I ordered frozen themed cake at this location, cake was perfectly made until the person who put it in the box ruined it and didn’t even say anything. I found out that the cake was already messed up when I got home, (there’s a damage on the icing on the edge like a finger touched it).I knew it was not purposely done but she should’ve at least mentioned it or did something to fix it. I paid full price and got a messed up cake. I didn’t bother to go back since I have other things to do. Just a warning to other customers, if you’re ordering custom cake, check if everything is good before you go out of the store. I made a mistake on not doing it because it was shown to me perfectly and I trusted the person behind the counter.

I usually come here for groceries but I was passing by and my granddaughter asked me if she could go in and buy a pack (bag) of balloons. I agreed and we went in. We could not find them anywhere so we asked the cashier I will not mention their name but it was a woman and she said "We Don't do that here" I replied with "Okay then can i but just a singular balloon?" The woman said yes and I told my granddaughter okay go pick one that you want. Then the cashier said we were not allowed to do so but i was confused and the woman continued to be disrespectful to me. The cashier also said "I cannot sell it to you only a professional can. I only wanted a single balloon without being blown up.I was extremely confused but the woman had treated me with lots of attitude and disrespect.

Been coming here since I’ve moved here this is my go to store !! Cashier Lisa was not so customer friendly , I am well over 30 years old . When I come to buy ANY alcohol I am never asked to take my ID out my wallet but I show my ID a they take down the date a proceed to the check out . Lisa was smart mouth about it when I said asked her if they started scanning IDs . She said no but I need you to take it out , then proceed to ask “how old am I” while holding my ID . She went ahead to conversate about me asking her if they scanned ID to another store cashier as if I was not there . Guess these days the one working had to get the last word in to feel right . Please train every associate to ask ALL customers to pull ID out there wallet even tho you see my whole information on the front and picture . Other then that this staters is well put together . Thanks

My favorite place to shop for almost everything you need, produce , dairy, deli, meats, fish ,alcohols , cooked fried chicken, sushi chefs on hand preparing fresh sushi, a florist, almost anything you can think of you can find here at Stater’s

With the holidays being here It is such a pleasure to see Suzy back in a shirt and tie . Every time I go into the store she is so kind and willing to treat you like you’re important and answer any questions and assist you for the first time I’ve ordered a Thanksgiving dinner. She walked me through it, and made it easy as it could be . Truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness. She is an asset to the company.

It's a nice staterbros very big. Of course depending on the area you live either the store will be affordable or expensive and this one is on the expensive side which was expected. Anyways the only thing I find highly annoying is that there are no carry baskets if you need to grab only a couple of items and it's highly inconvenient when your standing in a long line and your arms are getting tired from holding stuff least i can set the basket on the floor if i need to. I'm not gonna grab a shopping cart for only 4 items. All the other staterbros has the carry baskets and this one should to. All the cashier has to do is take the basket at the counter so they dont go missing and they can even put something on it to set off the alarm in case someone tries to take it. I took off a star do to the fact they have no carry baskets and their isn't any excuses you can make to justify why you don't have them. Get some carry baskets!

I LOVE THIS STATER BROS..I LIVE IN REDLANDS AND LITERALLY HAVE A STATER BROS 5 MIN AWAY FROM ME BUT I COME HERE...GREAT HOSPITALITY...FRESH FOOD ALWAYS..AND DIFFERENT SELECTION OF FOOD THAN OTHER LOCATIONS...THANK YOU I REALLY APPRECIATE YOU GUYS!!!

I just want to say thank you to the staff at Stater Brothers here on Cherry Valley Boulevard. I noticed earlier today that my debit card was missing. The last time I used it was on the 25th at sStaters. I searched my wallet, my purse, my car, everywhere that I could think of that I might’ve placed it, no luck so I called Staters and spoke with a very nice lady there. she search the office the lost and found and couldn’t find it so she asked me to call her back in an hour which I did. at that time she told me she hadn’t found it with any of the cashiers so I thanked are for her trouble because they really did go above and beyond. I called my bank canceled. the card ordered a new one and then about 11 o’clock tonight. I received a call from the same lady they found my card. I am so glad that we have an establishment such as our stater brothers were the employees care that much about their customers thank you stater brothers, and your employees.

My husband and I were very impressed by an employee named Erik. He asked if we needed any help and directed us to the product. As we we were leaving, he asked if we found everything we needed. We were very happy with his customer service.

This is the best Staters I've been in. They have a wonderful meat department with a wide array of meats, sushi and boba bar, magnificent deli, they even have a fruit bar with fresh cut fruit and veggies! Several other things not mentioned because it would take extremely too long. The store is clean and the employees are very friendly. Always a great experience when I visit!

Love this Stater Bros location. Staff is always helpful and cheerful. Very good quality of vegetables and fruit. My only concern is the cleaning of the shopping carts that are out by the cars. Staff is using some type of cleaning liquid that I believe is bad for the paint on our vehicles. I am parking further away from the shopping cart drop off areas. I would ask that the cleaning and disinfecting of the shopping carts be done in the confined area in front of the store. The winds in our community make it very easy for that liquid to get on our vehicles.

I recommend parking near the cart return. This way you can ride your loaded cart down hill to your car. ☀️💯🎉The child in me can't resist it😂🤣 Clean consistency Stater Bros is my go to grocery store👏

My favorite Stater Bros Market. Its not just because its new but everything is cleaned and well organized. The meats has a lot of good choices and are always fresh. Plus this Stater Bros actually sells fresh milk teas with boba.

I love stater bros. They are usually very well stocked but by the end of the day the store is sparse... understandably. I have noticed recently they carry only a few of the brand name items and a lot more of their own signature brand, but for most things I don't mind. Customer service was not great when they first opened but have gotten much better. I am happy to have stater bros so close to home!
