Place is clean and organized, the workers are so kind and welcoming, prices are debatable. But the managers is a COMPLETELY different story. When I shop, I pop in my earbuds and do my own thing. I'll admit, I spent a decent 2-3 hours here. But the managers make it insanely obvious they think you're stealing, following you everywhere, just standing there watching you. And when you go to the register, they hover over the cashier to make sure you didn't change the price on anything and check the tags. Sonia has been the worst. Incredibly rude, acts better than you, and acts as if I'm bothering her with my mere existence. Hate it.😒 Watch out for the blue apron wearing ones.

Wont be back, not a good experience at all. And to top it off the cashier Arlene felt it was more important to be on her phone than help a customer. I thought employees were not allowed to be on their phones on company time. Customer service has changed and not for the better.

Very well organized and clean. I thought the pricing on some items was a little high. However, we did purchase a couple of things that were reasonably priced. Thank you.

Went got some some stuff and told the lady at the register an item cost $3 twice even mentioned it another time before starting ringing our stuff and the lady still over charged us on the item a pair of toddler shoes I really wanted for my son for used was $8 same price basically for brand new toddler shoes saw some things that was still in good condition or just needed a minor fixing and they were just throwing away in the dumpster prices were rediculous 1 blanket that had some stains on it $20 that's rediculous check receipt before officially leaving so u r not having to drive back to get the screw up fixed

Prices in your Calimesa, Ca store are way to high and keep getting higher compared to stores in other states. If this continues I will take my business elsewhere!!!

Deseret industries have great thrift stores. Some may be better than others so all that really means is some of them are really great. I usually find everything I'm looking for except my girlfriend. If I find her at this thrift store they had better have a good return policy and they better not ask for a receipt. I would take that real personal because I know what that would imply. I'm really not that kind of guy. Did I mention this is a great store?

Wonderful! They did not have as large a selection of plus size ladies clothes but they hav great quality merchandise and wonderful selection of books that would’ve been too pricey for this writer to buy brand new.

This is my all time favorite Thrift Store. I drive from Ontario, California. The store is clean, organized, and the prices are great. I always find what I need there. Whether it is for my kids spirit wear, holiday decor or just something that I find while shopping. Staff is awesome. Super friendly! Check it out if you haven't gone, it will not disappoint.

Ridiculous prices, to think these clothes and items are all donated. They get these things for free and have the nerve to charge the prices they do, especially the jackets. Was looking through the jackets and see a dickies jacket I really liked and looked at the price and it said $58!! Ridiculous what thrift stores are nowadays.

I love this store! Prices are great, staff is great, and selection is aplenty! Nice, affordable thrift store. The only reason they got 4 stars instead of 5, is because they're not open now that restrictions have been lifted for them. I miss shopping there. Great store!

Love this store been coming here for 17 years if not more trust me this store is like No other .Other thrift stores keep their stuff for weeks , even months not this one. Everyday is something different thats because they are removing the old stuff every Friday and out with the something different . Prices are great and if you feel the price is not for you just ask them for a fair price and they might work with you.This place is clean well organized and staff friendly you are not just a customer you are family to them my kids rather come here then a amusement park 😂

Good merchandise, good employees. However, I'm very disappointed in their lack of convenient open hours--one evening and Saturday morning would make them much more customer friendly. I almost never shop here anymore because they're only open when I'm working.

Desert industries it's a great store no matter where it's at. I am looking forward to visiting this location.I am a former employee of the Utah desert industries. One of my favorite thrift Stores to frequent.employees are always nice. a few times you can tell when they get a new person/people pricing, as the prices end up higher.some clothing is marked higher than the price at the original stores that sold it. I still love this Place for furniture and electronics.also a great place to take all your donations to.

This store has a lot of kitchen, housewares, clothing and shoes to shop from. But every time I visit this store, it feels like the air conditioner isn’t working properly. Wearing a mask, in the store, makes my face feel hot. I think the thermostat units need to be replaced because the digital thermostats are always at 72 degrees, even at high noon, it never changes on the temperate reading. Also, there is no public restroom available so don’t go there shopping after you drink a 24 or 36 ounce beverage!!!Ms. Thompson

There is a guy who lives in Calimesa who (whom) I have known for 33 years. I hadn't seen him in 28 years, but social media helped us to get back in touch. Me and the Wife drove from Anaheim to Calimesa to spend an afternoon with an old buddy and his fiance.They took us out to show us the local sights. We had breakfast at Clarkie's, then before getting library cards at the local branch (why not?!) we found ourselves at this thrift shop.Maybe it was the beers I shotgunned in the vacant field next door before coming in, but that visit was the most fun I had ever had at any thrift store anywhere. Ever.The four of us were joking and messing around while we browsed. The other customers and the cashiers joked right along with us. Everybody was in a good mood and friendly. Great customer service.Pro tip (I only went there once and it was only for about 30 minutes, but, yes - I'm a "pro"!): There is a secret room located on the other side of that doorway without a door at the back wall of the store. There is more stuff in that room. I found a Japanese drum like the ones in Karate Kid 2 back there.That drum was pretty sweet.

Went in to make a donation. They set it up like a drive thru and the associate came right out to take my bags. Received a receipt for tax purposes and was very nice. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

My experience with donating items was inexplicably rude. Someone needs to step in and do some retraining to the staff accepting donations. Plenty of folks looking for work that may be able to do the job with, the bare minimum, a smile. Chasing donors away won’t help the organization. I understand it isn’t the easiest of jobs but that does not mean it’s okay to be rude. Perhaps these are volunteers who are overwhelmed? If that’s the case, choose to volunteer elsewhere that you don’t have to deal with the public.

My favorite place to donate because they are fast and friendly. The store has great stuff and the prices are also great. You can find name brands for cheap and in good condition, sometimes even with the tags still on them.

I enjoy shopping there for the most part but I'm noticing men and women clothes put in the wrong places, men's in the women's clothing and vice versa plus the prices are going up maybe a little too much for a thrift/ used.
