Always smoking deals. I usually have issues finding shoes in size 14 but never here. Great place for variety and good deals. Only paid 24 dlls for a new pair of comfortable shoes.

When I walked in I was greeted with smiles. The store was nice and clean and it didn't take long to find the shoe I liked. I got the Trail Running Course EN Sentier shoe. I loved how comfortable the shoe was and I am really happy about my purchase. I will be returning here again.

I went in to buy non slip shoes for work. I found a pair that looked like non slip shoes and the employee with glasses and a hat (sorry I didn’t get some of the employees name) checked to see if they had my size and offered to ship it to their store. I found the right pair of shoes I needed. The lady with long black hair and pretty lashes rang me up and asked if I had an email. I signed up for one before going into the store and she didn’t find it. She said that they aren’t linked to the online rewards or something in that manner. I showed her the email, where I received 10% my first purchase online. She went ahead and offered 15% off that’s supposed to be for first responders/military! The employees were helpful and friendly!

Been coming here for a while. Usually walk away with one or more items at a great price. Staff is always exceptionally helpful in spite of the small space and many customers usually inside.

I gotta say, I am really impressed with this location and especially an employee named Louis (not sure if that’s the correct spelling). This guy knew about everything there is to know about shoes and he was very honest when it came to finding the right shoe to fit my needs. Not to mention he was great to talk with and went out of his way to be helpful throughout the process and even when I came back to pick up a crewneck.

The two ladies who work at this location go above and beyond and are extremely knowledgeable about sizes and comfort of all the sneakers in stock. This store was stocked with 4e width first time in years my feet feel great in a pair of shoes that fit, plus they had buy one get second pair 1/2 off, can’t beat it.ty again

Went there 30 minutes before they closed on a Saturday. The store was organized and clean the employees were all on task and very helpful. Good job New Balance in Cabazon.

I love New Balance, but was kinda disappointed when I stopped by on Thursday 8/6 and they were closed. There was no notice on their website that they would be closed. Went again on 8/8 after calling to make sure they were open. Miss edd s the actual sale I was going for, but still got some sneakers at a great price.

This was only one of the two stores out of the multitudes in the cabazon shopping complex that had the best deals.Plus my poor skechers, which had steel toe, I basically beat to snot out in the desert lol. I needed to replace them. I had planned on placing them with Skechers in the cabazon shopping complex but they had no specials going on. And I didn't want to drive out to the Skechers outlet in muder valley.lol

Kevin was very nice and personable. We stopped to buy shoes at Adidas but liked the shoes and the clerk much better at New Balance so we bought at NB.

We shopped here today and expressed concern that there was a young adult in the store not wearing a mask, which is now MANDATORY in California. My husband said something to the young man, who ignored him, so he asked the employee working at the cash register to enforce the mask rule. The male employee at the door told us that making this man wear a mask was infringing upon his rights, and if we didn’t like It, we shouldn’t be out shopping. The only reason I gave this store one star was because we like the NB brand and bought 2 pairs of shoes. It’s unlikely we will shop here again. BTW, businesses throughout the Desert Hills Premium Outlet have signs posted, “ Masks required.” Shame on NB for not enforcing this important mandate.

Basically similar inventory as full NB stores. Extremely friendly service. Not as much in 2X sizes for clothes. In the middle of Cabazon Outlets. Nice store.
