Ymmmm! THAT date shake was memorable! Flavorful & sweet, the taste lingers. I did my Christmas shopping here — everything DATES, dried fruits & nuts that you can imagine. A wonderful rest stop on a long road with small cafe, upscale gourmet food/gift shop area, & clean restrooms. Perfect!

Love it here. Gotta try the date shakes, you'll never ask for anything else. They have so many good findsyou won't find anywhere else. I have to stop here every time we drive by. Highly recommend.

I was in Date heaven! I even tried the delicious Date Shake. I'll have to try more of the food from the deli next time. We had a short visit and needed to get back on the road. We left with delicious Date bread, Date bars, date cookies and of course the star, the Date shake. We will definitely be back sooner than later.

Oh my gosh! We love it here! They have Delicious Date Shakes! If your driving by! I highly recommend to stop here and have a bite to eat! My favorite is the strawberry Date shake! Also their Deli ham sandwich is yummy! Their hamburgers are good! They also have tamales. They have a store in the same location. They have all kinds of stuff. Nuts, dates, chips, baked goods and other stuff! I highly recommend to stop by and check them out! Take the whole family

You are rollin into Palm Springs from a long drive from the Bay area. You need food. You need... a Hadleys vegan date milkshake. I know a milkshake is a drink, but when you go here, they have sandwhiches, hotdogs, burgers, etc... when you need that drink, don't get a soda, splurge, get the date shake. I went vegan, no chocolate drizzle.Also, bathrooms are pretty clean and they have a plethora of snacks and bottled drinks for the road if you are heading out of town. But, if you read this far, fo sho get the date shake. It's the real deal!

A lot of great products. I wish they had more actual fresh fruit and vegetables. I did get some bananas and avocados. I wanted some tomatoes too, but no big deal.

We miss the old roadside store of decades ago but still the best date shakes anywhere! With the casino the dominant attraction we understand why they had to update and move. This store is perfect for getting that unique gift you forgot for the dog sitter while you were on vacation. Lots of stuff that is local and unique so set aside cash from your casino winnings, the stuff isn't exactly a bargain but you will get the desired smile from the dog sitter, or house sitter, or baby sitter after you hand them the gift. Cool stuff, but get the date shake before you shop, you won't regret it!

Love Hadley’s! I had a date shake with strawberry, it was so good! Sat outside to enjoy my view and the wind in my hair. Took home dry fruit and meat as a snack. I wonder what happened to the pictures of the 80’s from the first location next door???? I would love to see them again!

Historic place with a complete renovation and an all new store. A lot of fresh nuts and dried fruit. Staple date shake now comes in Vegan! I should have gotten the large one! It was delicious. I can't wait to stop in next time! It's a must stop. Easy and quick.

I can remember coming here as a kid when I would visit my Grandmother in Palm Springs. Hadleys use to be in a pretty old wood paneled building. Now it is in a new shopping center and definitely has been given a much needed face-lift. The new place is bright and still offers all the great things Hadleys is known for. Grab a cart and browse the aisles and don't forget to try a date shake.

When you stop to get gas, run across the street to visit Hadley Fruit Orchards. A date milkshake from the cafe is a sweet treat on a hot summer day. Your tastebuds will thank you.The store is filled with something for everyone: nuts, dates, wine, water, honey and snacks. And it’s super clean and well organized.

My wife went here as a child (the old closed down building next door) and raved about the fruits. I bought dates, mixed fruits and other fun stuff. The fruits are delicious!! The ambiance is fun and the service is so helpful!! It's a must stop from wherever you're going.

Have not been there in years! Had a date shake, still great 👍Also, purchased some unique honey, maple syrup and lime stuffed olives. Not too keen on the olives. Just a small piece of lime, skin too, stuffed in the olive. Should have just included the pulp of the lime, not the rind.

We knew about this spot through a food blogger recommendation about their date shakes and we made sure to stop by on our way to Joshua tree NP.It has a grocery/convenience (think sprouts but much bigger) store with a cafe on the side is a great place for a pit stop.Coming to the DATE SHAKE, it lived up to the hype and we LOVED IT so much that we made sure to make a detour on the way back to get it again. This time we also tried sandwiches and grabbed some snacks and dates to take home.

Great smoothies personal reccomends are Tripleberry, and Caribbean smoothies. So many other things to get here. I think the unsalted natural peanut butter is the best i have bought in southern California.PS: Restrooms are always clean, and this is a logical stopping place if you are traveling from EC to LA. The nearby gas station is the least expensive supply around here.

Stopped on our way back from Indio. We always stop so I can get their wonderful date shake. The hamburger was good and we bought a selection of date treats. Nice clean restrooms, lots of souvenir racks, wine, anything you can think of made from dates, and drinks.

First time visiting. Took a quick rest stop on trip to Disney. Very clean and nice market. Had groceries, a few shelves of Disney merchandise, and a deli. Wish we had more time to look around. Hope to visit again soon!

Nice little place that will remind you of a Sprouts or Whole Foods. They have lots of varieties of dates, my favorites where the ones with pecans on them. Try their date shake while you are there too, it’s not too sweet but mild in taste.

I love this place. As a kid we always came here when passing through to Hemet. I feel like we were spoiled as kids with all the dried fruits, candies and the DATE SHAKES!!! It was a pleasure to visit again and relive aome of those moments. The new building is very pretty and a far cry from what I remember. Good for you guys!!! Thanks for being there!!! Many fond memories, and I got to make some new ones with my own kids.

We stopped here to get something to eat. The date shakes are amazingly good. I had a brisket brisket burger, which was quite good. We also had a hot dog, which was pretty plain. There is also a store which has a delightful collection of goods. It is worth the stop. We will go back again.

Hadley's has been in Cabazon for as long as I can remember. Hope of the Date Shake, I remember getting these as a kid 30 some years ago. The new store is smaller than the original bit they still have all the cool stuff I remember as a kid. Dried fruits, chocolate covered nuts, a huge selection of craft sodas, lots and lots of candy, pickled and preserved produce, and so much more. They have a little diner/grill inside as well, but I haven't actually eaten from this portion of the location. If you've never had a date shake, it is worth the stop for the shake alone. They are delicious!

I have been stopping in here to enjoy a Date Shake! They have lots of dates to buy n choose from. The new building with all their goods...beautiful! Must stop in...buy your date shake and shop! Lots of snacks, drinks, candies and liquor. Enjoy! It's a tradition to get my date shake.

Been coming here for 50+ years. The updated place is fantastic with lots of new items for sale, like wine, beer and gourmet items. My favorites are still the Divinity & Pecan Rolls. The date shakes taste exactly the same -Delicious 😋
