Once per year, I come here during different seasons. The last time was at the end of March 2024. The condition of the store is back to what it was before the pandemic. There are a lot of items that offer great deals and a wide range of options. The sizes are incomplete due to some items being out of stock. I found the staff to be both friendly and professional.

If you're looking for this brand, go no further.Don't get me wrong, this is still North Face and it's not cheap but the majority of their items are marked down and sometimes by quite a bit. I recently went there and I found a $500 coat for $129 (the workers said not all the deals are this good) .The workers like what they do and they're excited to help. TNF is located within a large shopping complex. There are kiosks to help you locate whatever you need within the complex and the parking structure is free. If you do the Phx-LA drive, I'd urge you to stop in.

Zero stars if possible. They left the security tag on my jacket I bought and no other North Face can take it off besides this location. Since I'm from San Diego, I basically am forced to make a 2 hour drive out here just to take off the tag. And the store never picks up phone calls. Terrible service and the entire place is just a trashed dump with everything super unorganized and all over the place.

Used to love this place and would go overboard spending on various items but alot of the stores have closed and the prices are nothing compared to what they were. I went to buy loads and spent 150 bucks. Says it all.

Lost my purse with mi wallet and phone inside,i noticed it only 5 minutes after ,talked to the manager and i get it back in lost and found but without my cash 4 $100 bills total $400 cash ,the lady manager refuse to look at the cameras . I dont understand why the store can't look at the cameras to see who took my cash. This is so unfair. I am a long-time customer of North Face... I am so disappointed with this store location..

Awful store employees and definitely horrible store manager! They stole money from a wallet that was left behind. They had it upfront at front desk and returned it with everything except the cash. And they reused to to try n help me out by denying my request to check the camera. Both but bad energy from them. Very disappointing and deeply disturbed by they way the went about it.

At Black Friday. I shopped at your store, and your clerk swiped one more product. When I called customer service. Service people said the price was over 50 dollars, so she needed to ask her manager. Then, they will call me back the next day. After one week, I am still waiting to receive a callback.

I visited there back to the middle of 2023/03. There is only one dressing room available at the time so that somehow creates a waiting line in store. Besides that nothing to complain about

Worst shopping experience of my life!!!The store has a few problems:- An inexperienced, rude, and self-complacent guy, Robert, runs the store.- no store level announcement of the closing time (they suddenly start turning off the lights).- discrepancy on the pricing.- missing price tags.- problematic items.At the check out, we encountered some issues with the items (mentioned above). The cashier was very nice and helpful. Right after we paid, we noticed some discrepancies on what we were told the price was and what we were charged on some items so we wanted to double check with the manager before we leave. However, the manager not only did not help us, but also called the security to escort us out.I wonder if North Face ever provides any training for their staff? What criteria #thenorthface is using to hire or promote its staff? Is that based on how rude and inappropriate they are? Is that the culture in North Face to treat their customers like criminals? I'm seeing this awful experience mostly the corporate's problem for putting the wrong person in the wrong position.

Ok, for t shirts and sweatshirts. I came for a tent however they had none. There were only 2 sleeping bags in the camping area and that was it for gear. It was not a great deal either, only half off. They had no backpacks either, only regular fashion backpacks

Don’t waste your time here unless you’re a small. All the jackets and sweaters were either small or maybe medium and when asking for more sizes, the employee said they do not have any in the back. It’s a waste of time to the consumer when they make you look through every style and don’t have your size.

I went there yesterday and found some amazing deals. More amazing was the sales associate, Amanda. She was friendly, funny, and so helpful. She pointed out some amazing items that were great prices. Give her a raise! She is awesome!

Everything was 50% or 60% off, prices were fantastic compare to full line and jackets, fleece, vest etc etc looks nice, the quality are excellent same as you can find in any store. I bought 6 items and I was very happy for the money i paid

This are my favorite Premium outlets to go, they have my favorite luxury brands and its amazing the prices or stuff you can find. Been going there for years! Don't think twice when choosing were to go.Also if by change you're reading this and you have a plan for your next trip to Vegas they have other premium outlets there that are great (be sure to go to the north premimum outlets)

Pretty standard merchandise here. The staff aren't very helpful. But it is north face so I will always pop in to see if there is anything good in stock. Prices can't be beaten as it is an outlet! Just don't expect anything amazing. It is pretty poor compared to my expectations

I can always trust North Face. This store is nice for a stop on the way to or from Palm Springs. The staff ate helpful and friendly. Good price at this store.

Beautiful place and views bjt I really didnt find anything worth buying.I went to van store and all the shoes were the same price as here in the mall and I dont have to drive 2hrs to get them. And all the expensive store have items on sale by 10 dollars and they are last things items. The food court was packed with tourists and it was really small I dont think its worth the drive .
