I would give this store -5 stars if I could. I went here ALL THE WAY from LA, only to be profiled by employees. I didn't even spend a minute inside the store when an African American gentleman, by the name of Tabari according to another employee, walked by my and LITERALLY looked at me from head to toe MULTIPLE TIMES, before going on his radio. I am not sure what he said, but soon after he got on his radio, I was swarmed by 3-5 employees, asking if I needed help, following me around and/or standing close to me just staring at me. They made it so obvious that I expressed my displeasure with another gentleman claiming to be a manager and multiple other employees. I immediately walked out as soon as I gave them all a piece of my mind. A couple of days later, I called corporate, and expressed my concern to them. They said I would be contacted by someone, but never was! I guess Nike is in the business of being prejudice towards people and not taking accountability for it. Next time I go to these outlets, me and my family will stay away from this store. I will not spend my money here and I buy A LOT of Nike products for myself and my family.

There is a line outside the store to go inside. The line was long but moved really fast. They had all the registers open and the cashiers were doing a great job sanitizing the counter and debit machine after each customer. They had almost all the kids clothes 50% off. The had the nike graphic tees 2 for $25.

The Nike outlet is okay, but the store could be cleaned better, especially with the number of employees they have. Some of the workers were friendly and helpful, and others seemed to have an attitude.

My daughter and I shop here quite a few times and we always come out with a purchase in our hand, they are always having extra savings on top of clearance, and more, and for extra savings, you just sign up with email and get an extra 15 percent off.

Honestly it wasn't worth the hype, nothing was really that cheap, shorts and shirts don't fit the same compared to non outlet Nike products. shoes were all over the place size wise on the sales shelf. We walked out empty handed

Staff were very friendly. Asked for a lager size shoe and if they had any in the back. Associate came back out with 3 different shoes. Was able to pick the one I wanted. Associate checked the price and made the trip easy! Check out associate was vendor as well! Overall great time.

Everytime I come here I enjoy the experience and the atmosphere. I got the Nike Odyssey React shoes. They are comfortable and look good on my feet.

Not a great selection for kids and the staff seemed more in conversation with themselves rather than interacting with customer's. We were out pretty quickly simply by the selection itself. Any store is worth a look. Sure I'd recommend this place if you were looking for an adult but not for kids. Two stars here.

I love going here I will admit.... I dont like all of the chaos die in large part to the time of the year! I always leave with stuff! There are lots and lots of options to choose from and there are staff members all over the place that can assist with all sorts of stuff. Sure the store could more organized and kept up but "Tis the Season" right? If you go, plan on being in that long line to pay.... Yup! Its going to be a minute!

I have to say I am impressed on how neat and organized this shoe outlet store, considering I used to work in a regular shoe store. Staffs are ringing up customers in a timely manner and you can find staffs floating around the store just in case if you have any questions or need any help. Merchandise are displayed where they're supposed to be. I got my family back to school shoes and a pair for myself.With the amount of customers lining up, I still give it a 5 star.

Sale prices were in an abundance on clothing items, but no additional off on shoes. It really sucks that they took out all of the benches so you can't sit down and try on shoes. They have tons of customers in the store, but I can't sit on a seat to try on shoes? Ridiculous! I went to the Redlands store and there were less customers inside. Much better shopping experience. We had to wait a few minutes to get in, but it was worth it. I found a pair of shoes at a great price and there were less people inside.

This store has a great selection, but terrible customer service. All employees seemed aggravated and on edge.I consistently see groups of 4-6 employees by the back wall talking while the other staff members work and fix shoes. There’s also some staff members who give out wrong promotion information.. the new team members should have better training.The staff needs to learn how to deescalate situations and have a more welcoming atmosphere.I believe this starts with the top
