!! Called at 0720pm about propane refills said we are on our away ! Upon arrival at 0736pm staff says we don’t do refills once sun is down. Upon this another store employee said we don’t do it after 0800pm.!!! Okay asked to speak to manager “Charlie” and explained about Situation we called drove here is there a way to do it this time since we were instructed to come. Manager said “NO gates closed, so I can’t go and open it it’s policy “ rudely !!!!! No customer service at all. Two employees have a different statement about time and then you don’t want to open a gate because you are lazy to open it. Lack of communication skills with management

Love having a hardware store in our neighborhood now, that sells the usual Hardware but also you need things as well.I don't like the way the bolts and nuts are sold, I'd rather pay for them individually rather than by weight. I like that they carry boots and clothing all in one place.

The customer service is awesome. We love deals and the little dude that works there showed us the sales area. There are 4 spots. We found a bunch of stocking stuffers and other fun things. We fill our propane there and they do a great job I love that they are trained and dont overcharge. I only wish that things were better price marked.

Friday 4pm feb 3, 2022:. No service, no help. Heavy lady in center counter sent me in wrong direction for matches. Perused whole store. Finally asked cashier, while talking to her boyfriend, "where are the matches, lighter fluid, charcoal?" She pointed me to different direction. Verdict: no matches, no lighter fluid in the entire store that is supposed to be for the country folk. Went to Stater Bros down the street. They had everything. Prediction: this chain will not weather it more than 3 more years. Home Depot, Ace, and local feed stores kick their butt. Where's the value here. Harbor Freight has the same stuff at cheaper prices. Also, made in China.

Great store for rural living. Tractor supply is a fun store for everyone but those living in more rural areas might appreciate it even more. It is the only place around where I can walk in and buy a pressure tank for a well or a foot valve for a pump. The customer service is great.

The cashier was rude!! The other one shrugged her shoulders when I asked her the same question. NICE... they need customer service training big time. There is a huge turnover in that department. Hardly see the same people for very long. Maybe management needs to step it up a bit. However, I found someone from the back. I wish I had gotten his name. Really nice!!! acted like he cared about what I was looking for and took the time to help me look. The two stars are for the cashiers. They should have gotten a one.

If u aren’t white the employees and customers look at you like you don’t belong there I couldn’t shop in peace because the stares as I was someone strange… Also we were wearing masks so that probably didn’t help. Wouldn’t come here again to this location. There was no diversity at this store.

Made an online order early in the week, and quickly got notifications that it was complete, except for one part, and they would notify me when it was available. Wanting to only make one trip out of the house for obvious reasons, I waited for the last piece of my order to be ready, and before that could happen, they say now the order is cancelled. No phone call, just a cancellation. Disappointed in the way store pickup works.

They have an eclectic mix of pet items, farm items, and a mix of other odds and ends. I come here for dog food and the occasional dog toy. Fun store to look around too, especially when they have the baby chicks.

I love the tractor supply store! Great pet food products. Everything you need on a working ranch. Live animals sometimes. Baby chicks...You can join therefore savings program which can earn you discounts and costs nothing.

Tractor Supply has things you never thought you needed. They have mechanic tools, garden tools, farm tools, work clothes, boots, shoes, pet supplies, and snacks. The employees know the products and where they are, and they seem happy to be there.I've been to Tractor Supply stores in Ore., Washington, and California. They are clean, well stocked, and staffed with a olid employees . They're just fun stores to go to!

Man this was the first time I had ever stepped in here because I thought it was suited only for farmers. Boy was I wrong. It is an Awesome mix of farm life and home life equipment. The best part about it was the customer service. Exceptional to say the least! Can't wait to come back and meet the freindly people there again. GOD Bless!!

Arrived at the store at 5:30pm to have a propane tank filled. I was told that they Don't fill propane tanks after dark. Why do they have a spacious well lit area around their big tsnk if they wont fill tanks? Because they're a bunch of lazy snowflakes. I wont be going back for propane or anything else.
