If you are a frequent shopper at the normal Lululemons or online, you might be disappointed with the selection. They have all the styles and colors of leggings no one wants. The reason why I was very impressed was I bought a few items, and when I got home, I tried them all on and none of the items fit. I was so confused because I have probably 100 items from lulu all in the same size. When I saw the receipt said no returns I was so mad at myself. I called the store and AJ the manager was so nice and said if I came back he would offer me an exchange. AJ turned my experience around and because of that I will absolutely be back. Great job with management!

Covid19 measures require to sign up for a slot to enter the stores. Wait times were around 2 hours on this Saturday in January 2021.Staff was professional and friendly.

Very crowded and messy. Couldn’t even check out with the clothes I wanted because of the crowd and line. People in store were being very rude.

Lululemon is taking their COVID protocols very seriously (my experienced wait times listed below). Their HQ policies only allow 25% capacity and for that location becomes 12 people including employees. I had made a reservation on their virtual waitlist 7 days before but only the 5pm slot was open. I believe they only allow reservations from 10-11am and 5-6pm. You can follow the Lululemon Desert Hills facebook page for the link. They also said their 2nd pop-up shop should be open the week of Thanksgiving.Saturday, Nov 14 we parked and walked directly to Lululemon to put our names on the waitlist at 10:40am. You have to check-in in person to join their waitlist; they take your first name and phone number and send a confirmation text. They said the wait was estimated as 2 hours but could take longer.At 12:26pm I received a text to tell me they'll be ready for me in 10-15 minutes. I checked back in with the employee at the door and waited a couple minutes to be let in.While waiting I heard them telling people it was a 5 hour wait.They don't limit you on the time you are in the store, and because capacity is so low it is a very pleasant shopping experience. The fitting rooms were open and I spent about 45 minutes in the store and made my purchase.We walked past Lululemon around 2pm the same day and they had a sign that their waitlist was closed for the day.

Left store feeling like I was trying to claim a tax credit 😆 after much fine print study then came the eventual no, you don't qualify because blah blah blah. All I needed was equal exchange of of 2 brand new tags on items I received for gifts. just needed different sizes. Disappointing brand...

Store no longer has the "Outlet" wording but is still a Lulu outlet. Leggings can be found for $40-$80 instead of the $100+ sold at the retail Lulu stores. Staff was friendly. The have sale combos going on each day. Went in on a "Flash Friday Sale" with 2 sports bra's for $60 or 3 sport bras for $75. They also had buy 5 items and get and additional 15% off the outlet price. Didn't buy anything because I didn't like the seam going down the crotch area and their colors are too bland. I prefer truly seamless leggings with an offering of bright colors. I will stick to Gymshark as my go to for sports bras and leggings.

They never have anything cute in my size, which is eight. I see lots of cute things in other sizes. I have been here several times and I've never bought anything because size 8 is ugly I guess.

The store is well set up with signs above the racks with prices. This is great as it takes the monontony of checking every price tag out of the equation. Having said that, if you are a size 6 or 8, it may not be worth going in. There were without an exaggeration, 4 pairs of size 8 tights in the store. Now, if you are xxxxxs ☺️ or 14 to 20 it's a bonanza. More or less the same thing for bras and tops. I did go during spring break so perhaps try your luck some other time of the year. The Thai food truck was great and suuuuper spicy. 🌶️😂

Not very satisfied with the atmosphere here, the place is getting old and I feel very not impressed by the set up they had , as a store in dessert hill I expect it to be more luxurious rather than simple and cheap. But still a nice store!

I would love to give them 5 stars because the staff is so helpful and sweet! They have great sales, and everything is really organized. However, I wish they had a wider variety in the mens department. But overall, great location!

Overall a nice experience. Great selection especially for women as most of the store is women's apparel. A lot of inventory for women sizes 8, 10 and 12. Also the special sale I went to was 20% entire purchase of 3 or more items. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I found myself spending 1 hour there. And the styles are items from past few seasons plus new sale items in store. The outlet is giving you the same sale prices you would find in store or online but what makes it an outlet are the special sale themes written on the chalkboard.

I thought lulu lemon was completely overrated until I talked to Mary at this location. She gives very great service she worked in the fitting room when I went. If not for her these places would easily be 3 stars the service is typically not good.Mary gave me some tips about the brand that literally no other lulu lemon worker gave me ever even at the retail stores. Very friendly, Mary carries this location by a longshot. Better give her a raise and a promo!

So so disappointed with the management of this store. Unlike every other store at the outlets, they have an app and you can apparently make Reservations online. So the rest of us, who made the one hour trek to spend our money there, were added to a three hour wait list. Then after waiting three hours, were added to a Hand written list as the the online list was lost. So disappointed and unfair to ALL your customers. Why not have a line like every other store at the outlets?

Hilarious. The first time I went in several years ago everyone treats you like you’re too fat to handle if your above a size 4 becuase that would have been their size 10. I remember being a typical size 4 and only being able to fit into 8 or 10 here. Today, I go In and I’m actually overweight and made a comment that the sizes seem to actually be correct and not typically 2-3 sizes too small as usual and two people got so offended when I was clearly making a funny joke. The funniest thing is just how much has changed and everyone going overboard claiming they are ultra inclusive of everyone despite the XXL really being only for short people and still fairly smaller frame than other brands. It’s just funny to me, that’s all because it’s really like, we’re inclusive if you’re short and not too fat and it doesn’t cost too much money because that would eat into profits. I just can’t not think about their old CEO claiming their pants might not be for everyone or something to the effect and then them bashing capitalism, which they clearly so exploit tremendously well.

Walked into the store with no greeting from any of the employees when I’ve made eye contact with them. There was no else in the store. Employees didn’t even bother to ask if I wanted any help. When I tried to ask I was being ignored. I bought a couple tops at the store but will never come back for such poor service. I can go more into detail about how they were very helpful with another customer who walked in after me because that customer fit the profile of a paying customer but that customer bought nothing. I will leave it at that with how my experience at the store went. I’ve gotten a much better experience from Lululemon retail stores than this outlet store.

Customer service is a bit flat. They try to be helpful but have a odd way of speaking down to customers. I understand it's a nice brand but all walks of life must come in here. Disappointed leaving the store.

Helpful staff greeted me. I requested to be shown particular items. The manager walked me to the 2 sections I needed.Brian assisted with feedback and checkout.Comparing to the Camarillo Outlets, here they had a few more options for Men's Medium shirts. I purchased 2 and the same pair of underwear. Here is $19. Camarillo was $14 :)
