I bought a movado watch here for my husband and was told to come back in to get sized, no problem. So the watch is too small and needs links added. None were included in the box. We went back into the store to get it sized. The sales lady was busy so we waited our turn. Then she tells us we have to take a picture of instructions and order 2links and when they come in we can bring them back in to get it sized. Very inconvenient given that it is over an hours drive each way and when I bought the watch this wasn't mentioned at all. They don't even order the links for you. I think there were more people waiting so she didn't want to make the time. Additionally, this should have been mentioned when I made the purchase. Where has the service gone? I expected better from a brand I have been loyal to for 30years. Frustrating.

I've bought 2 watches from this location and I own a third. Huge fan of the watch. I went in on December 10th 2022 about an hour before closing to get my battery replaced and look at an additional 800 for my son. There was one other individual looking at watches. The man working told be it was corporates policy not to change out batteries on the weekends. I called back to get the cooperate number and was told I would be responded to with the number. Never received a response, called the Ontario store and received the number to file a complaint. What a horrible policy if that comes down from cooperate, I already have a watch and what better way to get me to window shop for 15 minutes while you change out my battery. I think the guy was lazy or incompetent. I live approximately an hour away so it is a huge inconvenience for me to head back to this location. Sounds like David from the Ontario store will be getting my business this year. Very helpful and apologetic for the man's lack of customer service at the Cabazon location. David also gave me the cooperate number and said he would be happy to change out my battery and show me a wide variety of 800's for my boy.

Went and paid a visit the other day there and a girl there with glasses greeted me. and i must say she was very knowledgeable and knew her product. and she was very friendly and helpful. I rate her customer service a A+. Use to work at this location and one of the managers is still employed there and the new group of people they have for staff is a pretty good group every time I stop by every one has been nice and pleasant to me. Nothing bad to say about this store they will take care of you!

We bought a Movado watch for my husband on 4th of July they told us it's 40% offenders the price is $609 we take it today I checked at Amazon I put the watch model number on sticker it's comes out $350 be carefull and do not trust their %40 off check on amazon always cheaper

I was visiting yesterday with some friends and found a Movado Vizion I was interested in buying. I originally was working with a very helpful, wonderful older lady who provided me with a price. I told her I had to talk to the lady about it first and left the store. When i returned a younger blonde woman came to me. I asked her what the lowest price for the watch would be as I wanted to buy it tonight. She responded in a rude immature manor. When i politely told her her price was $100 more than the original price from the other lady she began rudely laughing at me. I just walked out shocked that a sales person could be so rude and awful and still have a job. If she wasnt so terrible chances are I still wouldve bought the watch. Thanks rude girl for saving me $1,000. Hope you get a pink slip for Christmas

Buyer beware Movado does not accept returns no exceptions. No matter if you purchased it 10 min ago or 2 min ago they absolutely will not return your money. They will not inform you before you purchase your watch. They will only point at the small sign and look at you like your crazy for even asking. I thought Mavado was absolutely one of the best companies but I was wrong. Even their employees think that Movado is wrong for having that policy. They would change it if they could but all they can say is not up to them. Shame on you Movado you should listen to your employees and your customers.

Just came from your desert hills premium outlet store in cabazon ca. and we had a very bad experience. We already bought watches totalling to $1200. We cancelled the transaction because the manager was very unpleasant to us. At first when we came in we already noticed that theyre not helpful and was just ignoring us. My wife had to ask them for help even if theyre not helping anyone because its just us inside the store. I thought maybe because we came in 30mins before the closing time. When we were paying, the manager was already standing by the door and she looked so irritated because its already closing time and were still there. So our mom ask her why she looked so unhappy with us, because we felt uneasy its like she just wanted us to leave. She answered back saying that shes already tired and that theyre still getting ready for the coming holiday in a very rude manner.. it sounded so rude to us and i told her that she could just pretend to be nice and she said "what donyou want me to do? Lie?". Instead of apologizing she kept on talking and continued being really rude thats why we decided to cancel the purchase even though it was paid already. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!! Someone should talk to that manager. We got her name in case someone in your company is concern about this.Also on the outlet passport vip voucher.. it says that when you purchase more than $150 worth on the movado store, youll recieve a free gift.. dont bother to get it because they're just gonna say they ran out and dont have it anymore, instead they gave us a small cloth pouch for the watch... so funny because the watch should anyways comes with it.

This place was so AWESOME. Excellent service, friendly fun people. I just went to the Mall to buy a dress shirt. I stumbled into the Movado store. And left with two new watches!!! They also carry other brands too.
