I like this place, the service is nice, the atmosphere is calming and the food and drinks here are incredible each time I come here, they are very understanding when it comes to the size labeling and even just told me small medium or large instead of venti or what Else, as for the staff, the staff worked quickly and thoroughly, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in or passing by California city,

This morning I placed an order via the app, I picked up order once I got home I realized they had given me the wrong breakfast item. When I got back to the store the clerk explained that they didn’t have the sandwich I had ordered so they decided to give me something else without asking if I was ok with the alternative. In addition the item they gave me was of a lesser value. Didn’t bother to tell me, they just assumed I would be ok with the switch. Then when I asked for refund, she had an attitude. Poor quality of service.I understand items run out, just be honest about it and or don’t be lazy and switch an item without telling the customer just because you are too lazy to do a refund.

Never had any issues with our orders, my main loves the Macchiato & Peppermint Mocha and I'm Matcha latte girl. We support the local cafes and businesses too in town. We're glad to see more options in Cal.City. 👍

went through the drive thru and the barista (Destiny pretty sure thats her name) started taking pictures of me and my car behind the counter bending down and everything trying to be discreet. When I asked why she was doing so, she had said the female in the car infront had asked her to take pictures of me and my car because she decided to call me the b word.

I swore a long time ago never to buy Starbucks overpriced coffee. Unfortunately, I am an iced coffee addict and when McDonald's next door fails me (every day) my alternative is to spend $6 on a small cup of decent coffee at Starbucks. I can never rate anything as overpriced as Starbucks a 5 stars, but this location in particular has very friendly employees and the store is always really clean and comfortable

Definitely my favorite Starbucks in the area. Always a smiling face and a nice people working. The boards out front always have a new suggestion. Inside there are books to read, and games to play. This Starbucks is always very clean and quick to place orders at or pick up your mobile order. Always more than enough parking and an area to the sides to park bigger vehicles or if you’re towing and need a place to park.

I stopped in this morning for 2 brownies and 1 coffee cake… not warmed. After I placed my order I waited at least 10 minutes while 4 or 5 young ladies walked around stocking cups and straws. It was not busy. Finally after another customer came in and his order was taken and prepared, I asked about my order. I was told it takes longer for food items. I was the only black in there… so the first thing that came to my mind was REALLY… I recently retired here from downtown Sacramento and I’ve never heard that excuse before or witness that type of non-chalant behavior at a Starbucks. They need to work on their interpersonal skills and some diversity training…. The cakes were delicious as usual.

We were surprised at how busy it was even out in the desert. Our order was taken very fast and made promptly. This was the first time my Aunt had a Peppermint Mocha and she loved it.

This morning I went to Starbucks to get my normal and like always they're so chill for and know me by name I totally forgot it was Friday today and they're really happy Friday really put me in a cheerful mood and grateful for their service plus I love the sticker that they put on my slice of cake! Thanks thanks guys you guys really made my day appreciate it a million times over

I usually order on the mobile app and pickup in the drive thru because I have young kids.I went inside with my kids today, while my house was being worked on, and the people working were so nice! Adam was especially great. I was nervous when I walked in, but had a great time, and got some good writing done.

Every since this location has opened they have been incapable of making a Carmel Apple Spice. It's seriously the easiest item on their menu next to black coffee. It's two items! I have tried no less than once a week starting the week it opened! They are out of one of the two things it takes to make it every single time.

(4 photos) We went for the 1st time in a long time and discovered it had been remodeled. It is very nice and usual Starbucks quality. 3 bathrooms (1 for handicapped) with the wash facilities for all outside. The only thing we noticed that was maybe questionable, was that the entry door is no longer a double-door, but a single door. Not sure if this would make it more difficult for handicapped people to enter.

Clean and nice inside and out. Usually line in drive through, but wasn't busy inside when I went. Staff was kind and greeted us when we walked in. I liked it, and I'm not really a Starbucks guy, but I will be going back.

They got my order wrong today. It’s understandable. Still though.Only good coffee place in Cal City opened early.If anyone working there is reading this, remember to take a breath. Maybe take a few seconds to unwind. Rushing yourselves more than you can comfortably handle will get orders sent out wrong. We can wait an extra minute or two.Everyone at the store is on it. Great service. Great people.

Wow the people in these reviews complaining are all Karen’s. Do they not know there are shortages worldwide with all businesses? Starbucks all over are running out of inventory due to shortages. Cal City Starbucks has some of the sweetest baristas I’ve met and they are doing their best even though things are hectic and they barely opened. I applaud them! Another thing is, these customers feel entitled. You try working in a fast food workers place. If you don’t like a drink they’ll kindly REMAKE it for you! Anyways.. I’ve never had an issue here. Thanks Starbucks for coming to Cal City ❤️
