Morongo is Tops. They have something for everyone. There is plenty parking for Professional Drivers. Lots of police and other security, you are safe at Morongo. The games are many! But if you want to play poker you just need to go next door to the smaller Morongo.I used to pass the little Bingo hall when we were young , oh and the Dinosaurs (love those guys) to get to Grandmas house :) Now I am a grandma and we both have grown... love this place and feel safe. All employees are great, I feel I am visiting friends when I come here. OH and the Gambling is better here too. As always it is a sometimes win sometimes lose. But there is such a good vibe here at Morongo, it is just better. A mall right down the road. Hadley's has a new building, used to see movie stars shopping at the old one. Give yourself a chance and come see all that they have here at Morongo, it has been voted number one a few times (maybe more than I know). Nice rooms ! Great views! You will love the gambling ! Food is good , weather you are grabbing quick like or riding to the top for a Gourmet Dinner, your going to be happy.

When I first heard about this place being only 18+ to gamble I was really excited. You can win here, just have to be strategic on picking the right slot machines. There are two places, this being the main hub where all the restaurants, rooms, pool/spa, and of course the gambling floor. Another place that’s a couple minutes away is casino Morongo which is 18+ only just to get in. Basically it’s a more gambling friendly environment on that side with a diner and lower limit tablesNothing really bad to say really except some of the staff at certain places can be a lot nicer. This is just a minor thing however, as most of the time the service by the other staff is consistent and friendly.Overall though I like the design of the place and how clean and modern it is considering it’s one of the only 18+ casinos and also the fact that it’s pretty high end like a Vegas casino. Definitely a place I recommend for sure.Nearby activities: It’s right by the desert hills premium outlets so it’s a nice pastime considering it’s only like a 5 minute drive not even lol.Food & drinks: Oyster bar is one of the best places I ever ate at.Good times cafe is pretty alright.Coffee place is whatever but really cheap prices imo.

We used to love this place and visit at least twice a week. We made friends with a lot of the staff and it always felt like home. We had not been there in a few months because the machines had been so tight but decided to take my son last night for his birthday. The smoke inside was HORRIBLE! When did they start allowing that again? So they cater to the 11.5% of the population that smoke??!! That makes no sense, they can go outside or to Stinky Spotlight. Well I guess we won't be going there and we can't take my mother that has lung disease either. My husband and I played in the high limit room for an hour and not one cocktail waitress came by. Wanted to buy my son a drink but the lines were ridiculous and again no cocktail server on the floor either. It's a shame because this used to be our go to for fun. We are Signature Seven Star Diamonds through Caesar's so I guess we'll stick to that if we're going to have to put up with smoke clouds in our faces. Such a bummer.

They have nice rooms but no good extras like all the other casinos. All they provide in the room is lousy coffee pods and packs of dry creamer. I expected more from such a big hotel and casino like maybe some variety flavored creamer or cappuccino pods and some light snacks like chips or peanuts. The room service is very limited with poor hours of operation. Your not allowed to bring any outside alcoholic beverages to your room and all of the restaurants are outrageously priced. And if you want a late night snack after gambling forget it. The only food available after 9 pm is cakes, cookies and everything a diabetic needs to stay away from, also no flavored creamer for your coffee and extremely over priced. A PB&j sandwich is over $5 and an egg salad sandwich over $9 oh and they do have chefs salad but no ranch dressing, that's unheard of. And their slot machines are the tightest I've ever played. And last but not least, don't think your going to get any better treatment by becoming a top tiered player cuz you won't. They may have a special line for you to stand in but they still make you wait as if you are a first time visitor and you still only get the same perks as all the other card members no matter what tier you are. I found the place to be lacking in entertainment and fun. They don't seem to care if you are having a good time they just want your money.

This casino has the tightest slot machines I've ever seen. Doesn't even let you win a few to lose back. Do NOT recommend gambling here. I expect to lose at a casino, of course. Usually, I have a good time while slowly losing. THIS CASINO doesn't let you enjoy losing. Takes every dollar and doesn't pretend there is a chance to win.

Came here to relax which I was able to do. It's hard to win anything here so it would be nice if there was something else to do when you are tired of losing. During pool season you can chill at the pool. During off season pool service not available and you have to go inside for food and drinks. Drinks are bad so stick to beer. Room was nice, plenty of parking. I would come back for a show but not to gambleRooms: Room was spacious and clean. Free water and coffee.Food & drinks: Mixed drinks are bad. Food options nearby

We did not stay in the hotel rooms and are not true gamblers. Played some different slots and games. Large, nice atmosphere, restaurant selection was limited. We originally went for the all you can eat buffet which is advertised as having seafood, it was not open. The restrooms were clean. We will try to make it out for the buffet another time. I would have improved my rating if perhaps a band was playing or had other novelties for entertainment/ambiance.Food & drinks: If you don't have a membership, it seems prices are quite high. We ate after leaving the casino.

We did not stay at the resort, only stopped by here for the casino and buffet. The slots are really entertaining. There are some machines as low as 40¢/spin that kept me entertained for hours; most slots are about 75¢-$1 per spin. They have digital craps, roulette, blackjack; very good for beginners (me) to learn how to play without having to take up table space.I was entertained for about 6 hours on $100 for slots and games and $65/person (after tip) on the buffet.Food & drinks: The Marketplace is their food hall style buffet that is actually really good.IMPORTANT: Tip at the kiosk if you want good service. I left a cash tip and our tables were never cleaned and no one attended to us. Other tables around us were getting cleaned constantly. We went back next time and put a 20% tip on the kiosk, tables were magically always clean. The menu changes every so often so going again won’t seem like a bore. I like that the food portions are small so we can try everything.

Service is great, played bingo fully loaded plus won extra machine plus bought 2 sets of paper. All I could do was wait. And it was a very small crowd but bingos came very fast. Played machines and got over 700 points, but still nothing. Spent 400 and got nothing back. Fun being with friends from senior park where we live 45 minutes away but to at least get something back?? Can't go if we don't win!Food & drinks: Draft beer 6.00 all kinds of food offered, including nightly specials, starting at around 18.99 and up. Had onion rings that were better the second time I got them... first time they were ice cold, but it happened. My friend's hot ff tasted fishy as they were fried in the same fryer, I'm sure. I loved the kind workers. All were very sweet and curtious.

The no smoking in the majority of areas are Great. It is nice having dinner without having someone next to you smoking also it is nice not having to breath smoke while playing slots and coming home smelling like you just smoked a pack of cigarettes. Keep it up. Could do better locating the smoking area. When you first walk in from the parking area your hit with a cloud of smoke and I just about turned around and went home. Thanks for cleaning up the place. We all know smoking is hazardous to our health and having to work in Casinos when you are a smoker or non smoker has to be a big healthy risk. Unfortunately it's difficult to filter out the toxic air. We would probably go more often to the Casino's if the environment (smoke) was not prevalent. Casino's Cater to the Minorities Smokers at the Risk to the Majority Non Smokers and the Casino's Staff Members. Keep trying

Great meeting spot for shopping at Cabazon & Desert Hills Premium Outlets. The casino isn't anything special, but the rooms are so comfy, modern, clean and quiet. You are about 20 out from Palm Springs, but the perfect spot for a few days of shopping and laughing. It is almost 5 hours from Scottsdale, AZ and maybe 2.5 from San Diego. They do sell out on the weekends, so book your stay in advance. They have a great gym, pool and spa also. Can't say much for the dining as I didn't eat there and I don't gamble. Not smokey - They have a special area for the smokers.

Well no offense but I'll be The casino is nice and they have a large variety of slot machines and table games, the only down side is their drink service. They seem to be short staffed, we were their for about 5 hours and a server never came our way, so that should be something to improve on. I've been to other casinos and their service is never as bad as here. better if we can get

I was there for the 1st time & excited....I signed up and it took very long for my passport to be verified by the machine so he changed & went to another desk. It was explained I would have $10 to play on the machines, but I never got it. I was told...except for 2 restaurants would give me 10% off my meal, but the burger joint at the food court next to the taco place got my order wrong 2 times after I waited over an hour on my feet to have it corrected and over $23 to be refunded (no refund as of yet. The cook said the managers name is Stephanie & he didn't know how long it would be to get my refund. The machines were not paying out that well, they continued to show the same image 2 times & sometimes 3 times in a row.....none of these were winners. Hopefully my next visit will be amazing, full of laughter, positive listeners that get my order right the 1st time, and a big win along with a great room to sleep in! Alright Morongo..... you must do better to make 1st timers have a positive Morongo experience they can share with everyone.Safety: Security was everywhere, I felt very good about that....and they were helpful & very respectful.Food & drinks: My brother had the Walburger & said it was DELICIOUS! I should have went with him.Noteworthy details: The place is very beautiful, so many nice pictures all over the walls, of course plenty of restaurants. Take the time to just walk around & see what else they have to entertain you with.....besides the tables & slots (lol)

I used to enjoy going to The Market Place when they 1st opened, however, the food has taken a turn for the worst. I ordered the chicken and waffle, and the chicken was supposed to be a wing. They gave me a chicken tender. Different cuts of chicken and tastes. A tender does not taste like a wing. All the food we tried just was not up to par. This is my opinion. I'm not a gambler, so to travel an hour away to eat and the food was not good, put me in my feelings. This was the third time we've gone, and the last two visits were disappointing.Food & drinks: The Market Place is a no go for me!

Excellent place for a relaxing time not far from Los Angeles. Also, close to Palm Springs for a day trip. Last time we stayed here, we took the aerial tram to Mt San Jacinto.Food and service was excellent at Morongo.

Didn't stay n hotel..Used the free RV Parking.. went first for buffet yet at 8pm on Friday night they were sold out of tickets.. had the food court food that was disappointing 😞 place was beyond packed, still hit on different machines. Band playing did a good entertaining show.. however the amount of cigarette smoke I was chocking on had us leave early..Safety: Lots of visible security everywhere

Positive enployees...Customer service at Wahlburgers was great, and the food quality and quantity has improved since our last visit. The person that was walking around taking drink orders was also very friendly and kind. The cashier at the cage was funny and had a great sense of humor...today was a day that you could tell the employees were well trained and super friendly, and enjoyed their jobs!

It was my first time here, and it was great! I celebrated my birthday here, and I had lots of fun. The room service was great. I recommend the pancakes for breakfast. Very friendly slots, too. I may consider this place for my birthday next year instead of Vegas. Good times!Rooms: Nice spacious room.Nearby activities: Great slots!

Overall, this is a great place with plenty of great restaurants. Very helpful people. Although if you're only playing low limit machines, no one seems to be making any money back. My wife and I spent a few $100 on penny slots and never won a thing. You do not hear anyone cheering like they won anything in the whole casino. We were there for a few hours, very clean casino area

Morongo Casino is perfectly positioned right off the I-10 freeway.Morongo offers a variety of reasons to stop and enjoy a popular Southern California Casino. The local Morongo environment offers Road-trip travelers & Truckers a multi-strike beneficial rest stop with easy access. There are many eateries including In/Out Burgers, Panda outside in parking area, a great Gas Station with a good convenience Store.Once inside the Morongo Casino there are many good Bars, Sports Bars and areas to Eat, Drink & be Merry. Prices are quite decent.Gambling seems to be ever-popular, some High Stakes rooms, lots of attractive slots and Table that are always busy. The Hotel has a well designed Registration Desk, and nicely appointed hotel Rooms. Beautiful views of the desert community & mountains.Ask about their Casino rewards program, which is the best way to maximize your expenditures...Morongo Casino is a very good stop coming out of Los Angeles or Orange County going eastbound, and a practical rest stop with Food & Drink options going westward from Arizona.Easy access. Friendly people.Well managed! Good Security, easy parking...worth a visit!
