Staff were super amicable and helpful. Never been to a retail store and been treated with that level of attention and care. Thanks to the staff I ended up finding all the right gifts for the wife. Free jewelry adjustment and engraving too. Definitely stop by if you’re in the area.

I have owned a couple Fossil watches in the past so when our son 13 wanted a nice watch that he has saved his own money for we took him here. the sales staff were very friendly and helpful. Treating my son like any customer. This Fossil store has a sister store nextdoor called the watch station. Our Fossil salesman suggested we look there as well. My son did find a watch at the sister store he was happy with but didn't like the band so we returned to the Fossil and purchased a band. The salesman switched them out for us. The Fossil store had some amazing watches at great prices. Both my wife and I will be back for our next smart watch.

Had a great experience at this store! Great, helpful customer service! Christina was awesome! Super helpful and very patient! Same thing goes for Cornia, very kind and helped us out in every way. Both of them tried their best to provide the best service possible and because of that we ended up buying 6 watches from this store. Would definitely go back there, way to go ladies!!

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Bought a hybird Retro Pilot Chronograph Brown Eco Leather Watch which cost me over a hundred and fifty dollars with tax. 3 weeks later it stopped working completely. I call this fossil store and they said they exchange it. Well showed up today and they didn't have this model in and becuase I threw out the receipt and they hold zero records at the store they tried to give me 60 bucks credit for another watch. The fossil web page even showed the correct price but this over wieght Hispanic want to be manager would not honor it. I would highly recommend not buying here and fossil smart watches are junk my Samsung smartwatch has been working flawlessly for over 3 years, compared to 3 weeks for this fossil and this particular outlet is a joke for customer care. Definitely never buying anything fossil after this. Fossil will definitely become a fossil business with this level of customer care, at least the name suits them.

Anything’s good except the sales persons attitude.When me and my colleague came in, there’s no greeting but the unfriendly gaze from the clerks and then they continue talking to each other. I know they did not charge tips or service fee so it’s not a big deal but I just want to talk about it. The clerk is a over weight Americans woman with piercings. I can’t remember the other bad attitude clerk because they are so normal.

Consistently have the best deals in the outlets. 60% off a great looking watch? Sure, take my money! They have an assortment of leather goods for men and women as well, good quality product. Not high end, but definitely respectable

Bought a fossil explorist he 4th gen and was faulty, went back for assistance and fossil staff did not bother to help. Asked them to retrieve invoice and give , they refused and after that showed them fossil support issues email print and after seeing it mentioned no stocks for exchange nor refund ..While purchasing they have good attitude and attention but different sales people Everytime ..shocked to see desert hills premium outlet having this kind of issuesThey advised to go to other fossil outlets and if have issues call fossil..as a tourist I didn't have time and watch still has issues ..do not buy watch from this showroom and also this model as battery is very poor and may last 6-8 hours max if notification is on.

Its ok to check every now and the till you find and like the watch. Its so slow and quite at the store buy one place to can if buying watches. They have designer watches too
