Long time Kipling shopper, but will no longer buy their products due to the rude customer service at this store.A very inexperienced salesperson (named Pabler?) fits more at a Walmart then working at a finer store like Kipling. Very rude and undermining when handling my questions. I asked to have Carla, the store senior manager to call me with my concerns. Carla didn't even bother calling me. I went to the store a few days later and met Carla face-to-face. I asked her why she didn't call, she replied "Oh I was busy with the President sales weekend". The store looked pretty empty to me...Nice products unfortunately poorly represented by the store management and workers. Don't shop here.
