This is the nicest Dollar Tree I have ever been to. Most of them are disheveled and disorganized, even dirty but this store shines above all the others. It's well organized, well stocked and doesn't give you the feeling you are shopping a discount store. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

The cashier must be new and hates her job because it showed yesterday. I go here because their usually friendly and always greet me the other cashier who is always glowing and super sweet wasn’t there but the new cashier that was you can tell in her tone, eyes, and body language that she didn’t want to be there or help the customers. I’m getting ready for brain surgery I only go to place where I know the employees are nice to you because I can’t be stressed out at all or I’ll keep having seizures and my cyst will continue to grow. I asked her if she can recount my money because I have epilepsy so my brain is all over the place and I get confused quick not only was she rude she snatched the money and got frustrated with me she definitely helped with making me have a bad night, caused me so many auras to where I was scared to go to sleep, I have a disability that’s covered by the Ada I will be calling corporate because we know the store managers won’t do nothing and I will be filing a complaint with the Ada I’m tired of being treated unfairly because of my disability and people have no hearts. I’m getting brain surgery my life is on the line everyday I’m not rude to people it’s not okay and I will make sure it’s handled appropriately.

Long lines, items always out of stock, and always only one register open? Worst dollar tree of them all, it's just big ,big and empty big for what? To have no items compared to the other 2 local stores and long lines but workers just walking around.

They have a great selection of cards and I can always find one that says what I need it to say. AND they are only $1.25. Clean store, very nice people.

A good experience, I have found what I needed. I am very happy. It has done some renovations. It hasn't changed since my last visit, they have things for St.Patrick's day and Easter. You can buy groceries, personal hygiene products, artwork supplies and other merchandise.

The manager was very rude took no time to help me find a product I was looking in an attempt to hurry up and rush me out the store I ended up finding the product myself with no help after I was told that they don't sell that product which I know they do because I have bought that product before from this store. Then when I told her I found the product she paid me no attention and ignore me like I wasn't there, an very rude and dismissive woman I paid for my items at the cashier which was a very nice woman and left the store

One of the nicest and cleanest Dollar trees I have ever seen. So much more space to walk down the aisles, much more of a selection. The gentleman that was working register was so nice and outgoing. Gave great customer service. He actually looked like he enjoyed being there and helping customers. I wish Moreno valley stores were just like this one I visited. Will definitely return. Great job guys!

I have not been in to many but the one on Calamesa was very clean and organized. And was not overly crowed. The Isles were far apart you could actually get a shopping cart through.And they were very up to date on the items they sold.The freezer section was very clean and nothing expired like a lot of dollar stores. Love this store.

The cashier Something Maya Or Mail I don’t even know what her name was because her name tag was all jacked up just like her personality. She has a lot of tattoos and dumb elf ears on. She was profusely rude. She needs to treat customers a lot better. It’s not our fault you’re 60 working at dollar tree because your life didn’t turn out the way you wanted it to. She was also talking in front of her customers to another employee how she wanted to kick everyone out of the store, because she was annoyed, it’s 6pm and Dollar Tree closes at 10. Like she said in a condescending attitude “Happy Holidays”. Do better.

ONESTLY,"PERFECT"...4 GOT A PAID FOR ITEM AT THIS STORE AND THE SWEETEST CASHIER GIRL AT THE REGISTER SAW US WALKING BACK INSIDE AND SAID,I WAS SO HOPING YOU GIRLS WOULD COME BACK...SHAME ON ME FOR NOT NOTICING HER NAME BUT SHE HAD EYE GLASSES WITH A BLUNT SHOULDER LENGHT CUT AND WORE EYE GLASSES-"SWEETEST GIRL EVER",AND ESPECIALLY GR8 WITH THE CUSTOMERS....PEOPLE LIKE HER JUST MAKE U WANT 2 COME BACK AND SHOP HERE OVER AND OVER AGAIN....I HOPE SHE READS THIS POST CUZ SHE WAS GR8...#1 CASHIER IN THAT STORE...LOL

What's there not to like about a place where everything is a dollar? Lots of great items, food included and friendly staff. We recommend. This store is brand new and the shelves were not fully stocked otherwise it would be an easy 5 stars. Very clean.

Love the nylon stockings for $1. Need for work and church. Much appreciate stocking more of these. I buy them out each time I visit, in black color.I wish staff would pay more attention to grooming issues...especially the green shirts should be pressed and in good repair. Some shirts are fadded and need to be replaced. Remember image is everything.

The store was very clean! So many wonderful items to choose from.Customer service was a 3 1/2. She seemed to be a little uncomfortable😕 but overall I will Shop there AGAIN! That's why I give it a 5

It has everything basically. Daytime or night time the service is great with nice people. However at night around 7:30 to 8 it can be kind of slow since there are only 1 or 2 people on duty. There is handicap parking. Love it

I was at Dollar Tree Calimesa close to closing on last Sat. 08/04/2018As always I was impressed with the cleanliness & organization of this particular store. I was able to quickly find the necessities I came for and a whole bunch of neat, fun useful items. I was very happy with my decisions and arrived at checkout moments before the store announced it was closing. My cart was overflowing.I was not prepared for what happened next, my card was declined, the young girl at the register did not make me feel like a deadbeat but rather patiently tried my card over again & again as I was adamant I had $ in the bank.The store manager a pretty women with very honest blue eyes now arrived to the isle as I was not giving up my items & returning n the morning as checker suggested, I was on hold with the bank , but was alerted there was a 17 minute hold time. :(Suzzette the Manager remained sweet & helpful helping me find a colution, it was to run across the street to the atm, brilliant! I did & came back to find Suzzete still waiting with a smile on her face even.Not only did she insist on wheeling my overstuffed cart to my car but she personally loaded my trunk being very congenial & down to earth , I felt like I had made a new best friend.I live about 15 mi east of the Calimesa location and pass several other Dollar Tree stores in route to this location, but it is now the only Dollar Tree I will visit & visit I do atlease twice a week.I have never experienced such above & beyond customer service. AMAZING!!!PS my Bank card had been missing, shut off & I was just going thru such a stressful time with the whole ordeal & bank. Suzette was so intuitive to my inner struggle & made me not just feel like a valued customer but like a women who cares and a friend when I needed one.Again the Calimesa store is AMAZING PRESTINE CLEAN & helpful friendly staff.I don't usually take time to write reviews but this needed to be shared.Nina

Nothing new here: A typical Dollar Tree, with one exception -- It is located inside a building that used to house a Fresh & Easy Grocery Store, so it is much bigger than a typical Dollar Tree. Staff greets you as you come in, the stock is plentiful, and the merchandise is neatly arranged.

The store is extremely clean which is great but their return policy sucks. My niece bought a set of head phones which she opened in the parking lot that didnt work and they have us a hassel and said she could not return them nor could she get her money back. But I put up and fuss and they allowed her to retirn them. Then I asked what if these dont work and the manager said we are not suppose to return them. Which is ridiculous.

I didn't know the store was open for a good amount of time I would always just pass by it it looked pretty quiet but when I did go in there it was better than I actually thought it would be spacious nice and cool and very very clean polite employees good customer service and their merchandise is well-organized fully stocked I just loved it I will be back again in a few days love their holiday merchandise it's just a great store to be in..

This is the cleanest Dollar Tree store ever!!! I Love it !!! Thank you very much!Is it possible for this Dollar Tree to get moon pies and red vines ? I know other store's have them !

Well unlike other stores that's a 99 sensor stores they're not really $0.99 out of their other products or 4567 dollar sometimes even up to $25 then I stand at the Dollar Tree's the only one the charging the dollar for their products every one of them I like it

This is the nicest dollar tree I have EVER been to. It is clean, well stocked and the store associates are very friendly.
