Sabrina is such an amazing groomer and happens to be located just a few minutes away from me! My dogs do so well under her care and come back smelling so nice. One of our dogs barks and is very shy around new people, but he wasn't bothered at all around Sabrina. He normally has a very hard time with getting his nails done, but Sabrina said he does really well and since he started seeing her, I can hold his paws for as long as I want without him crying!

She is the ONLY reason i miss the desert. She is amazing, nice and kind. Sabrina does an superb job and gets you in, when you need it! My Matty loved her and now we find it impossible to find a groomer with openings within 2 months. If i could, i would drive back for an appointment

Great place for a groom. My Gato is pretty timid around certain people, but she was just fine with these guys. Got a lion cut for a great price. I'll be back for sure!

This gal that owns this grocery is so awesome. She understands dogs completely. And I appreciate her honesty. I don't need a high priced location who could care less about my dogs. Give my a compassionate, loving person who treats my babies like would treat my babies.

Every time I took my fur babies to her from pits to Shitzus she cared for them like they were her own, she was awesome at making them feel comfortable with lots of love. I moved away, but I always remembered her. And now that I’m back I will be bringing me pups to her.

I generally hope to always submit 5 star reviews. Specially when my consumer dollars are at play. We as pet owners expect our loved ones to be treated with a humble nature. But at the “Barking Lot” the worker there was telling the dog(s) “SHUT UP” and the same gal was complaining about wanting to go home, and then when another pet owner went in, and asked what time they are open til, she responded saying: Whenever they feel like it, they will be open or closed, (so it’s never a definitive time) she said: so I can’t really say what time, if we’re done here, we’ll close, if not then we’ll be open...So... wait a minute, REALLY? If this response or behavior from a employee or volunteer, or business owner (which ever her position may be...) isn’t unprofessional or a bit rude, to put it mildly, then idk what is!:/)Usually I brush off this sort of thing, but after not one, not two, but three separate incidents I think calls for public awareness. The only way to correct simple issues is by addressing them. If this business expects to flourish and succeed, the best way, moving forward, is to provide a welcoming and respectful environment. When dealing with the public, you got to express a positive attitude, because if you get it wrong, and you have a bad attitude, it’s only going to be a negative factor for your business. Mistakes can be acceptable and better corrected, when our attitude is acceptable and better projected.Good customer service will increase your return rate, and profit margins. If your employees are overwhelmed, its important to address the issue by adding more help, rather than sacrificing service, and customer returns. Maybe this person was having a bad day, and this isn’t her normal vibe, but it’s enough to lose a lot of clientele in a matter of one bad episode. We are first timers, and I’m not sure about the others who were there today, but it was enough to discourage myself from any future visits, and it would be hard to recommend this place to others given the “famous first” experience. I just hope this isn’t the norm there, and if so, it be advised to maybe conduct some sort of management/ employee behavioral meeting or training. Go over the importance in guest service and the fact that losing customers, is losing business, which means losing profits, which means losing labor, which then sacrifices service, which causes more customer loss, and then.... No appointment needed to get my dogs nails trimmed. She took her right in and clipped my doxies nails and we were out of there in about 5 minutes.
