This was my husband and I's first time and In-N-Out and it did not disappoint. We ordered two #1's, one animal style, one whole grilled onion, one standard fries, one well done animal style fries, and a chocolate for one of the drinks. We couldn't really tell the difference between animal style and not besides the pickle. I don't think they went "heavy" on the additional toppings for it. The animal style fries are dangerously good, we get the hype. The chocolate shake was fantastic, very smooth and chocolatey. We even got a paper hat to commemorate our first time. This location was packed but they still got our order out fast and correct!

Very upset with my order. I usually come here and the food is normally amazing. I took my family here this evening on my way home. I ordered two singles well done and a double double well done. I get home and start to eat my food and it is completely pink inside. This is completely unacceptable. I spent way too much money to get an uncooked burger.

One of the things I appreciate about In-N-Out is that their product is very consistent. Additionally, they have a very reliable system that ensures reasonably quick service. This is a busy stop, and a very busy in and out, so understand that you'll be in line and or waiting for it longer, not because the team is slow but because the volume is high. Burger was awesome, but the fries are always meh and the shakes are alright. Burger more than made up for the lackluster fries and shake. Double double with animal sauce. Bread was toasted and crispy, burger was cooked perfectly. Location was busy, as all locations usually are, but the order came out fairly quick and customer service was great.

Very nice location, the staff was friendly and welcoming. First time to see a drive thru line moving quickly. We order inside and they were taking care customers with a high sense of urgency. Loved all the picnic tables outside. Would of like to seen them wiped down better. But we had our own wipes. Our kids loved being able to sit outside and see all the little birdies. My husband try to get a job here. He is totally qualified but I believe because of his age & his religious beliefs he did not get hired. ( to be honest it felt like discrimination)& they hire only if Ben likes you. How sad my husband is a very hard worker , dependable & is fully capable of the Job. I'm so disappointed in this establishment. Amanda, Ben & Samson are to blame. They had 10 positions to fill. ---Come on something is not RIGHT HERE!!! & Amanda had him wait for almost 2 hrs. When he was on time to his first Interview. This is so wrong to do this to people who are honestly looking for Work!

Probably one of the fastest In-N-Out’s I’ve been to in California. Super fresh, friendly staff and fast service.Tons of parking outside. Drive through can be a bit crazy.

I usually 5-star rate In-N-Out's but I've got to drop this rating. The French fries were terrible. Little scraps was the whole order. Maybe 10 or so good fries. The rest should have gone in trash as unfit. It's good the burger and shake was delicious to sorta make up for the lousy fries

I came here on 9/26/21 after a long day of shopping at the nearby mall and it was phenomenal! I got a #2 on the menu and I was really impressed (as I always am). My brother got animal style fries and a cheeseburger and he thought it was amazing. My sister and my mom also loved their food! Overall, I loved this in-n-out and it was a delicious end to our day!

Always stop at this In-N-Out whenever I drive out to the desert. They have the nicest bathroom and it's probably one of the fastest ones I've ever been to. Even at noon I'm in and out of there in about 10-15min. Absolutely my favorite In-N-Out!Dietary restrictions: Protein style is excellent for my low card diet.
